Also installed a new filter pump that wasn't needed -- the problem is an air leak somewhere -- and were not even able to do that correctly until after many visits. Ron her dad is the go to guy for everything in the field. So I've had heaters, pumps and liners installed with no problems. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I had an issue with the pressure and he came out and got it running. Jeff even looked at the pool and tightened a couple items on the filter for me. He also gave me some advice on opening and closing up the pool. Jake O. - who delivered the pool and pool parts was very polite. Jake answered all my questions. He stacked the items neatly in our garage. I had a question about the voltage on the pump - he took the pump out of the box to show me what electric I needed for the new pool. Great customer service.
