For a place that was busy, their upkeep in appearance is good. I love the fact they freshly slice the meat and cheese when you place the order. You are able to witness them make your sandwich from start to finish. It looked hectic behind the counter, but given they had only been open a month or less, I am sure they are still working out the kinks as to how to manage the flow of work and staff. I had their club sub which is turkey, ham, provolone (I left this off), applewood smoke bacon, mayo and I asked for it "Mike's Way" which includes onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and their juice (oil and red wine vinegar). A regular sandwich was more than enough for me as they don't skimp on the meats. Unlike some food chains they put more meat the bread which is the way I like it. All the veggies tasted fresh and not like they been sitting there for a while. I love their sandwich, their approach to making it and the quality of ingredients they use. I actually prefer them over Subway. Subway is more bread less meat, Jersey Mikes is more meat less bread. I will definitely come back here again anytime I pass thru. It's worth the wait.

The one bright spot was a young woman working there who was incredibly polite, friendly, and courteous. She provided excellent customer service, and I don't blame the employees. They appear to be doing the best they can with what they're given. The responsibility falls on management. They need to step up and bring this restaurant back to the standards the Popeyes name is supposed to represent.
