Showed us a couple parts we could easily buy online that we needed. He walked us through the major components and explained they were in good shape and how to check for wear/damage in the future. He then also went through our box of chemicals left by the previous owner and showed us what to use and what to toss. Then we wrote down a schedule for our weekly maintenance going forward. Also installed a new filter pump that wasn't needed -- the problem is an air leak somewhere -- and were not even able to do that correctly until after many visits. I feel like I should get my money refunded on poorly performed work and replacement of a perfectly good pump but there's no one to deal with any more.

Jen and her team are professional, and pleasant to work with. I have had nothing but problems with my pool's chemistry for the past four seasons - and particularly with outrageously high phosphate levels that we were never able to get under control. Once I switched to LGPAS, Jen and Tim took the time to assist me and made a recommendation to switch my system over to a salt system, and a cartridge filter process vs. using the sand filter that we had. I can't tell you how happy I am that we made these changes. My phosphate problem is under control, my water flow is far better than before, the pool is clean and the chemistry is balanced.
