Stopped by this Arby's while driving through the area. We actually went inside to order so that we could use the restrooms also. The front counter staff were polite & welcoming. We placed our order & got our drinks. I hate saying it but the iced tea was terrible so soft drinks it was. Our meals were fresh hot & tasty. The restaurant could use a little tlc the floor was sticky, the counter top was dirty & the soda machine could use a cleaning. The restrooms were tidy so that's a huge plus. Will we stop here again? Arby's has a new sub sandwich to compliment Thanksgiving. They have the smoked turkey gobbler sub with stuffing, cranberry sauce and piled high with smoked turkey. Wow, the smoked turkey was so tender and it really did taste like a bit of Thanksgiving placed into a fresh hoagie roll. Only thing missing was the mashed potatoes and gravy. What a wonderful meal. Also the seasoning of the stuffing was perfect. Minimal salt yet tasty herbs. I would like to compliment the one who made the sandwich. In 4 times visiting this location I ask for horse/horseradish zero times have they giving it. So I finally said please please I will pay extra and I ordered my food I received 0 zero horseradish. Worst place I have been to. SIMPLE REQUEST. I will pay double my food order to get it right 1 time. Willing to pay an extra 20 bucks for 1 packet of horseradish just 1 time right . This was a terrible experience. How do you not get anything right with an order? I went through the drive-thru (the restaurant and drive-thru were not busy) and ordered a double roast beef and no ice in my soda with Arby's and Horsey sauce. I received a regular roast beef (and it was light on meat to even call it that) and ice in the soda (I'm used to this as most fast food restaurants for some reason can't seem to leave out the ice) and no sauce. Upon ordering, the girl at the cash register was very inattentive While ordering, she often turned to her coworkers to join in on conversation that had absolutely nothing to do with work. I went through drive thru at 5:28PM and it was a total disappointment. I bought a total of 4 roast beef classic and 1 French dip combo. The roast beef on every single sandwich was cold. We figured we would put it in the microwave even though it should really be hot when it's served. The crinkle cut fries that we got with the combo were cold and hard as a rock as if they had been sitting there after the expiration date. Literally, the only good things were the au jus sauce and the soda. This was a total waste of money an a huge turn off. The meat was not evenly placed on the bread so it was really thick in one part and no meat on another part. That's just sloppy. Also the guacamole was almost non-existent. Im glad I wasn't very hungry cuz I tossed both of them in the trash after one bite... old and dried out fish & bun... no cheese slice but that cheese spread which is gross on a sandwich...either get a new sandwich right or get it off the menu no excuses... I definitely would give the crew and drive up employee a 5 star... very friendly and personal and helpful... I will be back when they get some more roast beef. Came here for first time and ordered two Arby's meals with curly fries and cokes. Also got a chicken Pecan sandwich with strawberry lemonade. Total was pretty high at $32.01. I gave the young lady cashier $52.01 for twenty bill back and she accidently dropped the penny. When she returned my change it was only $19.99 even tho it was her fault for dropping the penny in the drive thru. Needless to say after spending over $30 we gave the 99 cents back and asked for a dollar bill. She had no clue what to do so we asked for manager who we had to explain what happened. He exchanged the 99 cents for the bill but the next window cashier was a guy who looked at us with an attitude when he handed us our food and shut the window. I want to give more stars cause typically the food is good and service is great (they'll sometimes give my dog a little roast beef) but I don't know what it is with holding the arby's sauce hostage. Depends on who's working. The young kid in drive thru is so condescending and rude. Its not that hard to be nice! If I go inside again depends on who working I get good service. Last time the kid's were arguing over who's food was who's. Not good for your customers to hear. Now I'm wondering if my order will be right. Either way they need to work on their employees attitudes. One time I was in drive thru their system went down my order total was less than $8. I told the kid I could not wait and did not want my food to get cold sitting there on the counter. He rudely told me it would be 5 minutes for him to reboot his system and could not ring me up. Worst experience ever. I ordered the BOURBON BBQ BRISKET sandwich, I got home and all I had was a bun bbq sauce and bacon. I love Arby's. I think their menu options are great, from Roast Beef to their new Buffalo Chicken. I am very much surprised at these low ratings they have on Yelp. It is actually my favorite fast food and especially in Maricopa compared to the others. I love the way the roast beef is sliced so thin and piled up on the mid and the max. Their beef and cheddar makes my mouth melt. Their new items such as the buffalo chicken, the jalapeño sliders and the gyros are so good. The guys and gals that work the counter are always super friendly. Glad my experience is different then the reviews on here. read more
