Was out in Mesa on Sunday, and decided to stop here for dinner before our drive back to Surprise. You can never go wrong with In N Out. Had a Double Double with raw and grilled onions. Had some fries and a water to drink. We got 4 burgers, 3 fries, and 2 shakes for under $35.00. Cant beat that price for a family to eat out! My kids and wife love In N Out. This one is right near the 202 which is nice. Service was friendly as usual. In N Out is the best! read more

I come to this In-N-Out at least once a month using the drive-thru. It's always super fast, the food is great, and the staff is usually friendly. It always seems to be pretty busy inside the restaurant, so I recommend going through the drive-thru and parking in the massive nearby parking lots. Drive thru wait has really gotten bad. Way too slow. It seems to be the kitchen's fault, as even with just a few cars and small orders the wait is worse than before. Something has changed. Also, it's now $6 now for a double double. Value isn't there anymore especially with the wait. read more

Eating my #3, $8, In & Out meal right now. Has anyone ever dissected their burger from here? The meat portion of a Burger is so tiny. It's so tiny and thin I couldn't even get a thickness measurement with a tape measure. Yes, I did attempt it. I am aware that the fries are made from a fresh potato. I've seen my share of them being slaughtered right there in the plate-glass- drive-thru window and, I'll admit, they are delicious; for the length of time they are hot. I realize they use "fresh ingredients" but so does every other restaurant serving lettuce, tomato and bread. Of course I go there whenever I get the chance and I wait in the long lines like everyone else, and I scarf down my #3 like I'm going to the electric chair. I'm so confused. read more

She was not only incredibly polite and professional, but she also listened with the kind of focus and care you rarely see these days--especially from someone so young. Ruby took my order with genuine attentiveness and a warm attitude that instantly elevated the entire visit. Her kindness and positive energy truly stood out. In a time when great service often feels like a thing of the past, Ruby reminded me that there's still a bright future ahead--especially with young people like her in the workforce. Burgers were good, fries not at all good.. they were limp and soggy. Went through the drive thru and the guy taking the order was rude his deep sigh and head tilt hurry attitude made me upset and he had just began my order ps. Brown hair guy working drive thru 4/10/25 and I'm normally good at getting names smh he made me so upset. Definitely having to call him out. Some people don't need to do customer service at all. I spent nearly 60 bucks for an attitude and limp fries.... In and out!!! Come on do better please with your people and food. Ahhh In N Out loved it in my hometown of Los Angeles and I love it here in Mesa. The one thing that I find no matter if you're eating a cheeseburger here in AZ or a burger on the East Coast every location taste the same the consistency is the same at each and every location. The beef patty is grilled to perfection and the fry's are always deliciously crispy and hot right out of the fryer. The kids at this location are shockingly friendly that's a huge plus all in all we really enjoy coming here. read more

My husband and I will come through the drive thru here for meals from time to time. The food here is usually consistently good and the staff is always pleasant. I was shocked last time to get a horrifically dreadful meal. The fries were cold but the bun was stale, hard and burned. We decided to pull around and let someone know. What happened next is why I'm still giving five stars. I had my half-eaten burger wrapped in a napkin, but the manager met me near the door before I even made it to the counter. It's like he knew the deal - I swear I didn't have an angry face or a raised fist, lol. He was so nice and apologetic, immediately offering me compensation and letting the kitchen know so more stale buns wouldn't go out. I wish I'd caught his name because that guy is awesome at his job. Food is always top tier at this location, but i will say there was some unprofessional behavior in the drive thru on the evening of 10:31/24. 2 workers were taking orders and as the one in front of me finished taking the cars order he walked by the other worker and said "God damn this boy is hungry" in a loud voice. 100% the guy in the car heard the Worker say that because he turned around and looked back at him. We are so happy our neighborhood now has an In and Out. The closest one to us before was at least 7 miles away! I have already had two meals from this location. First time, they got the whole order right. Second time, it was actually wrong but I forgive them! I ordered a double animal style and although the receipt did say animal style, I got a regular double. Considering they've just opened, little mistakes like that are bound to happen and I'm ok with it. On opening night, and despite the large number of people who showed up and the long drive thru line, they got the order right and they were going through orders very quickly. Prices have always been very good at In and Out. Their burgers taste good and their fries are fresh, they chop them right in front of customers in their open kitchen. This is a good addition to the longbow marketplace shopping center and many people are excited about it! read more

I ordered fries. It is always hot and fresh as usual, firm and solid. If you want fries to be more firm, you can always ask them to cook the fries longer. People often complain that the fries are soggy, but this is preventable if you are clear with your request. 3. The hamburger was delicious. I normally ask for both raw and grilled onion, along with both pickles and chopped yellow chili inside. This has always been the gold standard that many, many burger places do not serve. 4. The lines are usually fast, whether it is long or short, especially at this location. 5. Food is always quick to get. There are good days and not so good days, depending on the number of patrons but overall, in n out has always delivered well, especially at this location. 6. The customer service is typically top notch. Love the people who work there. Always with a positive attitude and a smile. They are quick to assist you when you need something. The staff is friendly and have never forgotten anything in my order, and I've never had a bad food experience. During this pandemic, it seems that they've really taken precautions to keep their people healthy. Their masks fit in with their uniform, which is cute. This review is a little late to the scene. We came here December 16th. A busy night a few weeks after they opened. We had driven by it a few times so we Wanted to give it a try. It was always packed, lines around the building, lots of cars all over. We did the smart thing, parked the car and walked inside to place the order . I'm not one for going through the drive-through anyway I like to go into the shop . Anyway, even though they had just opened recently, everything was clean and organized . Everyone working behind the counter was pleasant and Greeted you immediately . We just got the burgers and fries, simple. We ordered no onions and no sauce. We got it to go .
