Then I went to this location and ordered the well-done fries, and they were hands-down the best fries I've ever had. Perfectly crispy, not burnt, golden, and somehow almost translucent. Every single fry was a little masterpiece. I actually went over to the manager just to tell her how amazing the fries were, and she told me Jose was working the fry station. A few visits later, I came back, saw Jose was there again, ordered the well-done fries, and--once again--absolute magic. So do yourself a favor: if you visit this location and if Jose is working, definitely order the well-done fries. In-N-Out management, if you're reading this: please have Jose train every fry cook in the art of well-done fry mastery.

Last time this location dint include the extra Texas toast I purchased and I had to get back in the drive thru line and request it because I didn't want to chance waking up my baby. But it took so long that ended up happening anyhow The previous time to that the fries weren't great. Overall the staff is hit or miss. The lines can be quite long and the chicken is mid at best and the sauce helps overcome that but it's the only option besides ketchup and not everyone likes those limited choices. Anyhow we're not likely to be back, at least to this location, unless my kid gets another freebie from school or extracurricular activities.

Just check your bags before pulling away. A simple fix will save you a headache and frustration. Other than that, this Wendy's is fine. Wait time isn't bad. It seems like a newer store, so its nice.
