Really tried to give this guy a chance. Our original scheduled day was a Friday morning. He knew I was only in town for the weekend and needed the outside power washed and windows washed inside and out. He didn't show up or answer his phone, text messages or yelp message. Around 3 that day we spoke and he started he had family issues. I'm very understanding and we rescheduled for Saturday morning. Once again he didn't show up or answer calls. I didn't hear from him until that Sunday in which he suggested I go with another company. Very unprofessional. I hope he doesn't do this to anyone else. read more

Awful experience with a very unprofessional company! Spoke with Zack over the weekend, and he said he could be out first thing Monday morning to power wash my deck and fence and then he'd be back out on Tuesday to stain them. No show on Monday morning, so I called him at noon. When he answered, he didn't know who I was and fumbled around for a bit. He apologized, and said his helper bailed on him and that he would be out first thing today to power wash. I received a text from him at 7:50am letting me know he was at Home Depot buying the materials and he was on his way. I received a text from him at 2:15pm stating we should wait until next week b/c he didn't want to rush it today. What?? After he promised me he would be out between 8am-9am to start? Stood up two days in a row. I also had to press him for an advance e-mailed invoice. Despite the fact that I had texted him my name, address, and e-mail on Sunday at his request, I still didn't have the invoice on Monday. Turns out he e-mailed it to the wrong customer. I told him I would find another contractor...one who would actually show up when promised and could manage a business. Steer clear of this company. I see I'm not the only one he's done this to. I had to rate him at least a one star...trust me, I wanted to go lower. read more

Our household has issues with chemical smells and fumes, and Zach's company was the only one willing to work with us to make sure the cleaner they used would be low-odor, non-toxic, and eco-friendly. He came out this morning to wash our vinyl siding as well as the inside AND outside of the gutters, and everything looks as good as new. There aren't any lingering chlorine fumes or strong smells, either. Zach and his team were on time and his price was VERY affordable! We will definitely have him come back in the Spring to clean our front stairs, driveway, pavers, etc. read more

I called on Monday and made an appointment for Thursday to pressure wash my drive way, walk way and side of our town home. He said 4 pm no problem. Took all my information down. When the day of appointment came, no call no show no nothing. I don't know what his work is like but very unprofessional to just never show up or even call. I was actually looking forward to his work based on all the excellent reviews. Sadly, we didn't even get to that. Update- he did call after 5 or so to say he had an family emergency which is understandable. Yet the rude voicemail and text message and constant calling after the yelp review show still very unprofessional. I get emergencies happen, but call and cancel before the appointment and certainly don't leave derogatory voice mails about family and karma. Very scary. read more

A couple of months ago I got a nasty gram from my HOA saying the house and sidewalk needed to be pressure washed. I called around and got a few quotes and ended up choosing Zach because he offered a very reasonable price and was able to get me on the schedule within the timeframe specified by the HOA. He was very personable and explained the process to me to ensure there were no questions and I was satisfied with the work. I was very impressed and told him I would be sure to recommend him to others. I have waited a few months to make sure the job held up, and it did. If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. Do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR of this business! Two years ago (during the same time as many of Zach's positive reviews), he did a great job for me pressure washing and sealing my deck. So much so that I hired him again a few weeks ago to do the same work. But this time, he did half of the work but won't come out and finish the job. I have a clean deck but no sealer. Meanwhile, everything from my deck is in my garage where my car should be and we can't use the deck unless you count standing on an empty deck as using it. Between Monday, August 6, 2018, and today (August 15, 2018), I have repeatedly called and texted him and he has stated that he will come finish the job more than once but then he fails to show, does not call or text providing me notice of a change in his schedule, and has blamed the weather and a host of personal problems. It's true that it has rained on several occasions between the day he cleaned the deck and today. However, there have also been several consecutive sunny days with no rain, including today. Since he's only interested in making excuses and/or ignoring me and I have no faith he will refund me the cost of the sealer ($400) or finish my deck, I've just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and, tomorrow, I will initiate action through small claims court. I'm out $400, use of my garage, and use of my deck while waiting on Zach to figure out how to run a business. Take my advice and the advice of the other, more recent negative reviewers and hire someone, anyone else! read more

Zack was working on my neighbor's place on a Saturday, I asked him about a job and he showed up on the following Monday. The roof was covered in a black mold that's become common in this area looking gray instead of nickel green, the siding needed cleaning, and the deck was a mess.
