I was referred to her by a God-send of an encounter with another patient in an elevator in a housing complex. I did not know what to expect but ..... WOW! First of all her approach: her encouraging and caring personality put me so much at ease - especially at the thought of having clean off what was now left of my hair. Then, Maria walked me through how treating me with a conditioning balm was going to help and expertly shaved my head so beautifully. Meeting with and being served by Maria was a true unexpected blessing and inspirational encounter that day. Maria was a such a warm, engaging and uplifting soul that brought me to tears. At the end of it all I could not leave without asking for a hug as I thanked God for finding her. To add to the blessing, Maria refused any compensation for her amazing professional service. When we walked up Michelle let us in, very clean and exciting walking to her room, and she introduced us to Mikey who was really nice, his room looked cool, and he had some good music on, I liked the tunes! Michelle's room was "WOW" according to my kiddo. She offered beverages for us my daughter had a sprite and I had a coffee. What I like is that he knows me, how my hair grows and what look I'm going for.... My highlights aren't much better, but the very obvious difference in length from one side of my hair to the other makes me die a little inside every time I pass a mirror. But I got talked into a haircut on top of it because the stylist thought there was too much of a shelf to my layers. So, I rolled with it. And not only did he cut off entirely too much length, but he left one side of my hair about two inches shorter than the other. The toner mess was another issue. I left with not just lopsided hair but a massive gray streak from where he left the toner on too long. And I paid $300 for the privilege of this. Never again. I would steer clear of this place.

And simply HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!! I called back and asked to speak with the owner and she said the owner will call me back. I did get a call back from the owner Ashley Osborn who claimed that Chelsie only rents a chair there and they are not responsible for her booking. She did apologize and offered a future appointment with another stylist and a discount. I explained that It's not about the money and that unfortunately, I am out 2 days of work and my event is tomorrow morning, so this is very upsetting. There is no way I can find a stylist at the last minute. The response" she only rents a chair here is unacceptable" Who does that ?? I was not surprised to find out today that this Salon Level eleven used to be called Studio Eclipse Salon (same address same employees) THE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER changed BUT the people are the same (Ashley Osborn, Chelsea Haley ).
