My Samsung front-load washer suddenly became a dead box. It doesn't turn on the power at all. I scheduled a Samsung authorized repairer, but the guy didn't show up on the scheduled day. Then I searched the yelp and found Juan. I called him late afternoon, but his VM is full and couldn't leave a message. I tried a text thinking probably he is too busy to come in today. Surprisingly, he replied back me and said he can come in. About an hour later he really showed up and took a look at the washer, plug-off/on and did some operation on the front panel to do a resetting sequence. It took only 5 min or so, my washer is fixed! He charged a reasonable fee compared to the so-called "authorized" repairer. My case was too easy for him to fix, but he certainly seemed to be very experienced and skilled because he didn't bring any manual or toolset, just by bare hand. I highly recommend him. read more

Great experience! We live out in the Point Reyes National Seashore where it is very difficult to find service repair to come out this far. Juan came out the day after initial contact, on time and worked quickly to diagnose the problem with out stove. He is everything one could ask for in an appliance repair service. It's so crazy when your refrigerator stops working. I didn't find out till mid afternoon so I started to call around. Amazing service! Our refrigerator died while we were awaiting parts and repair from a different company for a separate issue. We packed two coolers with ice and our perishables and started calling around. Initially we called the company that ordered parts for us and they told us it would be a week plus to come out. I called a few other companies and they weren't free for several days. I called Juarez appliances and they were so responsive! They had someone out within a matter of hours. Usually reliable service provider. Recently prices have increased. There was a problem finding an address and service provider reacted to tenants displeasure for being late and left without providing service and I was billed. After complaint, they offered to waive, but I already paid. Recently, they serviced a range. They told me an expensive part needed to be changed. I looked up the manual and was able to reboot the range and fix the problem. My tenant also noticed they were very short tempered. Too bad greediness is now before service. Juan is great! About a year ago our refrigerator went out, and of course we wanted to see if it was fixable before we bought a new one. Juan came out and spent probably an hour trying to get it running again, but unfortunately with the age of the appliance (25 years?!) it just wasn't salvageable. The good news is I got all new kitchen appliances that week! Fast forward to now...our five year old Samsung dryer decides to go out on us....in the middle of a global pandemic, and statewide wildfires. This is the 3rd time I've called Juan to diagnose and repair an appliance. This time our gas oven. He was able to come in 2 hrs and in only 25 min he replaced the igniter and voila, we have a working oven again. He saved me at least $500! Our dryer stopped working so we called Juan. We had used him once before when our oven stopped working. Juan answered I told him our problem. He stated that he was at another appointment and he would try and stop by that evening. He called us back in a half hour and said he would be at our house in 15 minutes. This was at 5:30 PM . Juan arrived and in 15 minutes determined it was the computer in the dry that was bad.. He said he would check and see if he had a replacement in stock.
