This towing company is very fast, reliable, on time, professional. They were quick to respond to every message of mine. They kept me up to date with how long they were going to arrive. I had a car project I had it worked on and my car is like 1 inch off the ground and I needed it towed around 50 miles away. I kept messaging places and they would give me these ridiculously high prices and some others would respond the next day when Arana towing had already done the job. When I came across Arana Towing on yelp I read their reviews and I had to contact them through messages and then I called them. They gave me a reasonable and affordable price. I contacted aranatowing because I got a flat tire and I honestly didn't know who to call. I got a few prices and they were so high I was shocked. I couldn't affordable such high money for just a tire change. I came across aranatowing and I didn't believe that they had good prices so I hesitated but I got a super low price and I went with them. They were on time and very polite. They cared for my safety escorted me to wait patiently in a safe spot. They made it look easy and quick but honestly they saved my day. Very helpful. Every single other place that I called quoted me a wait time of at least 3 hours and were minimum $20 more expensive. The gentleman I spoke with quoted me a wait time of an hour and a half and then quickly changed it to about an hour. I was extremely surprised when they were there in about 25 minutes. The gentleman was very, very friendly and courteous to my wife and got her home safely. He even helped us diagnose possible problems. The only good thing about our sucky situation was how professional the guys at Around The Clock Towing were. They're a blessing. Use them if you're in a tough spot and need a tow! carlos was wonderful! Got stuck in glendale 2 freeway and that day was my really bad day because chp got me a tow truck front their provider and i got charge only for 2 miles $185 and even i refuse to tow the car because i told them i ready call my tow truck but i couldn't do nothing but anyway i am glad carlos come to my rescue also my AAA had maxed out. He came fast and only charged me $195 to get back to burbank . when everyone else had quoted me $250-$500. But beyond the price, carlos was a really kind and interesting guy who made the long ride home in traffic fly. It's nice to know there are still people with integrity out there. We're in SoCal with a flat tire. Found this tow company in Yelp and they definitely are a 5 star company! I was given a 35-45 min window. They arrived in less than 30mins with a text reminder they're arriving in 10 mins. I didn't have to stand outside in the heat. The text reminder that the tow truck is 10mins away is awesome. Carlos, who came to change the tire was super nice. He even noticed my brakes was low and advised I have it serviced by a mechanic. Which am grateful since I'm leaving the car with my college kid. He tows what else can I add to write a descent length review. Once you die on a road and realize you were too cheap of an a** to renew your triple a this is a second affordable option. Also the truck is flatbed so you vehicle is not just miserably dragged by two wheels and actually is safe and sound up there.
