Now that is all the meats!

I have always been a fan of Arby's, but when I was no longer able to eat cheese, I was unable to enjoy the indulgence of their cheese sauce smothering their steak sandwiches. I posted one picture of a sandwich I recently had and while it may look like a mess, it tastes so good. Their all meats sandwich has a fried check patty, then they add sliced ham, sliced steak, sliced turkey and applewood smoked bacon. Top that on their role and some mayo and you have every meat possible in a single sandwich. Definitely a filler, but worth the trip back for a few more of these. I have never had any issues with the staff or the establishment and on occasion their drive thru can take more time than it would if you had just gone inside. Not sure why, but that is something for the management to look into.

Been at the window 10 minutes and no food. Lady at the drive through was less than enthusiastic in taking my order. Still the fries though.

Came here to grab a quick lunch. This Arby's is the same as all other mall variations: nothing better, nothing worse.

Fast and efficient. The staff is friendly. The food is good and it comes out hot. Not expensive. Under twenty for two people.

Everything is cooked to order so you can wait a bit to get your order. Our simple order of two burgers and a regular fry took over 10 minutes. We waited at the counter for about 2-3 minutes, but the griddle guy kept looking towards us and signaling he needed a minute or two and he would help us. He was working hard as was the other 4 workers who didn't stop for one second to ensure everyone's order was taken care of. When he approached to take our oder he said "Welcome to Five Guys, well sorry we have four today, but I am happy to take your oder." NICE, good touch and great humor. Ordering process was good and he didn't mind the pivot my wife made right after he reread the order and he needed to make an adjustment. We waiting about 10-15 minutes, but watched as each worker busted their butt. There must have been 8 shake orders, Doordashers kept coming in to pick up orders and the griddle guy was non-stop. He even cracked a few jokes and interacted with customers to lighten the mood. The only reason they get 4-stars is because by the time we got home, my wife's burger was missing her bacon. My burger tasted great and the cajun fries are a "must have" if you like a nice kick to your fries.

This place was hopping, so I can understand how some would be frustrated trying to place a phone order when they are also handling a line of customers to the door and an influx of online orders. For a place that was busy, their upkeep in appearance is good. I love the fact they freshly slice the meat and cheese when you place the order. You are able to witness them make your sandwich from start to finish. It looked hectic behind the counter, but given they had only been open a month or less, I am sure they are still working out the kinks as to how to manage the flow of work and staff. I had their club sub which is turkey, ham, provolone (I left this off), applewood smoke bacon, mayo and I asked for it "Mike's Way" which includes onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and their juice (oil and red wine vinegar). A regular sandwich was more than enough for me as they don't skimp on the meats. Unlike some food chains they put more meat the bread which is the way I like it. All the veggies tasted fresh and not like they been sitting there for a while. I love their sandwich, their approach to making it and the quality of ingredients they use. I actually prefer them over Subway. Subway is more bread less meat, Jersey Mikes is more meat less bread. I will definitely come back here again anytime I pass thru. It's worth the wait.

We specifically ordered non-spicy chicken, yet we received a mixed order. My youngest took one bite and was shocked because his piece was spicy. My husband, who regularly eats very spicy foods like General Tso's chicken, actually had to peel the skin off his chicken because it was so hot. That's simply unacceptable when a customer orders non-spicy. The "Cajun Rice" was another huge letdown. I don't know what happened to the recipe, but this is not Cajun Rice as longtime Popeyes customers remember it. It lacked the flavor that made it a favorite for decades. The chicken itself was just as disappointing. The skin wasn't crispy--it was hard. Several pieces looked like they had been fried twice. The coating was dry, overly dark, and unpleasant to eat. The one bright spot was a young woman working there who was incredibly polite, friendly, and courteous. She provided excellent customer service, and I don't blame the employees. They appear to be doing the best they can with what they're given. The responsibility falls on management. They need to step up and bring this restaurant back to the standards the Popeyes name is supposed to represent. As someone who has enjoyed Popeyes for over four decades, this location should be embarrassed by the quality of food they are serving. We drove nearly two hours for medical appointments and thought stopping here would be a nice change. Instead, it was one of the most disappointing fast-food meals we've had in a long time. Sadly, after this experience, I don't expect we'll be making the trip back.

Fresh and hot defined these apps perfectly! The sticks were warm and stringy, the pretzels were warm, soft, and salty. The cheese dip was actually delicious and tasted nothing like a can mix. For the main courses we had the home made mac and cheese that was topped with pulled pork which was sauced in Sweet Baby Rays and the Loaded Nachos topped with the Firehouse's award winning chili. The food all came out sized for a table of 8 with savory and sweet hints of deliciousness! The waitress was welcoming, outgoing, and offered sound advice on food choices. The cook staff was timely and efficient, and the bar tender was busy busy slinging cups full of the nectar of God (BEER!!)! The Firehouse House ambience lived up to the name with firefighter equipment, first responder memorabilia, and crafty decor. The only downside to this establishment is that is dark and throws a dive bar vibe. 9/10... we will be coming back here for sure (and ordering less food)!!
