Got in line at the drive thru at 9:30pm. Hours show it's open till midnight. We waited for 5 min and tried to get someone on the speaker. A worker came out to throw boxes in the dumpster and threw up his arms and made an X, I guess signaling that they were closed. All lights and signs were on. read more

5 star because of the atmosphere. We're road tripping and needed to pull off and stumbled into here... Am I in the lounge of a chic hip hotel? No! I'm at a Wendy's in rural Georgia!!! Nicest Wendy's EVER!!! Wow!!! Parking lot is packed and I understand why! Smiles on staff. Food as good as Wendy's gets. Lounge chairs, faux wall fireplace, flat screens, designer lighting... this must be a testing model. If they build new restaurants like this, Wendy's may take over the top 2! Wow, still in shock. So apparently this used to be a really nasty Wendy's, but they literally must have just reopened because this is now the nicest, fanciest, most hospitable Wendy's I have ever been to. Like, so nice I felt compelled to write a review for a fast food location. That's pretty serious. There is free wifi, lots of plugs and comfy seating, and one of those fancy pants soda machines where you can make weird drinks like vanilla ginger ale (it was actually pretty good). The service was fantastic, the ladies behind the counter were very welcoming and accommodating. She even ran over to the cooks to make sure they understood my special requests. And when our food was ready, she brought it out to our table. For the record: the restrooms were spotless! read more

This was the worst Wendy's I've been to. We waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of us. Every single sandwich we ordered was cold. Refrigerator cold. Slow service and cold food... It was horrible. A total waste of time & money. read more

Ok so we're on the road and just stopped here.... UGH! Can you say DIRTY!?!? From the bathroom to the lobby, and they were NOT busy. Come on people, act like you care where you work - take a look around you and clean during downtime. AND make sure everything functions or is filled. It's not rocket science! This Wendy's used to be much better! Today we sat in the drive thru for at least 15 min, which we didn't mind because it's lunch time. However, when we got to the window and started placing our order the lady didn't hear what we were trying to order, which again is fine bc we're right next to the highway. So my husband asked for a triple number 1 and she said single number 1. My husband spoke a little louder and slower so she could better hear him, and out of nowhere this man comes on the intercom telling us " you don't need to get snippy!" Shocked that someone just yelled at us we just decided to leave!! He wasn't even the one taking our order and we weren't being rude!! read more

Horrible. Cold burgers asked for a fresh one still served a cold one. Hopefully I won't get food poisoning. Do not waste your time here. Drive thru only is open. Poor customer service. I mean is bad. Horrible customer service! I do Uber and the line for this restaurant was forever long. All doors were locked. I called and asked if I could come in to grab the Uber order and the lady said "no, dining room is closed!" I said "yes I understand no one can dine in but I can't pick up an Uber order? Instead I have to sit in this line?" She rudely said "dining room is closed!" No need for the attitude. Unfortunately I had to cancel this order after sitting in drive thru for 20 mins and it didn't move at all! i lost time and money! read more

Ordered a 2 meals, got served the completely wrong thing. Only one meal and some other burger. The fries were cold and were told to pull up and wait. 20 minutes later we go back and the cashier is on her phone and says it should only take a minute. Dump! Nasty workers with long hair and no hairnets, rude employees that can't get an order correct. I have low expectations for most fast food places, but this location is just the worst. Our food was not only wrong, but clearly old. Pretty sure the bacon was hours upon hours old and was hard as a rock. The employees and management clearly aren't interested in customer service, food quality, or cleanliness. When I had to go back into the restaurant because our order was wrong the trash cans were piled so high that people had strategically stacked trays of their food on top of it because they could not get their trash in. read more

Stopped in during a road trip with three kids in tow. The wait was insane! We were in line for 15 minutes because they were severely understaffed. Tables and bathrooms were dirty. Frosty machine was broken. Huge spills on the floor right by the pop machines, and instead of cleaning them up, employee just put up a Wet Floor sign. While this is a newly renovated Wendy's, it's clearly being mismanaged. read more

Worst service and worst food ever!!!. We arrived 3 hours before they closed ordered ilat the window. Paid for our order to be told to move up and wait for them to bring our order. We waited 15 minutes for them to come out and tell us they had dumped the tea and we needed to order a differant drink which we did. They finally brought our order 10 minutes after that which at this time was 25 minutes later. We had to go back through the window because they forgot the LARGE chili. We finally got home to realize they gave us a small chili. I called to complain and she said she would give is another chili. When I told her I was not driving up there again at night she told me she couldn't do anything and to call back tomorrow. I told her at this point I wanted a refund and she said no and thst she would leave a note for the manager. Seriously ticked off right now. They had all the lights off on the signs and acted mad thst we were there at the window at 10:30.... read more
