I like Arby's... But just not this location. This is the only one on the area where you can't order online, yet they have designated parking spaces for online pick up. This is also the only Arby's where you cannot use any of the deals in the app. It is right off the freeway so I do end up stopping here sometimes and they have a drive-thru. However, without a deal, the price is here can get ridiculous and the quality here is definitely no better than any other location. When I stopped here today I found myself ordering less because the prices are prohibitive. I feel like they take advantage of truck, drivers and travelers because of their location, but they do have a decent roast beef sandwich. So if you've never tried an Arby's, I recommend you do, just choose another physical location. read more

The food was very bad, I ordered potato cakes and a double roast beef. The potato cakes were very old and extremely hard, like they had cooked them earlier and they sat under the heat lamp for an hour then got put in the fryer to heat them up. They were inedible. The roast beef sandwich was just nasty, and had a small bone in it. What has Arby's done to there delicious sandwich I have been eating for20 years? I love Arby's and I like stopping at the Lodi location on my way to Sacramento and back. However, a recent trend has been that staff seems to be more and more careless. Always check your order before you leave the drive-through. It's good advice but when you're in a hurry sometimes I forget. Asked for Arby sauce at the drive-through speaker, but when already on the road I discovered that they did not put any Arby sauce in the bag. Funny thing is they never seem to be that crowded so not sure why they can't take their time to get the orders correct. Also, the beef and cheddar's don't have the cheddar evenly distributed throughout the sandwich. Sometimes it ends up on just one side of the sandwich and the other side is more dry. Absolutely awful I accidentally dropped my fries on the floor by the soda fountain the employee came out and cleaned them up off the floor and said they were going to replace my fries and this other person said after I was waiting for a replacement that they don't give out free food. This location is connected to a gas stop off the freeway, so it happened to be open on a holiday, which was nice. The hubby was really craving Arbys. I wasn't super hungry so I got the swiss ranch sandwich, which was part of their 2 for $6 menu. The hubby got a buffalo chicken sandwich as part of that deal and then just a regular roost beef meal. My sandwich was fine, as expected. The regular roast beef is standard. The curly fries are by far the best thing. And apparently the buffalo chicken sandwich was pretty bad. When we walked in the door all the employees were standing around and notifying us that the internet was down and they couldn't sell us food. They were all "rock stars" Gentlemen and a lady. This Arby's has been my travel day pit-stop for over a year. Great food, good service, and today's visit had me laughing. I learned years ago that the younger employees failed basic math and spelling courses. Never offer extra change to simplify the returned cash, and then use "Joe" as your name for the dine in order. Although Joe sometimes become Jo, Jol, or once even Job (assuming from a Hebrew word meaning "persecuted"), Barry becomes Berry, Bari, Barrie, Larry or Gary. Not exactly sure when this came to town.. Out of all of the true fast food locations, Arby's has always been a favorite. Arby's (at least this one) is a little pricey. Ordered the Beef and Cheddar.. And it was $7.29 for the combo.. Considering you can still get several combos at other fast food establishments.. This is not so competitive. Hubby used to always order the Arby-Q, and they said they don't make it here.. That was disappointing. Anyway, the gal in the drive thru was friendly and polite. Arby's is usually one of my favorite fast food places, however I seldom eat there because they're just not located in areas that are convenient to me. I stopped in here craving a beef and cheddar sandwich and patato cakes. I placed my order and received my food fairly quickly. There weren't any clean tables available, so after getting my food I had to ask them to clean one. When I finally sat down to eat I was a little disappointed, as my sandwich wasn't really hot. (It was cold, lukewarm at best) At least the patato cakes were hot. I've ate at this location before and it has been good so I will most likely try it again, but I was disappointed during this visit. read more

We LOVE Arby's, but our sandwiches had a weird solid processed meat (ewwww!). Not the little shaved pieces we love. If this was our first Arby's ever, doubt we'd go back. And their shake machine was broken so no Orange Creamsicle shake - and on our 1,300 mile car trip in almost 100 degree heat, we were looking forward to a sweet, cool treat. No such luck. We were traveling up north and we stoped by this Arby's on 10/26/2019. Let me first say we ordered the new sandwich the beef braised combo. It tasted like crap. I know this was a truck stop but the condiment area was dirty. Then there were two employees who were racing to see who could get the trash done first. Our visit to this location was made special by the cashier Lucilia. She has a beaming personality that is genuine. She connects with customers and gives off the energy that she enjoys what she does! The Greek Gyros - promotion for 2 for $6.00 were delicious. The pita bread and the meat was just right. The Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie $1.49 each were warm, soft, chewy and delicious. Worst drive thru customer service ever. Didn't ask what sauces I want and kept using cross contamination as an excuse for not doing quality work. If you were so afraid of cross contamination why didn't you wear gloves and a face mask? Girl didn't even know how to smile or say Hi when greeting at the window. As far as the food the Philly steak seemed okay, although I've never eaten a true Philly steak sandwich. The curly fries seemed a little overcooked but did have good flavor. I did have a problem after given the bag of food and leaving the drive thorough I noticed that the fries was was spilled throughout the bag which also had a hole in the bottom. Therefore much of the fries ended up on the floor of my car. I don't know if this is a new business but the server wasn't familiar with the contents of the condiments available for my order. I was offered horsey sauce which turned out to what I'm guess imitation salad dressing mayo and powdered horse radish. It was good just still a mystery sauce. Perhaps the on my next trip this place will be much more organized. My wait time for my order seemed a little long but I'm guessing they may have made fresh batch of curly fries.
