Ruslan did an excellent job fixing our washer and dryer, which were stacked in a very narrow laundry area and extremely difficult to pull out and work on. The issue turned out to be a failed 240V connection caused by old aluminum wiring. We had a couple of other technicians come out, but due to the tight space and complexity of the setup, no one was able to handle the diagnose it properly. Ruslan quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the aluminum wiring with copper and installing a new socket as the safest and most reliable solution. He completed the work on time, worked efficiently despite the cramped conditions, and made sure everything was done correctly and safely and at a reasonable rate.
