2 for $$8 crispy fish and fish cheddar sandwiches

My mother likes to have a fish sandwich on Fridays. I got the 2 for $8 deal from Arby's.

Soda station is clean and lots of choices for us connoisseurs.

Did you know if you sigh up online at Arbys.com you can get a 50% off coupon for your first online order you can literally order $50 worth of food and only pay $25 I love the half pound beef and cheddar and the French dip is priced fairly. Gotta love the drink fountain station also. On top of that the kitchen area is nice and clean so clean food and the tables a retro fun also.

I was tired of making breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home due to the shelter in place order for Covid-19. I was in Rohnert Park picking up some groceries at the Walmart Neighborhood grocery store. So I went through the Arby's drive thru for a corned beef reuben sandwich. I got home, unwrapped it and it looked visually good. The wrapping was great and didn't allow anything to leak. There was a good amount of corned beef and sauerkaut with thousand island sandwiched between 2 slices of marbled rye with a slice of swiss cheese. The sandwich was good but the bread was soft and slightly soggy. It needed to be toasted some more. I'm guessing Arby's doesn't put the sandwiches on the grill like gourmet sandwich shops do so they simply toast the bread. The swiss cheese was super mild and almost not discernable. The marbled rye was also very mild. I was have preferred a stronger rye with rye seeds but I guess Arby's has to satisfy the general population. Would I order it again? Yes, but I would ask them to double toast the bread.

I have tried your 1 dollar sliders and I rate them with a "meh", but Leo at the drive thru was a superstar.

They hit a new low. Didn't even prepare the sandwich fresh. Just tossed it in the microwave. Absolute yuck. One star for having a bathroom.

Friday lunch in the office is always a hit when we choose Sonoma Sourdough. We called in our order,…read morewhich I suggest doing as it gets very busy during lunchtime. The restaurant was busy but very neat and tidy inside. Once I went to the pickup counter, I told them my name and very politely they pulled my order and made sure each sandwich was in there. No lunch from here is complete without a fresh cookie. The Reuben had thick slices of corned beef and a nice helping of sauerkraut to add a tangy sour flavor. The rye was soft and absorbed the Russian dressing. The Bullfeather was "perfect" with pepper jack cheese and chipotle sauce added. I'm counting down the days until we order again for lunch.

Today, work brought me to the Sonoma area, and I stumbled upon a hidden gem: Sonoma Sourdough Sandwiches. At first glance, it's easy to overlook--the shop is tucked away in an industrial part of town and doesn't scream "gourmet eats." But let me tell you, this place proves that you don't need a fancy storefront to serve up seriously impressive food. I stopped by right at noon, peak lunch hour, and was pleasantly surprised--no line, quick service, and my order was ready in just a few minutes. I went with the #17, turkey with thick-cut bacon, and it was massive. But the real star? The bread. The freshly baked sourdough was next-level--perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. It took the entire sandwich up several notches. Every ingredient was fresh, the flavors were balanced, and honestly, I'm still full hours later. If you're in Sonoma and craving a legit sandwich, Sonoma Sourdough Sandwiches is absolutely worth the stop

So as we were making our way home from Windsor,my buddy told me about this deli that was described…read moreby some as the most authentic deli in the area, which is saying a lot considering how close we were to "wine country" So we decided to stop and at first glance from the outside it doesn't seem like much but once you walk in,you get that feel that your meal is about to be spectacular. The place had all the feels of an authentic Italian deli-I could not wait to get my hands on one of these sandwiches. I was torn between going with my usual at any Italian deli which is just a classic Italian but for some reason,I've been on a tri-tip vibe for a while and I saw they had BBQ tri-tip on the menu so I just went with that-I added pepper jack to my sandwich.($17.94) It wasn't very busy when we ordered so the food didn't take long, maybe a 6 or 7 minute wait and our food was in front of us. This deli is interesting in that they do a lot of stuff in-house including homemade chips and we had some-so tasty-great addition to our meal. They also have a pretty extensive freezer section with homemade pastas and sauces that a customer can take home to prepare at a later date. So let's talk about the BBQ tri-tip sandwich. It's always wonderful when you run into a small business that just truly excels at their craft and I feel Canevari Deli is one of those places. They made this sandwich so well, excellent balance of meat, cheese, bread and condiments. It was a job well done. I'm having really good luck lately of finding amazing restaurants that are out of town and unfortunately Canevaris is one of those places-this is the type of place that if it was near me I would go there every week, the people who live in Santa Rosa are quite lucky to have such a great deli so close to them daily. In closing ,if you find yourself in the Santa Rosa area and you want to help support a true local business, stop by Canevaris and enjoy yourself one of their daily offerings-I'm sure it will be a wonderful experience.

FEB2026 We decided to do things easy for Valentine's day…read morerather than run around when it's busy. That being said, it seemed quite busy in there but they were able to move through people pretty quickly. The lunch time crowd would ebb and flow. We grabbed their take home for that day. We also got a tuna sandwich, a spinach cannelloni, and the polenta with pesto for our lunch date. Luckily we were able to grab a seat at a small table. The polenta still solid, the pesto was pretty good with it tho I like it both with and without. My partner really liked her sandwich, said the flavor was on point. The cannelloni was solid also. Well balanced, good amount of ricotta, finally got to try one from there. The take home for Valentines was tritip, lobster ravioli with a lemon cream, a ceasar salad, garlic bread, and we went with the tiramisu. The flavors were great. Everything was prepared and packaged well. The directions were easy with clear instructions included with the food. My favorites were the tiramisu and the ravioli. Neither were too rich or too sweet.
