Creperie on Ludlow St came up in my search and we happened to be down that way on Sunday. I'm also a huge ice cream and gelato fan, but husband is lactose intolerant so he prefers non-dairy. Last year we discovered the amazing vegan ice cream at Orchard Grocery, but I wanted the real thing this trip and he apparently hadn't wanted a frozen treat at all so wouldn't do Orchard Grocer for himself and a different place for me. Happy medium? Share a good crêpe! We found it at Crêperie. SO many choices, many similar to ones we loved in France. Extensive selection, but it didn't take long to decide on the apple-walnut-caramel crêpe to share, costing not much more than 2 ice creams. We watched the lone young man as he poured batter onto the round griddle to just the perfect thinness; as he expertly flipped it; as he loaded on plenty of apple compote, plenty of walnuts, and gently squeezed caramel sauce. Then he folded it into a neat rectangle, scooped it into an exactly the same size pan, flipped the whole thing over onto another griddle and left it to heat while he made a crêpe for the person behind us. At exactly the right moment (was he watching the clock? or maybe he's just THAT good!), he flipped it over, slid the crêpe onto a plate, artistically drizzled more caramel sauce on top and then gently shook some powdered sugar over it. Handed me 2 forks and knives and we sat on stools at the counter for our Sunday afternoon treat! Excellent! They have several savory crêpes (in Paris, those were usually buckwheat crêpes called galettes) and many sweet ones. Unfortunately it's more of a takeout place, with just the few stools at a counter inside, and a couple of small tables outside. I'm still looking for a genuine Parisian-style restaurant with a good selection of galettes and crêpes - but this was a great find and I definitely recommend it to you!

Would've preferred popping boba or coconut jelly instead. Fast service from friendly staff. Tasted refreshing on a humid day as a goodbye to the summer kind of drink. Next time, I will be sure to remember asking the staff for no ice in my drink. Well, this is a quick and sweet visit to the T-Swirl Crepe location in Brooklyn!

Had breakfast at this place. I just love their crepes. They have sweet and savory crepes. They make them on the spot so its fresh. All the fruit and other toppings are freshly cut and prepared. They also offer frozen yogurt in variety of flavors and toppings. I have been here before for a cup of tea and espresso as well as a late evening snack. The staff are always attentive and pleasant. I know friends have gone here with young kids and it is a favorite. The price is average compared to the other similar businesses in the area. We had a great time relaxing, listening to the music and enjoying our crepes. read more

One of my favorite places. There are crepes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, both sweet and savory. Today I had turkey, goat cheese and baby spinach crepe with fresh squeezed orange juice, and an original yogurt with fresh toppings. Couldn't ask for more, very satisfied both with food and the service. My brother had egg, salmon and creme cheese, and my cousin dark chocolate, baileys and banana. I tried a bite, it was heavenly delicious. 5 stars! They used to have $14 on yelp, which I took advantage of :) Hopefully there will be more :) read more

Here is the 2023 update. The food is still good and presentation is good. Prices went up, but so is everywhere else. The staff seems to be new and sonewhat different. But it doesn't take away from the experience. One thing we noticed is the hygiene practices. Staff, specifically a guy in black hat who speaks Russian, used the broom to clean the floor, then fixed the floor mat, and without washing his hands put on a glove on another hand while helping with a dirty hand. This was quite unnerving. A basic hygiene is in order. read more

A wonderful place! I've been there many times, and the service is always great, place clean, and great music playing. Their frozen yogurt is delicious, and there are many topping options. They also offer yummy crepes, gelato, and smoothies. 12-4pm there is a lunch special where crepes are 1/2 off. Parking can be quite difficult on the streets, but there is a municipal lot right behind the storefront. Also free Wi-Fi, and a loyalty card where after you buy 10 yogurst, you get one free. read more

I live nearby and really just love their frozen yogurt. They seem to change up the flavors once in awhile. They once had this peanut butter one that was just amazing! I wish theyd bring it back. Living in the South Brooklyn area of Sheepshead bay FroYo isnt huge around here. So the craving hit and I heard about this new little place on sheesphead bay rd. Then a small pretzel loaf (that was a cool item) beautiful color, soft but resistance, two Kaiser rolls and a boring looking corn muffin. I'm really trying to avoid coldcutts however these two breads are bringing me back to the negotiating table. And all told, it was like ten bucks!
