Well what you could do is honor your coupons for the free sandwich that you offer when you order online only. Well I could not order online because your app is down just like it was the other day and the day before that. So I went into the store and the dirty blonde lady don't know. Her name was very rude and said she couldn't help me. Told me to uninstall the app, reinstall it and cross your fingers. Well I've tried that. It never works so do I. So I told her I was going to go to Sonic and she said oh well go so Arby's you suck just like Sonic what is wrong with you show Low? Can't you get a decent mail anywhere in show Low. read more

We come here mostly, because my husband likes their roast beef sandwich. In December, we took our food to go and it seemed dry. Tonight we ate inside and we got almost the same meal and it was great. Food was hot, full of flavor and not dry at all. Service on both occasions was great! They were nice and got the food out fast. I wouldn't mind going there again if we go out for a fast food dinner. read more

Bad! I asked for jalapeño bites, they were out so I got the large curly fry and a coke. I spent 12 bucks and got my food and my fries were horrible! All crumbs that have been sitting there all day! To top it off my coke was flat. No fizz. Wow Arby's! Huge disappointment. read more

Arbys TV ads really makes their food look delicious but that is not what I find. I have been their several times and find the food marginal and still seem to go back for a new item on the menu. I went their to try the cheesesteak. It looked good on the ad but WOW, that had to be the worst thing I have put in my mouth. The meat looked like some sort of phony meat chips. Really lousy taste and after eating half I could no longer stomach anymore. WARNING, that food will never be any good and I need to STOP going back and ignore those TV. Ads!!!! read more

This is the best value on the mountain. The roast beef is always fresh as are the buns. The chicken sandwich and the fish sandwich are fresh and tasty. This restaurant I clean and the service fast. At times the drive through is busier than inside. read more

Arby's in Show Low consistently provides cold, dried out food through the drive-thru. If this had happened to me only once or twice, I wouldn't bother commenting. However, this seems to reflect a management philosophy: You're using the drive-thru and you'll be gone; so, we can unload the old food we're going to throw out. Better Half and I went in for a late dinner. Not many people in the store at this time so part of the staff was busy rather than standing around chit-chatting and making us wait for service until they finished their conversation as you may find in other fast food joints. On the contrary, they were working. Staff was very friendly and I would like to extend my appreciation to David who took our order. I accidentally dropped my sandwich on the floor. David took it upon himself to come to our table and state that he had seen that happen and asked if I would like a replacement on the house. I was blown away. Really do appreciate their kindness and courtesy. When we come through Show Low again, this Arby's is definitely on our list of establishments to return to. read more

During a pandemic, finding a faux fingernail in one's mouth while eating an Arby's salad isn't the most appetizing nor healthy item to ingest! To make matter worse, when I entered the Arby's in Show Low, several of the employees were not wearing masks while working over food and the person preparing my salad was definitely not wearing gloves. This was the first and will be the last time I ever purchase a meal at Arby's at any location. Someone needs to oversee these young people to make sure they aren't causing harm to their customers! read more

ordered their wagyu bacon ranch burger large curly fries and med drink. drove less than 5 min back to my house and sat down to eat. the fries were all just small pieces ( like an inch all broken bits ) and the burger wasn't even warm, seemed to have been cooked either this morning or yesterday was dry... 14$ for inedible garbage. and the very very slow counter person had 0 customer service skills, if she had worked for me i would have fired her. never again. maybe when their poor service and over priced trash puts them out of business a restaurant with quality food and employees that actually have customer service skills will open. I have been going to Arby's my whole life. When the One opened up in Show Low AZ I was so excited I even took a Job with them and helped open up that Store. However This last Year My family and I have been having trouble with this one manager every time she is there and we are. The Last Straw is we have bought a Show Low Cougar Card and with that it said "FREE Regular Roast Beef w/purchase of the same (Show Low) When we went there to use this card the first time we were told we could get up to 20 Sandwiches pay for 10 get 10. We done this 8 times. This last time on Friday 11-21-14 That Manager again... Would only do 1 Sandwich with this card. So we went elsewhere. The least she could have done is honor what was/has happened and let the people know that from now on it would only be 1 Sandwich. read more
