Went to DQ yesterday (I should know better by now as I'm never happy with the service, but I was in a time pinch) and picked up a $7 cheeseburger lunch deal. It was 11:44 am, I get home 12:07 open my sandwich from the wrapper and my burger bun was very wrinkled, weird but ok, I took a bite and STEAM rises from the sandwich and I notice to chew this bite I have to open my mouth to let it cool off. What.... So I open the burger and the bun, STEAMS, the patty, STEAMS the pickles, STEAM. Clearly this burger was reheated and way too long at that! I'm an adult and it was way too hot to eat for myself! Thankful it was me who ordered and received this hot mess because the pickles would have definitely burned some young kiddo. The reviews on here make me laugh! This is fast food!! Not sure what people expect. We frequent this Dairy Queen and really appreciate how fast and efficient the staff is! Even with a massive line in the drive-thru, we get in and out pretty quickly and always content with our food/blizzards. I can tell the staff is a younger crowd (high school maybe?) and it's very impressive! Always kind and respectful! read more

It's Dairy Queen how do you go wrong? Sure you can mess up any food, but it's not really the case here. Obviously their soft smooth and all the ice cream desserts are awesome and their flame broiled burgers and Coney type dogs are bomb. Prices have gone up over the years a little bit but what hasn't. Just had the Reese Peanut butter cup lovers blizzard here tonight and it was very tasty and pretty good. I paid for extra Peanut butter cup and didn't get near enough, but was way better than my last experience with another location. read more

i went there and got ice cream through the drive thru and ordered a cookie jar blizzard( Oreo and cookie dough) and there was a piece of Oreo but that was it. nothing else in the ice cream besides one chopped up Oreo and no cookie dough. read more

I'm not sure why everyone rants and raves about DQ - it's not what I remember it to be when I was a youngster; but kids and teenagers seem to LOVE this place! The employees are all very respectful, can articulate a sentence, and are very helpful and PATIENT. The food was "eh" - I mean, they say it's not fast food, it's fan food, but I beg to differ. The food was gross, the ice cream was good, I mean, who can screw up ice cream, right? Surely not DQ. The cheese curds were hard and tasted stale, the chili cheese dog was disgusting - the worst I've ever had. The fries were dry, but my Granddaughter loved her burger, and of course her fudge stuffed cookie with ice cream sundae. Glad to see teenagers working, and taking some pride in how they treat their customers. It was a nice change from what we get in California. read more

Idk how people can be so tough on this place, it's easily the best local fast food establishment I've visited since the pandemic shook things up in the service industry. I still expect small mistakes, so I double check my orders to make sure I get what I payed for but I have never been disappointed at this spot. The drive thru practically flies by and I've always been happy with the quality of the food and the service. Plus the lobby is frequently open and clean. read more

Girl at the window forgot our food and said have a great day so we took off. Didn't give us a receipt either to prove we got ripped off. Went back to get our food and they closed (at 5:27 btw, but short staffing does suck so I won't complain). Working in the restaurant industry shows how eager lazy people can be to focus on closing early over the customer, which seemed to be the case here. I'm not angry just disappointed in what seems to be bad management or possibly employees without an on duty manager. I still love their Butterfinger Blizzard. It's just as good as it ever was. The Vanilla Malts, I don't like as much. Chicken strips, yes please. And better, with white gravy and fries. My wife and i visit this Dairy Queen quite often but tonight her hamburger was pink inside. When my wife showed the staff the burger and told them about it, thy girl just said ok. I then went up and asked for the manager and asked her if she would please cook us another one. I am very disappointed with the service I received last night. I asked for two 4 piece chicken strip baskets, one with extra gravy and one with extra ranch. I also ordered a large Oreo cheesecake blizzard and a large chocolate ice cream blizzard with brownies and Oreos. When we got our food they gave us 2 ranches and 1 gravy, which was wrong. Our blizzards were incorrect too. I received a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and my fiancé got a chocolate blizzard with peanut butter cups. After dinner on the way back to our hotel, we decided to get a treat...we had never seen anything like this place...cars were lined up and backed up around the parking lot! It was a bit late (around 9:15pm) but we thought maybe if we drove around and explored Kalispell a bit the line would be down by the time we came back. Nope! When we made it back the drive through line was even longer! We went around the block and had to wait in line...in the street...before we could even get into the parking lot with cars lining up behind us! You would think that this is the only place in Kalispell to get ice cream! Anyway, we finally made it to the window, picked up our chocolate dipped cones and parked in the lot next door to eat them...this was also an adventure! It appears that this is one of the local teen hang-outs so we had lots of people watching to occupy our eyes while we enjoyed our dessert! That being said, the dipped cones are really great! read more
