Weird thing to say, but this was a fantastic towing experience. Carlos was communicative - he called and texted and kept me up to date with his location and estimated time of arrival. Once he arrived, my car wasn't ready to be towed so he waited. And even when I told him it would be a while and that he should go on with his day, he was polite about the cancellation. He allowed me to call him for service later in the day and didn't even charge me for all the waiting around/ cancelled call. I don't know where to start and says thank you for been. I worked with these guys this morning and had a very positive experience. I saw them online and that they served Reseda. I liked their 818 pride and needed my ex boyfriend's Cougar towed to his new place. Arana were over within a half hour to make things happen. The car did not run but there was no hustle for the extra hassle and the car arrived safely at my ex's. It was a complicated situation with a simple solution and no one tried to rip me off because I am a woman or make any jokes about me being a cougar like the car. I found Arana Towing through yelp after a totally frustrating yesterday when AAA said they couldn't couldn't help me. My jeep wouldn't turn over, and the car was parked in a sub terrainean garage with only a 6' height at the entrance. I called Arana Towing this morning and help was here within the hour. With the help of a neighbor, they rolled my car to the garage entrance, where Carlos backed his vehicle in as far as he could and then hooked it up and pulled it up and over the 3' ramp and onto the street and into a parking spot. Done! It took him 20 minutes. Yesterday, it took AAA all day, 10 phone calls from me, 2 separate flatbeds & 1 tow truck and all said they couldn't help me because the entrance was too low. None of them had the ingenuity to turn their vehicle around and back their truck in. Carlos was professional, courteous, friendly and totally understanding of my frustration.
