Charles Cheesesteaks at the Coronado Center food court was really good. Service was quick and straightforward. They didn't pack ketchup for the fries, so we asked for it after. The guys working behind the counter seem chill and professional. They weren't that busy, but they got our order pretty quick. Definitely will be back if we're at the mall. I got this app just write this review. I've gone here multiple times and had good experiences until the last one . It was black Friday I ordered a Philly cheesesteak they gave me the wrong order a chicken sandwich. I didn't care enough to go up and complain and it tasted OK, but it gave me some very severe food poisoning. I want this restaurant to do better because they do make good food that's affordable but I want to bring this to their attention. I don't know if I will go back . read more

It's been a minute since I last came to Charley's. It's not because they don't have the appeal it's mainly because I hardly find myself at the mall that often these days. It's crazy now that I think back on it. My last visit had to be precovid.. wow time fly's! Can't believe it's been 3 years! Anyways the staff wasn't too friendly. I'm sad to say you can tell these people didn't wanna be there. I guess I can't half blame them. The cheesesteak was still spot on. I will say considering how long it's been since my last visit I'm happy to know the cheesesteak is still just as great as I remember. I almost forgot about the staff. Being in the food court surrounded by everyone and everything it was nice. Would I do it everyday probably not. Teenage me would be smacking my head right now asking what's wrong with me lol but these days I'm not into the mall as much. Not too good. Went to try them at Coronado, that was the first mistake. Way too crowded in the food court. Took forever. Guy who took the order was nice enough, but if you pay with a card, you get totally screwed. The "tips" options start at 20% and go up from there. So once you order, and there's a line behind you, you're pressured into doing some goddam fast math to make sure you aren't covering anyone's mortgage lol!! Kid you not, they had an option to tip 35%. As it was, we ended up paying almost $40 for two sammies, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Felt like armed robbery!! Never again. Even more irritating is that I'm the one who picked this place instead of Philly Steaks on Juan Tabo........which I'm heading to right now. Skip this rag. read more

Philly cheese steak, Was delicious. I order the number 7. Without onions. Depending on how you like your veggies with a crunch and flavorful or u like it cooked little longer and soft. I suggest to let them know how you like the veggies. Also they're cheese fries with Bacon was on point. read more

I the people in this town wouldn't know what a real Philly cheesesteak tasted like unless they have actually been to Philadelphia so unfortunately people think this is a great sandwich it is not they had too much stuff to it it's very overwhelming a cheesesteak isn't this dramatic including the fact that they actually used to be good way back in the 90s read more

First time ordering from them, overall it was a very good sandwich, fries were good too. Food was delivered promptly and was hot. It's classic American food- white bread, meat, French fries, lettuce, mayo, etc. If you're not expecting interesting flavors, this is very good. Our order was messed up. They did finally get it right after the second time, but the bacon on the cheese fries were still cold. We went just a little before closing and the workers were chasing each other, loud and hitting each other with the cleaning towels. For mall food I was pleasantly surprised on how good the sandwiches were. I believe that I got the California sub, it was made right in front of me and was very filling and hit the spot. The staff was very friendly and its an open kitchen and did notice the cleanliness of the area. read more
