After a bad experience with another appliance dealer, we stopped by Howard's and weren't…read moredisappointed. It was a Monday night around 7:30 pm and we desperately needed a fridge. We had a specific size we needed which only left a handful of choices. We narrowed it down to 2 and the salesperson came over and we started throwing out questions. The biggest ones were how fast can you deliver it and how much? In the case of our 2 choices, they could deliver on Wednesday and it was free. Love that. The 2nd question was on price matching and they still do that within 30 days. The fridge we decided on was found cheaper at a competitor, and after checking with his manager, he was able to price match it. 2nd win. Close the deal. We received a call Tuesday late afternoon telling us the fridge would be delivered between 1 and 3 pm on Wednesday, and they were right on time. The setup couldn't have gone smoother, and we were overly checking to make sure everything worked a little more than most people probably do thanks to our recent bad experience. It's been a week and a 1/2 and we've had no problems with the fridge and are very happy.
