I have been to this location a number of times over the years. It is consistently slow and understaffed. Except this time I could see four employees (5:18 pm on 7/25/2019). The person taking my order spoke so clearly, I was so optimistic... there were three cars in front of me, and for the first time ever, the line cleared... wow. Got home and both my wife and daughter got their orders. I was surprised by the shape of my box for the Reuben Combo I ordered ... nope, not a Reuben. A loaded Italian ... and it was just meh. Soft white roll, way too much runny mayo, some kind of cheese, some lettuce, just generally lame. One star overall if I had ordered it, a big zero for not ordering it. I can compare it to the Italian sub I just reviewed at Tino's down the street last week - that is five stars and not much more money. Go there. The receipt actually says loaded Italian, so the order filler did her job. It was either the order taker or system. They should verbally confirm the order, or upgrade to a digital order screen. I know the Reuben and Gyros and other sandwiches, maybe four stars for being good and completely different from other fast food. I look forward to their curly fries and Horsey Sauce. C'est magnifique. Worth the calories and fat and perhaps dying early from clogged arteries, but I do limit my exposure. Five stars for the sauce and fries. My wife loves their tenders and curly fries and fried mozzarella sticks, but is not a Horsey fan (loser). My daughter thinks their onion rings are the best on the planet. This is a destination for her. She BEGS to go here. I can use these onion rings as leverage. Five stars. I have never been inside, so I am neutral. So you would think I would give it at least three stars ... except for the historical slowness, botching my most recent order with a substandard sandwich I did not order, not confirming my order verbally or electronically, and for serving generally unhealthy choices. I almost did not order, just needed something fast for my wife and daughter, and now I really regret ordering for myself. Regret is not good. I need to think twice before coming back. read more

Wow. This place has made an amazing turnaround. In much the same way as a person in a coma suddenly coming alive in a daytime soap opera or if you saw the Cuba Gooding character in the movie 'Radio' suddenly start writing screen plays and doing people's taxes, this place really turned things around with the staff now being is super helpful and competent.  Good job to the management! read more

This is the best Arby's I've been to, hands down. Great customer service and excellent food.

I made a Order for Arby's on Uber Eats at 8:58 pm. Just for 2 sandwiches and a dessert item. And paid for the fast delivery option. And that my order would be delivered by 9:20 pm. At 9:16 I looked at my phone and it said my food would be delivered by 9:30. At 9:29 the app said it would be delivered at 9:40 then 9:50. Then they said my order was canceled and they gave me a $10 credit. I put in my order a hour before the store closed. That was totally unreasonable. My order was easy and not complicated at all and they had a full hour to get my food delivered. I'm not impressed. I worked a 16 hour day and wanted a easy simple fast bite so I could get to bed. They had plenty of time but couldn't get my easy order to me. read more

This Arby's would get a negative 2 stars if that was an option!!!the dining area was closed. After waiting what felt like 20m just to order our food, we get to the drive up- no one say's anything on the intercom for over 2m. Finally we said, "hello?!" (After being in a hot car & a lady budged her way ahead of us. we would've gone to CULVER'S if we weren't stuck in the drive through hell.!!!!) After we said hello????? a kid comes on the intercom, totally mindf*cking us & asks for our order. We get up to pay & he say's- NOTHING, NOT YOUR TOTAL IS, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE, THANK YOU & HAVE A NICE DAY- NOTHING!!!!"I NEVER ATE AT ARBY'S BEFORE & THE ONLY REASON I WENT THERE WAS BC THEY HAD GYROS. This place is really good. My favorite part is how it tastes like poison. The workers were for real for real super chill AF. I just hate how they all looked over 50. I really hate food that touches old peoples hands. I cringe just thinking about it. Old... wrinkly... hands... touching my roast beef. I cant stand for it. I also ordered 10 turnovers and they "ran out." I bet they just hate me or something. Lastly there were women who worked there. That is always a bonus. Food was good. The employees were good. It was just the vibes of the place. Like 6 months ago there was this chick with short, colored hair who yelled at me. Very scary. You better try their crinky fries. they hella good. They lied about not having potato cakes. I saw someone in the back eating them. When I pointed it out they only got angry at me. The vibes of the place is rather creepy. So we needed some food fast and this was on the way to our destination and we do enjoy Arby's from time to time but this ended up being a big mistake. There were three other customers when we entered but nothing seemed to be happening. We waited and waited with the one order that was ahead of me and I overheard someone in the kitchen saying they were still working on the sandwiches for the person ahead of us when 10 minutes had gone by. We had to go since now we were late and we left without getting our money back (the person at the counter was overwhelmed with the one other customer in the place trying to place an order). The person at the counter was very apologetic, seemed it wasn't his fault but the people in the back weren't making food. We came back after our appointment to get our money back and the assistant manager was rude and cold. No apologies, no eye contact and very accusatory, "You didn't get any of this food?!. No, we didn't. Not even the orange dream beverage. No, I'm not trying to steal $9.42 from this restaurant. We had to skip eating dinner because they weren't able to get us any food and we were there a good 15 minutes. I have never had customer service this poor, this restaurant must not care about having any customers. I definitely will never come back here again even though it's very close to home and convenient. read more

