EVERYONE IS SO NICE HERE!!! Genuinly such wonderful people, amazing food, warm atmosphere, quick service, just amazing.

Noodles isn't what it used to be. It's ok. The food is decent. it's all about noodles. Missing the stroganoff. The food is fast food italian. The order was placed, with some challenges for custom requests (seasoning on the side). The wait to get the food was ok. The food was ok. No complaints but no one jumping up and down to go back soon. HOWEVER, they have the really cool soda machine where you can make whatever you want. I love those machines. That alone might bring me back. I remember when Noodles was such a fun place to go. This location Is consistently awful. That is being too nice. EVERY single take out order we have made was missing an item. It is always the rice crispy treats. We have learned to check. Today two sides were missing that we paid for and are clearly on the receipt: Mac and cheese and Thai soup. My son picked it up and did check the rice crispy treats. We did not discover this error until my son got home. It is so upsetting to have this happen again. They are mailing us credits, but I will not be back. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me a dozen times, grrr, this place is atrocious and the employees continue to exhibit such gross incompetence, I am at a loss. I will not be back. I will give the credit to my college kids. As for my Zucchini Shrimp Scampi, regular size, there were three medium shrimp and the dish was just meh, undoubtedly made worse by the missing Thai soup. I do not know if three shrimp is the standard, or if I am the victim of even more ineptitude. I also added a lot of crushed red pepper flakes and ground black pepper to give it some flavor. To be fair, I did not order it spicy because I thought it would have some flavor. So why does my family keep coming back? My kids like bland food. There is also a lack of healthy takeout in the area, and convenience. I do like the website and posted calories. It is not worth it, not with all these errors. Noodles is an ideal stop for a tasty meal. The staff here are polite, and service is prompt. Unfortunately, there are poor hygiene practices here. I noticed employees were playing with their phones immediately before handling food, without washing their hands. This is pretty gross. I'd recommend going to the Wayzata location instead. read more

The food was okay, I feel like they changed the recipe on the pesto. I would give it a 2 Star. But the lady that took my order, Jessica... She's the hardest worker at this place, everyone else stands around gossiping and the cook was just on his phone while he was preparing food. I came in around 3-3:15 today. She definitely deserves credit when it's truly due. She's the only person here moving around and doing things... and extremely kind. She deserves 5 stars. 5/5! I have to share this story of amazing service by Noodles&Company's team on 3/23/22. My husband and I ordered Noodles delivery through the Noodles&Co app. When I received notification that our DoorDash driver (Matthew M) was approaching (and my husband saw the car outside), I got another notification saying our order was cancelled. The driver drove away without delivering the order. We called the store and talked to the very kind manager (Matt) who was just as confused as I was. He apologized for the inconvenience and provided a refund. We agreed to have me place the order again and he assured me he'd help make it right. I placed the same order through the app and an hour later... the SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. I received notification received that DoorDasher was approaching with our order (didn't see a car this time) and boom, order cancelled. I called the restaurant back and was disheartened to learn that whoever stole our order got away with all of the extra goodies (cookies, rice crispies and free entree certificates) that the manager put in the bag. He shared with me that when the Dasher arrived and showed him my order information (scary) and he confirmed, he explained the situation of me not receiving the first order and emphasized the importance of having this one make it to me. This person assured him it would be delivered and left with the food. About 2 minutes later, ANOTHER dasher came to the store asking to pick up my order. And interestingly, it was this Dasher who's name (Abdi) was on my order information to pick up... , making it clear that someone was intervening to take advantage of the situation. At this point, my husband and I are very hungry and we all (Noodles&CO team included) are feeling quite disheartened that someone(s) would do this. The manager apologized (for a situation that was not his fault) and said he'd be mailing some free meals our way. We then contacted DoorDash, who saw the same inconsistencies on their end. Dasher #3 (who's name was on my 2nd order) contacted DoorDash to let them know of the situation and had them remake the order! (Thank you, good person!). The DoorDash customer service rep called the Noodles&CO restaurant manager and together, they worked to assign a specific dasher (Jason D) to deliver our order and what we received was the most PERFECTLY prepared dish we've ever had from Noodles&CO. Our order arrived piping hot and delicious. Dasher#4 had great communication to let us know when he arrived to the restaurant, when he was on his way, and was kind and friendly to me. They included tons of extra goodies and free meals for us. I can't say enough about how this situation was handled by Noodles&Co team (Matt, Brayden, Zach, Shemus, and Mike), the DoorDash Customer Service Representative and Dashers #3 (Abdi) and #4 (Jason D). Thank you to those that go above and beyond to show kindness to others. We need more people like you in the world. read more

