At Arby's today in Kalispell. Go through the drive through after navigating all the pot holes in the parking lot. Order 2 sandwiches. Get to the window to pay and she sees that I'm going to pay with cash, so she decides to round up the 98 cents. I say no I have exact change I will give you the 2 cents. Then she proceeds to tell me not only do they not have pennies, they cannot accept pennies. I said yes you can it's legal tender. She obviously wasn't smart enough to know what that means. So I told her to keep the food and stop punishing people that pay with cash. Come on businesses in Kalispell! They stopped making pennies but that didn't cause a shortage and it doesn't mean that those of us that still pay with cash can't use pennies. The smartest fast food place I've seen lately is Frugals. Stopped by to get my St Bernard a 1/2 pounder roast beef. The drive thru guy says "I hope you don't want any rosdt beef because we don't have any. I forgot to put it in the oven." I normally avoid this particular Arbys because the service there is atrocious. I haven't been there in over a year. Looks like I won't be there ever again. read more

Usually okay if you're looking for something other than a burger. I'd say just stick to a regular roast beef for a beef and cheddar be safe. As soon as you start to wander off towards the chicken and little extra weird things they might have that month or temporarily added to the menu, then you're on your own. I know people that swear by it, others not so much. Food is average price for what it is these days, although the service isn't very fast usually a line of cars out to the highway. I guess if you got the time, patience and good luck, you might come out the other end okay. read more

Manager was rude turned away service because she was down a person. Don't eat here I would rather eat at McDonald's

I stopped in to buy lunch, but since I was pulling a trailer I needed to walk in. As I walked in I noticed the floor mats on the counter (disgusting). I was confronted by two cashiers and a manager. The manager asked "what are you doing in here?" I explained that I wanted to place an order. I was told I needed to leave because the lobby is closed. When I tried to explain that I had a trailer I was told that I needed to walk through the drive up line to place my order. That is not the safest thing to do. As I was leaving I double checked and there was not a sign on the door and obviously the doors were unlocked. The manager was also scolding the counter help for leaving the door unlocked. What a great way to treat a paying customer. Fortunately Chick-fil-A had no problem with my money or serving me food. read more

The very first time in at this local fastish food establishment was nothing short of delish. However I was famished and the "Roast Beef n Cheddar" hit the spot like a Greek float-out a drift funeral. The second time the food was just the same nothing short of splish splash I was takin a bath, in Arby sauce, but no really, I could and can tell they are making the queens honest effort, however I did have to ask the Manager as well as the assistant manager why they weren't wearing gloves. I absolutely love Arby's. One of my favorite fast food restaurants, and I've never had a bad experience until last night. I ordered quite a few roast beef sandwiches, which are no longer cheap because they did away with the junior ones, and they got them out to me fairly fast. When I got home and we went to eat them, we found what looked like ground beef, but was the color of roast beef. (Should have taken a picture) would have taken it back but I live a good 20 minutes away. So we tried eating it instead...I spent a good amount of money! Not only were we not sure if it was any type of roast beef, but the majority of it was so weird and chewy, you couldn't even eat it if you wanted to. So gross. Never never going back. read more
