Spicy buffalo chicken wings

We figured since our food and service was great at the bar, we'd come back for breakfast. Our server, Miette, started out great. Friendly, helpful with the menu. Our food came out just right. After that we didn't see anymore of her. We had to asked someone else to get our check. It's not like it was very busy. Everything else was great

A couple of changes at good ole Aqua sadly. Daphne is gone. There's no longer an option to dine in the little wine room, the service seemed to lack detail and attentiveness on what looked like a slow night. Got a few things wrong in the order, but got my wine switched out for the champagne I ordered. After that, had to move on, no time to change it, fix it, remove charges ect. Gotta keep it moving. Won't be back.

Stayed at the Westin and got dessert & breakfast here. Drinks were great! Dessert was just okay, and breakfast was a let down. They didn't have the full menu so it was a small buffet for like $17. Outdoors seating was cute and staff was pretty nice.

Catered food from here is meh. Have to order food for us to eat separately that's fresh. Great location on the water, although one side is the road. I was here for a conference for our company. Stayed here for two days at the latter part of our conference since we were short a night at our resort. Had a mixer out on the back patio of Aqua tonight. Nice patio setup. The cocktails and mixed drinks are good at least. The food offering is a pork loin, 4 cheese rancini, mine beef Wellington, chicken satay with peanut sauce, assorted raw sushi items, shrimp cocktail and some bruschetta. The chicken satay and the bruschetta are the only items I van eat here. The chicken satay is dry as ever and bland and of course it's cold. The sushi is super raw. Staff wouldn't let me take a look at the Aqua menu unless I went inside, how lame is that. Finally another staffer brought me out a menu at the patio. The 4 cheese wasn't so ooey or gooey for having 4 cheeses in it. The bruschetta was okay, needs more balsamic and more basic, one basil ribbon and the balsamic is much too sparse. Ordered two superfood salads with blackened chicken and feta on the side. Hoping the salads will be fresh at least. The two superfood salads with the grilled chicken quite a while to come out. Food takes about 35-40 minutes to come out, it seems. Staffer Jeffrey was cool and kept me posted on my slow food to come out. Food took about 45 minutes to come out. Had to ask for the feta, was supposed to be on the side for both of our salads. The almonds could be better slivered or halved for this salad. Whole almonds are a bit too hard for a salad to me. The salad as a whole wasn't too bad. The blackened chicken was tender and was warm at least. The quinoa was nutty. The Granny Smith apples are crisp too.

This place is incredible not just because the amazing friendly and professional service, the views but the food omg the food is sooo good. This restaurant sits inside the Westin Tampa Bay. The food and service are top notch. There's a great outdoor seating area where you are close to a small beach and watch boaters, jet skiers, kayakers and other water enthusiasts frolic. The menu is sizable and we tried a number of dishes.  As the name would imply fish and seafood fill the menu.  However there are other options including the signature Westin healthy options, and the less healthy but tasty burgers, garlic fries, chicken. There will something for everyone.  The food is definitely good. Service every time we've been has been spot on. A full bar, which is usually busy- but not to busy to be uncomfortable- provides excellent libations.

This is a little known gem. It's located in the Westin off Courtney Campbell. We've been coming here for about 4 years and there are always open tables. Which I do not understand because it's a great place. Right now their menu is limited due to Covid but still good options and taste great. They have a very nice bar area with plenty of seating. They have a large dining room area with several different seating options like semi private booths, tables by the window which overlook the water and outdoor seating which again is on the water. If you're looking for a great date night, a friends get together, or you just want to grab a drink at the bar and enjoy the nice ambiance solo, check out aqua. Food was great!! I had the fish tacos, garlic fries and they were SO good!! My boyfriend had the Aqua burger with sweet potato fries and he said it was really good. Drinks: I had a classic margarita and a mango margarita. Now I love margaritas, these were among my favorites, but they were good.

Walk down to Aqua from my hotel to try something different for lunch. Ended up with the shrimp Caesar salad. Ended up being pretty tasty and the shrimp were very delicious. Did not have the opportunity to try anything else, but wouldn't hesitate to go back and try something else from the menu. I also sat by the window and had a really good view of the bay.

