We purchased a brand-new spa and have been dealing with issues since November 2025. From the beginning, we experienced problems that simply should not have existed on a new product, including discovering an incorrect pump had been installed, malfunctioning aerators, control screen issues, and other items requiring troubleshooting, repair, or replacement. Early on, the owner acknowledged that their spas are stored in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and explained that the Arizona summer heat can cause components to warp and create issues. I appreciated the honesty, but found that concerning. A customer purchasing a brand-new spa shouldn't have to deal with the consequences if storage conditions have affected the product. The exterior panels were not damaged upon delivery, but because of the amount of internal troubleshooting required, they were removed and reinstalled repeatedly. This eventually resulted in damaged panels and missing fastener/button pieces. Because of the number of issues, we were even offered a replacement spa. We considered it, but the spa offered was not comparable in luxury features and amenities to the one we purchased. We didn't feel accepting a less-equipped spa was a fair resolution, so we chose to continue working with the dealer in good faith to get the spa we actually purchased functioning properly. To their credit, some of the larger problems were eventually addressed. However, there are STILL items that have not worked properly since day one and remain unresolved. At this point, my biggest complaint isn't even that the spa had problems. Things can go wrong. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication and follow-through. Essentially every ounce of communication throughout this process has had to be initiated by me. I have had to repeatedly ask for updates, follow up when I don't hear anything, and try to keep the process moving. There has been virtually no proactive communication from the dealer. We have been beyond patient and understanding. I have made a conscious effort to be kind, reasonable, and respectful because I understand that problems happen and not everything can be fixed overnight. At this point, however, I can't help but feel that my patience and understanding have been mistaken for complacency. Being understanding does not mean I am okay with unresolved problems. The remaining issues are relatively small, which almost makes this more frustrating. I have been reaching out for months trying to get them resolved with little to no response. After dealing with this since November 2025, I should not still be chasing someone down over items that haven't worked since the spa was brand new. A hot tub is a significant investment. We gave this dealer every opportunity to make things right before leaving a negative review. Unfortunately, after months of continuing to be the one initiating communication while issues remain unresolved, I feel sharing our experience is warranted. Based on our experience, I would not purchase from this dealer again nor recommend them.

I swear all I wanted was a new pot for our indoor plant, but when you're there you remember that 15 gallon planter that's been sitting empty on your front porch, the potting soil you'll need to fill the new pot to replace the old, and a plant to go into it. Sure, I looked confused and lost and that's probably what clued Gina in on asking if she can drive us around in her golf cart and show us (but mostly my kid) all the plants, the bunnies that have made the fruit bearing tree section of Moon Valley Nursery their home, the birds that flock to their trees and all the different plants you could really ever want both indoor and out. "Daaamn Gina..." (is what was replaying in my mind on a loop, but I not dared to say out loud - throwback to 1990's Martin Lawrence sitcom, Thursdays on Fox) Had I never met you Gina, I would have probably found my new pot and made my way home having only the *one thing to do, but no, you had to go answer *all of my hundred questions about what plant will be good on my porch, no I don't want to attract bees to my front door, maybe something that won't grow taller than the ceiling of my porch, so those cool looking fruitless olive bushes are out, but boy do I wish I could put one there. So yes, as you may have already surmised, I left with our new pot, a bag of potting soil, a rosemary plant (because rosemary is actually a detractor for most insects and you can get fresh rosemary for your meals to boot) as well as a jug of their moon juice fertilizer. So... It's crazy how expensive this new pot for the rubber plant was $140, but look at all this other "free" stuff that came with it, right?!?!?... right?!?!?... Please don't tell my accountant that I spent too much on plants again. Well Gina, you were certainly wonderfully helpful, you answered every question I had and a few others I didn't, you made our visit more like an adventure through the nursery and helped me finish two projects with one visit. Whomever at Moon Valley Nursery is responsible for having hired Gina, you made wonderful choice!
