I ordered delivery today and two items were missing. Part of the issue lies with door dash/the delivery person however part of the blame is Burger King and an employee reaction when I then went to the store for help. I couldn't get anywhere on door dash or the Burger King app with help on my order so I had to go to Burger King to see if I could get help/my items. When I showed my order and said what items I was missing the girl at the counter told me she put the cup (mandalorian cup that comes in a meal) in the box, I then said I was supposed to have two cups, she went to get one and when I asked for a different one because i had already gotten the first kind she grabbed, she stomped over, tossed my phone on the counter with the first cup then was muttering to herself while getting the second one and overall came off with an attitude the whole time, like I was majorly inconveniencing her. I just wanted the items I payed for and for them to not match because that was the point of buying multiple at once. I didn't even ask about the toys because of how she was reacting to the cup and shake. As far as the toys go, I ordered more than one kids meal in hopes my kid would get a few of the different mandalorian toys only to get the same toy in each box. Between the DoorDash driver being unhelpful and then rude, the app service offering to get back to me in 24-48 hours and then the employee at Burger King having an attitude this whole experience was a shit show. I just wanted to get my kid a treat and some Mandalorian items. I wasn't rude or mean to anyone, I only asked about my order and requested items I paid for, I wasn't rude about the cup either, just asked if I could have a different one since I had already gotten the one she originally grabbed. sorry for expecting the bare minimum of my order and decent customer service. read more

Sucks because I really love Burgerking breakfast but the only time I get an actual breakfast burrito is when the lady with the lip piercing is there. I don't expect quality service, so I wasn't disappointed in how bad that was, as the bar was already set pretty low! My order arrived, and as I walked out the door I sampled the fries (who doesn't) - they were just above room temperature. Uh oh.... Unwilling to argue with the stellar employees, I continued to my truck to finish my "meal", and when I opened the wrapping on the burger the first thing I saw was the cold cheese slices protruding from the cold bun. Our family is a fan of Burger King because they are really cheap. Ever since COVID they give free Kids Meals on their app. Hailey likes to get us BK when she doesn't feel like cooking. I always order a Kids Meal with a cheeseburger only ketchup, onion rings, and a sprite. I really love their onion rings because they don't taste like onions at all. Harper always just eats french fries and she eats vegetarian mickey nuggets at home with them. Sometimes Hailey gets an impossible whopper and she said its the best fast food vegan burger she's ever had. On my dog Benson's Birthday he got to have his own cheeseburger with a number 3 birthday candle on it. Took my order AND payment online, and less than 10 minutes later, as I sat in the drive thru waiting to be acknowledged, shut off all the lights and closed up shop. Confused about what was going on, since it was an hour before closing time, and they had just verified the order and took my money less than 10 minutes prior to me pulling up, I pulled around to the drive up window, only to have the (clearly irritated by my presents) employee holler through the closed window that they were closed. I hollered back that, although confused I understood they were now closed, and I just needed to know what I should do about the order and payment taken and not fulfilled, only to be rudely ignored. So many things wrong with my visit to Burger King, and it is Burger King so my expectations aren't all that high. I wait to be helped for over 5 mins while the manager bellows at his employees and serves other guests the wrong food. When he finally gets to me, he keeps interrupting my order to holler at both customers and employees. So much so, that I needed to repeat myself more than once. Okay, I pay and wait (10 mins) for my to go order. All the while the only noise I hear is the horrible squeal of, what I assume to be, the ice cream maker. Oh it's awful!!! But maybe this is why the manager kept yelling..his ears were numb from the noise! Let me start by stating that this Burger King must have gotten a paint job recently, it's looking a lot more inviting than the last few times I've been here, which is nice. The food is standard BK. The fries are usually crispy and fresh, the burgers are charbroiled and tasty. They will put a lot of mayonnaise on your food if you don't request otherwise but other than that- this is a quintessential Burger King experience- which for me at warrants a 4-star review. read more

I feel very sorry for the people who work there. This Burger King is anything but "fast food". If you choose to drive thru, plan to turn off your engine unless you are in a hurry and in that case, avoid it completely. If your choice is to dine inside, it's like a sauna in there and they aren't allowed or able to adjust the temperature. I've eaten there many times and they are always way understaffed. They are working very hard to keep up. Expect a long wait inside and at drive through. Got the Impossible Burger. Great! Never had any time issues like stated before. Just a few minutes from ordering to getting our food and it's all hot and prepared well, just like any other burger king. The attendant was very nice and was very quick about everything. Yesterday evening, September 17 2016, after a long day of travel, my husband and I tried to place an order at the inside counter. The only ones being waited on were the Drive-Thru customers. A young female employee, about high school age, acknowledged us, and tried to wait on us, but kept getting ordered back to the drive-thru window by an older female whom we believed to be her manager. One comment we heard from the older employee was "What are they going to do, fire me?" We waited and waited a long time without getting waited on, and the "manager" would not even turn around and look at us. We finally decided to leave. My husband says loudly in leaving "Thanks for nothing". I say, real loud and sarcastically, "We're leaving! Thanks for the great service!" From the very confused person taking our order (didn't know where they had bottle water stored) to the manager (I think) who kept telling people they could have ice cream for the long wait and had no control on her staff, to the cooks who were in the back goofing off as there were 10+ orders waiting and eating at the same to the over 20 minute wait for food, this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Nothing seemed to be moving and all the employees seemed oblivious to the fact that they had lines of customers waiting. i thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but after reading other Yelp comments, I can see it is a trend. I am a celiac and thus gluten is an issue. I just left Cottage Grove, Oregon Burger King at approximately 1:30 on Sunday, August 16, 2015....I am sick as the result. I ordered french fries, which Burger King national relates is safe. Received the fries, which had a fried flowered onion ring in the container. Went to counter and stated don't you fry french fries in a dedicated fryer? The Counter person said yes and it must have flipped over onto the fries. Got a second set of fries...found fried crusted wheat chunks in that set. Asked to talk to a manager who was Sandi. Stated the problem and I related that Burger Kind advertises a gluten free menu, which includes french fries. She stated NO THEY DON"T in an abrupt and attack mode. I left the restaurant fuming and, as you can read, I am still fuming. It is one thing to make a mistake, which we all know can happen.
