We went inside to order our food for a take out. My friend ordered 2 double Cheddar Roast beef sandwiches. He only got 1. I ordered a Beef brisket sandwich it was flatter than a pancake barely any brisket inside n smaller than a Hamburger. I ordered a Hamburger deluxe, that was supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes n Pickles n the sauce. Well, can u say not. No tomatoes the lettuce was thrown on there n the burger overcooked. Why do ppl who cry for more money, treat customers like shit.? McDonald's n Burger King's burgers are much better put together. Not going there again. read more

Last stop on our way back from Florida. My wife loves Arby's, and we don't have many on Long Island, and none nearby us. Ordered through grubhub. Did a gmap to make sure we werent too far from the store. 11 minutes. the fries were dry and ice cold. The burger I had was dry and burnt. We go to Arby's in a lot of areas and different states, and this has been one of the best we've been to. Super friendly, accommodating, and helpful while helping us configure it in a way to get the best price for ordering what we want. Food came out fresh and exactly the way we ordered it. Gavin is the person who took our order and helped us with it, and he went above and beyond, and was just a really nice guy. Employees were extremely nice & helpful. Very clean place, plenty of parking, busy drive thru. Manager kept apologizing for the wait which was not a big deal since I like my fried food cooked to order anyway so didn't mind waiting for it, was still fast. Half the time, they're drive-thru only (so you're out of luck if you're a pedestrian), and they NEVER put up ANY signs indicating that the lobby is closed. You're just greeted with a very unwelcoming locked door and glares from employees inside. read more

Restaurant doors are locked and drive up takes forever. I hope they don't forget one of your 3 sandwiches, because they will make you wait in the whole line all over again (guess it's not FAST food). In an area with tons of restaurants, pick fast food that is actually fast (and maybe accurate) where they care about customer service (and maybe apologize and get your food to you quickly when they realize they screwed up!) . An extra 20 minutes waiting in line (never mind the drive back). What galls me the most is I actually asked the boy whether it was everything. So, yeah, I guess you have to add dishonest to the list of features. Greasy food, so it is tasty, but it is overpriced and who has 35+ minutes to get fast food? If you MUST go to this store, check your contents before you drive away. And don't hold your breath waiting on an apology! read more

This is not in regards to the individual employees but in regard to the awful management. We sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and when we finally get to order, mind you at 6:01 pm, we were told they close at 6 pm (despite any online time stating they were open) and were refused service (along with the 3 cars behind me that had also been waiting for more than 5 minutes). Now I read reviews and see this is has been an issue for weeks which just makes the situation worse. Update your hours of operations as needed, it is NEEDED. Every time my daughter and I make the long trip to Deptford, she HAS to visit Arby's; it's the highlight of her trip, even bigger than shopping. This one is consistently excellent. Today's medium-sized roast beef sandwiches were much bigger than they've been in the recent past; maybe fast food restaurants are catching on that if you give the customer a little more generous serving, they'll come back more often and maybe buy more items. Service is always friendly and efficient and they've never made a mistake on our orders, though we do tend to order a lot, to have plenty left to nosh on throughout the weekend. The mozzarella sticks that my daughter ordered were perfectly done, crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. I may have gotten the last of the previous batch of curly fries because there were few actual curls and a lot of small pieces, but it really didn't bother me because no one really "needs" fries, so I didn't feel too badly about not eating them. The sandwiches are the star of the show, anyhow. We'll definitely be back here! read more

At the Woodbury NJ Arby's, a young man greets you at the cash register. He takes your order politely, efficiently, and always gets things right. We go here a lot for lunch, and have noticed he is always there at the cash register. I mentioned to him that he must be the most reliable employee for Arby's, and he just smiled. But his coworkers all nodded in vigorous agreement. I am not sure what his position is, but it seems to us that Arby's should recognize him in some way. Along the way, this is one of the best Arby's.
