Henry ( Manager ) called us and gave us a further discount( after seeing a picture of our Cane Corso Rescue, Henry loves dogs ) and arranged Nick to install delivery and electrical (220) the next day. Five outstanding individuals delivered and Spa was working perfectly. They took their time to demonstrate chemicals to maintain water clarity. Yes, Nick was outstanding! I tried Grainger and they referred me to a spa warehouse (Sunset Spas)across the street. the young woman in front was very helpful and supplied me with the union o rings and the flange at the heater but didn't have the volute ring and she referred me to Spaworks. i called them immediately and spoke with a very pleasant employee who told me that they had exactly what I needed. I hustled over there and they had the exact parts I needed. so instead of $250 , it cost $17. KUDOS to both Sunset and Spaworks. Chris Clark

In March of 2024 we bought a used Caldera spa from Desert Hot Tubs in Phoenix. The salesman we…read moreworked with was helpful and answered a lot of questions when we decided on the spa we were getting. I noticed it had eight speakers in it, and I asked the salesman whose name was Chris, whether the spa had Bluetooth and he assured me that it did. We bought the spa with the understanding it had Bluetooth. He gave me warranty paperwork which indicated the sound system was covered for 6 months as a used spa. When we got the spot installed at our house, we discovered that the Bluetooth did not work and Desert hot tubs sent out a succession of service people who told me I just didn't know how to operate it. (I do know how to operate Bluetooth!) and then explained to me that in a later session that they didn't have the parts to fix it and after waiting for over six months to get someone to come out and fix it, I received a call from Tricia, their service manager, who assured me that they were going to honor their commitment to fix the Bluetooth in the spa that I purchased even though more than six months had expired. She admitted their service department had dropped the ball. One week later I received a call from Tricia telling me that they were not going to honor their promise to fix the spa because the contract said Desert Hot Tubs was not obligated to honor verbal promises...only what is stated in the contract. They said this spa was no longer under warranty and that I had not read the fine print in the contract which said that regardless of the salesman's promises the only thing that really counts is the contract. They also told me the salesman is no longer with them...as if that had some bearing on the situation. I've been in business a very long time and any ethical business that I've worked with always honors the promises the salespeople make, particularly in something this straightforward. They initially acted as if they should be responsible for fixing the Bluetooth and then later decided that they weren't going to fix the Bluetooth. I would strongly recommend not ever buying any equipment from Desert Hot Tubs. I would further recommend not trusting anything that any of their sales people tell you. And finally, I would recommend staying away from a business whose ownership responds to customers in this fashion.

The contractors that Tribal Waters used were respectful to our property, efficient and very good at their specific trades. Could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. We called and spoke with Alex who showed up on time and went to work determining what all needed to be done to get the pool back in shape (repairs and cleaning). He provided a us with bid but we wanted to get a couple others. When we finally got two other quotes, Alex was almost 25% cheaper. Even though his company is relatively new, we decided to give him a shot. We are so glad we did...the pool is sparkling and the equipment is running great! We couldn't be happier!

Bought an Aspen Spa from these folks. The service issues started when they delivered the spa and…read moreleft without hooking it up. Later, I had an issue with a jet malfunctioning and repeated phone calls and messages were ignored and not returned, I hired someone else to fix the jet. After owning the Spa slightly less than 2 years, one of the "volcano jets" broke apart, and I needed replacement parts and installation. The parts were still under warranty so I tried contacting these folks by phone, email and through their website beginning in November. Once someone actually answered the phone and said service would call me back, which of course never happened. Eventually, I contacted Aspen Spas directly and complained - surprise, the next day Zach from Kokomo called me about my part. Aspen did send the part I needed, but unfortunately they sent it to Kokomo and not to me. A person named Brady called me to let me know the part was in and said he'd drop it off at my house since it was on his way home. That was nice, except Brady was a no-show. When I called and texted Brady's number, I never got any answer and no further response from him or anyone. Over the weekend I went to their shop and spoke to Luke, who found my part and gave it to me. Luke also gave me his card with his cell phone and e-mail, and apologized for the bad service saying to call or e-mail him directly next time. When I tried to install the part myself, I couldn't do it because I lacked the tools I needed to get the jet housing off. I texted, emailed and called Luke to schedule a service call, and no response for more than a week. I reached out directly to their service person (I had gotten his contact info previously from the original delivery of my spa), and he said he hadn't heard anything from Kokomo about me needing service but he asked me for a picture of the part to be installed, which I sent, and he said it looked like the wrong part and my spa might need to be re-plumbed. These people are jokers and while not the absolute worst customer service, it's pretty bad. I suppose they could have lost my part when it got shipped to them rather than to me - thank you for keeping my replacement part and giving it to me. As for the rest, I won't darken your door again and I strongly suggest everyone else avoid this place also.