I enjoy this establishment! The food and drinks are good! I usually stick to white wine, a paloma, or french 75. Food wise, I love their flatbreads, and lumpia! The staff is also friendly and attentive! The view is beautiful and on the water! It's very relaxing and the ambiance is A1. I reccomend!

The food is just sort of meh, something I would make on Tuesday when I'm not sure what to eat, the service was great, everyone was super nice but the ambiance totally is lacking. The kitchen staff is loud, the place looks sort of like a breakfast place & my table literally would Spin sideways every time I tried to cut my food. Not what I expected. They should revamp their menu, update the furniture, have some music playing and lower the lights. There is a captive audience within the hotel, so they could certainly capitalize on that.

Aqua is the hotel restaurant at the Westin. I'm giving it 3 stars with some pros and cons: Cons: you have to pay for parking, the restaurant itself isn't super clean, service and food took forever, limited selection on menu, food is overpriced for what you get, food is super salty, and it's difficult to get someone to help you Pros: dogs are allowed inside and out (we brought two 10 lb dogs), fish tacos were the best dish out of everything we ordered, beach area outside, can accommodate your food requests for the most part, no wait time or reservation needed Overall, the experience wasn't bad but this place missed the mark for me. I wanted to like it and it just wasn't what I was looking for at all.

Great service from Ron--we had a large group dining outside arriving at various times. He was able to accommodate everyone's order. I had the fish tacos & ordered a side of sweet potato fries. The fish was mahi and was flavorful but would've liked a little bit more meat per taco. Wish there were outdoor fans for this Florida heat!

I will say, dinner service still disappoints, however, Breakfast here is simple in all the best ways. Chef works well with his crew and with a smile, the food is to the point and tasty, and the wait staff are chill and super helpful.

Chocolate mousse cake... YUM

For the view alone it's a great place for outside dining. Located inside The Westin. We enjoy sitting on the water & having lunch with the warm sun Food was decent, the chocolate cake was lovely.

Excellent all around! Food, service, view, drinks.....need I say more?…read more Birthday celebration for my wife. Showed up a bit early to have drinks at the bar. Excellent selection of liquors, great service and wonderful martinis. When our table was ready, got a seat near the window to see the bay, was excellent. Ordered an assortment of oysters to start. They offer oysters from across the country, so we tried some from all areas. Excellent overall, they even had little flags denoting the place of origin. (see pics) Entrees were awesome! My wife got the grilled Snapper, and I forgot to get a pic of my wife's dinner, but got one of my scallops. Some of the best scallops I have had. Brought my wife a dessert to top it all off. Definitely a place to go for celebrations. (or anytime really)

This was one of my favorite spots years ago. It is not that place anymore…read more Three people, no drinks, $120 per person plus a 20% surcharge we were never told about in advance. For that price, the experience was inexcusable. The food: The buffet had almost nothing to offer if you are not drinking or eating raw seafood. The mahi-mahi in banana leaf sat there, dried out, the same eight small pieces for over an hour. Nobody replaced it. I never ate it. The tomahawk steak was the one bright spot, and the gentleman carving it was genuinely personable, but they kept running out and there was always a line. That cut of meat is too difficult to maintain at volume. Someone should have planned better. The shrimp and grits were watery and also sat untouched and unreplenished. The raw bar ran out repeatedly. The small lobster tails disappeared twice. No salads unless you count the one with oysters in it. No variety for anyone who does not drink or eat shellfish. Desserts looked like they came straight out of a Sysco box and were left disheveled on the table. The coconut flan and the small lemon ricotta cookies were the only things that appeared house made. Everything else looked frozen and forgotten. The charcuterie boards looked pretty but the cheeses were dry and the meats were aggressively over salted. The service: Understaffed and inattentive. No one came to the table to take omelet or beverage orders after one order at the start. We told our server we were there for Father's Day. He nearly forgot. Not one happy Father's Day from him or anyone else on the floor. The bottom line: My mother barely ate. I waited over an hour for an entree that was never restocked. We paid $450 for a mediocre, disorganized brunch with a surprise surcharge and staff who clearly could not keep up. There are too many good brunch options out there to waste your money here. This one is off my list permanently. Zero stars for the brunch. I do not recommend it.
