I was in the area and wanted a fish sandwich so I headed to this location that was a little out of the way but happened to be the closest to where I was at the time. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find out that the very reason I wanted Arby's, (the fish sandwich) was out of stock at 3:30pm. I shifted gears and decided to try their Rueben sandwich combo with curley fries. I placed my order online and I don't remember it giving me the option to go through the drive-thru, so I had to go inside to grab my order. There was plenty of parking and only a few people dining inside when I walked in. I was promptly greeted and my order was up within a few minutes. After checking my order, I noticed my fries were cold but they quickly took them back and brought me a fresh, hot order once they came out the fryer. Everyone I interacted with during my visit was pleasant and I appreciate that. I ended up dining in and the dining room was clean. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the issue with items being out of stock. Other than that, my visit was great! read more

Yesterday, 10-22-25 we ordered online to pick up. We pick the order up, drive home, it's missing an entire meal. This is the third time this year that this has happened. E we didn't bother driving all the way back to retrieve the meal, just wasn't worth it. But they need to double heck the receipt and make sure it's all there!!! Excited and ready for some Arbys. Get there and go to the door. Drive thru only, can't go or eat inside. I order 4 roast beef w cheese & large fries. The best part is the person asks me what kind of cheese. I say cheese wiz all 4. We go to the Sheetz a min away to buy drinks and eat our food in there. No cheese on any of the sandwiches. If we were in the place would be an easy solution but because we had to go eat down the block it's more of a headache so we just eat plain boring sandwiches. 21 bucks wasted out the window. Since I've rekindled my love with Arby's I've been here several times as it's the closest location to my house. The shopping center it's in is new with alot of vacancies so it's never crowded. Since Covid I've only ever used the drive through. Service here is touch and go although everyone that's waited on me was really nice. However that doesn't mean there hasn't been issues with my orders, and has been more often than not. Once they forgot to give me my change until prompted, another time I got a beef and cheddar with no cheese, and most recently was missing my fries. DO check your order and change before pulling away. read more

Went to Arbys today around 1 pm went inside there was 7 people waiting for their food music was really loud and workers were yelling at each other took us 47 minutes to get our lunch and it wasnt right had to take it back up and wait some more NEVER had this problem at this arbys before the only explanation for this is poor management to much yelling back and forth between management and employees orders were wrong wait time was way to long drive thru was fast though no one waited got their orders in a fast proper order it will be a long while before we go there again read more

My concern is on July 26, 2023 my wife and I stopped to pickup lunch at the Arby's in Manheim, Pa. Ordered for the entire family. I was asked if I wanted tartar sauce for my fish. When we got home, 17 miles away, no fish. Phoned Arby's to tell them missing item. The call went to an answering device. I left my name and number. Did Arby's personnel ever call back. A big "NO." if i could give this zero stars i would. first the cashier didn't even know how to make a sandwich free with a coupon i had. once all the food was rung up and paid for he still didn't give me the free sandwich but added a sandwich to my bill. then the manger had a hard time doing things. after all that was sorted out we ended up not getting some of our food anyway and had to go back for it. this place runs worse then any mcdonald's ever in existence. i'd rather have monkeys serve me then the staff that they provided. read more