My mistake for caving and going for fast food. There were many tastier options, but while I was running errands, this place jumped out. I used to love Arby's curly fries. I don't know that I'd say this place turned me off of them forever, but they definitely need to change their grease - the curly fries tasted like a smoky bar smells. My chicken/bacon/swiss sandwich was a greasy, cold mess. Overall disappointing. I doubt I'll be back anytime soon. read more

The cashier is so busy starring at sparkly objects he can never get your order right. The loaded fries was not worth 2.99 as the cheese tasted like a chemical compound. Beef gyro no flavor. I've been going to this Arby's for years because of location, it's an easy drive. Typically the slowest one I know, and the most mistakes, so I double check every order. But last night was something new. Walked in to get take out for 4 of us at dinner time-7pm. Had coupons. Learned long ago at this Arby's to go inside for bigger orders with coupons or it will be messed up. Waiting in line behind 3 other orders for a long time. This time it was a confused customer. Was it their fault that they couldn't get the customer to understand? Hard to tell. Then the manager walks out and yells at everybody that there is no more roast beef, that they won't have any for an hour or an hour and a half. This is their go-to food. This is what they're all about. Roast beef. Someone didn't notice that they were running low, and let them run out at dinner service. Seriously. They had some, but it was going to take over an hour to prepare. Wow. I immediately turned around and walked out and drove to another Arby's in Eden Prairie that is farther away, but served me quickly with no issues. I've finally had enough. I just have to suck it up and make the extra drive to go to a good Arby's. You really need to avoid this one. It's as bad as people say. And has been for years. Over and over. Really. read more

For years, I loved the chicken, bacon and Swiss cheese sandwich and while my grandmother was still blessing us with her presence on earth, she and I would always go to Arby's for this specific item whenever we went out for lunch. Then, about 4 years ago, I went in for the same item... and it was beyond horrible. You could tell the oil had not been changed in a very long time and chicken breast was less than tender and actual fat grizzle inside. At that time, I swore off any chicken from Arby's.... and would ONLY go there for the 3 for $5 roast beef coupon deals. Nothing more. Recently, the Orange Cream shakes caught the attention of my children and myself so we've stopped by only for those delicious shakes and nothing more. Do you see a pattern here? Plus, several years I was very unhappy that the chocolate chip cheesecake dessert item from Eli's Cheese Cake was discontinued.... so Arby's was not really winning me over anymore. Enter the current situation: I received the flyer in my local Sun Sailor newspaper (which I love for those 3 for $5 roast beef deals)... and there was a FREE Orange Cream shake with any purchase coupon. Within days of receiving this, I have been very intrigued by your OUTSTANDING TV and radio ads with the soulful-passionate-laden deep male voiceover - talent talking about the $1 sliders, specifically.... the Buffalo Chicken slider. So.... I thought, maybe.... it's worth seeing if the chicken still sucked or... maybe it's actually good, plus it's just a buck. No big loss. So I come into the Minnetonka Arby's with coupon in hand for the free Orange Cream shake plus a purchase of 1 Buffalo Chicken slider. The manager, Alyssa, kindly let me know that it would have to be a regular priced item to get the free shake. I thought this is not worth fighting over so I gladly accepted her gentle understanding of the coupon. With that being said, I just ordered 1 Buffalo Chicken Slider and a glass of water. Low risk, right? Little did I know that Arby's re-commitment to "handcrafted meats", is backed by delicious tender chicken breast meat that I once loved. Plus, this new slider was created by an Arby's Angel by the name of KENYA. Oh my God, she won me over with her beyond-amazing attitude and passion for creating a perfect sandwich (even if it was a mere ONE slider). With this newfound tasty, savory experience... I quickly ordered 2 more upon my devouring of my first slider. Kenya was absolutely consistent in every way possible with her meat craftmanship on the following repeat order of both Buffalo Chicken sliders. Hence, I have been back at least 7 times over the past 2-3 weeks for the same sliders... and specifically coming in when Kenya is working. Shameless, I know... but can you blame me? Additionally, the manager, Alyssa.... is your manager rock star as she intuitively knows how to delight the customer experience. For example, I typically order.... then, wash my hands in the bathroom.... and when I come back to my table.... either Alyssa or Kenya deliver it to the table by the time I return. Tell me that is not impressive! I apologize for the length of my response, however... I don't feel that I have done justice to these 2 beyond-amazing employees of Arby's and feel their superiors deserve to know how they are winning back customers in the trenches by good, old-fashioned friendly customer service.
