I have to give a huge shout out to the Spring Hill, TN Arby's!! The manager Kenny and his team went all out for my daughter when my aunt called to ask if she could reserve a table for a birthday tonight. The team decorated with balloons, a card, free turnovers for the whole table, and even a thoughtful gift! My daughter just moved out to Tennessee from California, and we couldn't celebrate with her tonight, but everyone made it a special evening! The food I am told was excellent and the team amazing! We had an impeccable experience at this Arby's. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was warm and tasted plenty fresh. And the portions were beyond generous! They are not honest. Coupon is for any burger meal for $8.99 and is supposed come with a medium drink, but they gave me a small drink said their regional manager told them to do that. I asked for her number and she refused to provide it to me, said she didn't have it. Rough day at Arby's! They were out of all sodas, all brisket, and all chicken items. The shining light of it all is that the employees were incredibly friendly despite the situation (which they can't control anyway). I'll come back to try their brisket some other time! I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches. This location is trying but improvements are needed. This is not the first time I've gone through the drive through line and the workers are wearing their masks below their nose or on their chin. Wear your masks properly! You are working around food! But this time the wrapping on my sandwich was torn badly which I did not notice until I got home. What the heck? Surely you saw this as you were wrapping the sandwich. Ugh. Rude customer service! Liars and in a hurry to talk to each other. My crispy chicken wrap was not put together just thrown together. French fries were burnt. Very little ice in drinks. Associates literally tossed our bag out the window and slammed it. He even yelled that all the sauces were in the bag and turned his back on us. No one was in front of us or behind us. The worst ! Today 1/1/23 5:47pm I think I've only written one bad review in 10 years . I only wanted to get a beef n cheddar classic, fries and a coke.. We pulled up and ordered . The employee snapped that he couldn't hear us . So we spoke louder , but he was annoyed as if we tried to whisper our order ! Ridiculous!!!! Now he's agitated as if we came there specifically to piss him off instead of enjoying a really good Arby's meal . On my beef n cheddar I asked for extra cheddar and extra red dressing that they put on it , curly fries and a coke / NO ICE . He rushes us off . We get to the window to pay . He's still pissy about something , not sure what. Even my husband asks " What the hell is he mad at ?" We get our food . I get my beef n cheddar, not only is there no cheddar on it , there's no sauce at all, and none in the bag, and the fries were either cooked too long and burned, or they re-dropped them and cooked the batch twice They were horrible.. ....And my coke was full of ice, after having asked for no ice. I guess he didn't care what my requests were, because none of them were met. I then went inside calmly, and I told her ( the manager ) what I had ordered and showed her what I got. Her attitude was also bad. She used her indifferent attitude moving her hands and arms in a truly disrespectful way, for no reason. She was handing out the orders, so she was aware of the shabby quality of food and service from this location. She acted as if she were speaking to a teenager, in a real "F U way"... I'm a 58 year old lady ... She said, you can take that sandwich and put it in the trash or something!!" I looked at her and her attitude was so jacked up that the lady waiting on her order looked at me and said " I would leave it right there !!" I said " don't worry that sandwich will be there all night !" I'm not throwing it anywhere Just a B**** ! Why? They remade my sandwich and after a few bites, I threw it all in the trash with her trashy personality and horrible customer service skills . I wen to this Arby's on a Saturday at around 3:00 PM and waited about 10 minutes for someone to take my order before I finally gave up and drove to a Chipotle down the street to eat. There was only one other person in front of me in line at the time, but nobody came to the cash register to take either of our orders while I waited in the restaurant. There was a fairy long line at the drive-thru at the time and the workers only focused on those customers, completely neglecting the customers in line inside the restaurant. I understand that there is a worker shortage, but having to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to take orders inside of a "fast food" restaurant is ridiculous! read more

Went to the drive through. First thing I notice was the kind voice over the intercom. When I pulled up, everyone was friendly, they provided plenty of sauce (some place are very stingy), and my food was exactly what I wanted. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is we tried the Rueben, and it was wasn't very good. There was no texture soft bread, sauce and soft meat. It just didn't taste very good, and we like Reubens. read more

This is the first Arby's to Spring Hill and so far it has been fantastic. Even for the very crowded lunch rush, they get your food out very quickly and it's been correct and very fresh each time I've been. The staff is also very nice! Where do I start!! This particular Arby's has really gone down hill since it first opened. We use to eat here all the time. On our visit last week the roast beef on our sandwiches was not fresh. The roast beef was very old tasting and dried out to the point that even Arby's sauce couldn't make the sandwich taste any better. To make matters worse the buns were stale too!