I can't say that this is just your "standard Noodles & Company," because it's not. It's better. The sun shines on this location, and I'm so glad that it is here! Before this Noodles opened up, they did something really cool. They opened up this location for a few evenings so they could "test" their employees and their dishes out before their grand opening. They did this "test" by offering their regular menu to any customer who walked in the door ... then ... wait for it ... they comped the entire bill. My partner and I had no clue that they were doing this, so we ordered a couple noodle bowls, a couple apps, and drinks. The total was around $30, and the nice guy (I think his name was Matt) at the counter said, "We're taking care of your bill tonight. Hope you have a really great dinner!" I've never seen such generally cheery employees at a Noodles & Co. Every time we've been - which has been often - multiple employees have stopped by to see what we need, make sure that the food is up to expectation, or to just chat for a few minutes. This goes a long way - if I could tip the employees here, I really would. The food is pretty standard for a Noodles location. No issues with food temp, small portions, or long wait times. Tip: Indonesian peanut sautee with chicken. Or the Thai hot pot. Pair with lettuce wraps for a perfectly filling meal, and even have some leftovers for lunch the next day. Visit this location if you're in the neighborhood - it's busy, but there's always a place to sit and a nice employee to visit with. read more

The customer service at this location is spectacular! All of the staff members were incredibly friendly and efficient. I've been a long time fan of Noodles & Co. Noodles and Company - The classic Wisconsin mac & cheese (to go) - Noodles Near Me - Minnetonka, Minnesota

this is a hit and miss place. there are days when the service is great and there are days when it's not. most times we would have to wait on the cashier. it would be nice if they acknowledge/greet you. the place is fairly cold that within a short amount of time, your food would get cold. not just that but why is it every time we dine in, the place is always dirty? it's usually not busy when we come there too. it sucks to have to wipe down the table almost every time. i remember one time we asked the cashier a question about the food and he couldn't answer it. then when my wife asked to have extra sauce in her dish, he didn't know the name of the sauce so my wife had to tell him the name of it plus he couldn't find it anywhere on the register screen so he had to ask the supervisor for help. another time, we had ordered takeout and that same guy forgot to pack her soup. luckily she checked her bag and went back inside. when she told him, his response was, oh, i must have spaced out. my wife loves the veggie med and almost every time she orders that, there would be chicken in it. it is called veggie for a reason. if she wanted chicken in it, she would've ordered the med duo. she does think that noodles & company has the best tomato basil bisque she's ever tasted. it comes close to so many other places but the salty parmesan flavor in it just does it for her. we like noodles and company but i feel that this location needs more training. read more

Worst service ever...double charged for an order and when I dared to question it I was told I was wrong, first by the manager and then by a rude cook, (who btw, can't be bothered with hand washing after tending a cash register) Ordered the truffle mac, over priced and tasteless. Good food. We ordered basic pasta chicken and red sauce. For some reason it was way too hot and spicy for the kids as their noses were running. Way off base from previous orders. Noodles and Company, I love your food but not your use of single-use plastics. I will no longer eat there because of this. Your take-out containers are nonrecyclable plastic, and you give plastic forks and a rubber band with take-out. Please start committing to sustainability and saving our planet. read more

I've always loved Noodles and I was excited that this location opened close to me, but they skimp on the to-go orders. I've gotten a few orders in the restaurant and they are delicious but when I order them to-go, there's less of everything to the point where it's and dry and drab. read more

I'm a big fan of Noodles and Company, but this location is terrible. I placed a to-go order from this location and both entrees were extremely light on sauce. The noodles were incredibly dry, bland and pale. It was so bad I ended up just throwing it out when I got home. Completely inedible. I found it interesting that another Yelp review pointed out that they skimp on to-go orders- I can definitely vouch for this. Also, the tables and seating were filthy, crumbs and smudges everywhere. That should have been the red flag I guess. I put in a complaint and management doesn't seem to care at all. I'll continue to to eat at Noodles and Co, but I'll never return to this specific location. Seems like it has MAJOR issues from the top-down. I urge everyone else to seek out another location unless you want to run into this seemingly common occurence. read more

They have a kids menu now! We were so excited my 10 year old couldn't wait! But sadly the portions are teeny tiny.

I love the food here, but almost every time I've visited my meal is wrong. Nobody cleans anything, and the tables and floors are trashed. I work in food service, and cleaning is always an extremely important part to keeping customers happy. Today it just looked and smelled bad :( read more
