When I explained this would be a two-month trial during construction, with the potential for ongoing service, she told me she wasn't sure she even wanted our business and would "have to check with her manager." That was all I needed to hear. I hung up, called Phresh Waters instead, and they immediately scheduled a delivery without hesitation. That's what real service looks like.
