The only reason this location gets two stars is because the food was good. Customer service was horrid, they didn't have a cover on their fresh tea(health hazard!!), the dining area was neglected and gross. Also, they "stopped serving ham/cheese sliders since February" along with a bunch of other menu items that have since been taken off. I understand that, but the way the employee (I'm assuming it was a manager) explained this fact to me was rude and cold. Of all people the manager should have better table manners. read more

Don't bother with the crinkle fries. Hated the curly fries because of the seasoning, these are supposed to only have kosher salt. Clearly they are cooked in the same oil, so you get the same seasoning either way. read more

They added an item to my order that I didn't order when it was brought to the manager's attention her body language and mannerisms made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience for her to fix it I also informed them that the mellow yellow was out they said they would fix it but I am almost done with my meal and it has yet to be fixed. Food has always been good with no issues. Staff is another story. You walk in and they are either playing around with other employees or they just stare at you like you are bothering them. If you ask for a modification to your order they don't know what to do and just stare for a few seconds also. read more

Arby's has always been my place to go for a Chicken, bacon and swish sandwich. Normal good service. Very clean fast food restaurant. This is one of the few that I've noticed that the management and staff address each other as Sir or Ma'am. read more

This location opened in September 2013. My son stood in line overnight to receive 52 free roast beef combos! The staff has always been friendly and the food has been tasty. One of our favorite fast food places. read more

On a Friday a rain storm I went to Arby's to purchase two bacon cheddar sandwiches and one Rueben without sour kraut and large potatoes cake. When I was paying for meal I requested a military discount they claim they gave me. Before I get ready to leaved I had only one bacon cheddar sandwich instead of two. Then told cashier that it was only one bacon cheddar sandwich. He gave me another sandwich without military discounts . Then I ask him what happened to military discount, then I told him why I did not receive the military discount but the cashier said he could not give me the discount. Then went inside spoke to Supervisor Anita about not receiving the military discount on the second bacon cheddar sandwich. She claimed they gave the discount on the first order but will give me the discount on the second order. When I got home neither order has the military discounts.
