I will say this... as a disclaimer... I've not been to Togo's for probably a decade and it's 2026 with inflation, but ai had "sticker shock" at the menu price for a 6" regular sandwich in the $10+ realm and the 9" bring $15+ and my old favorite Pastrami I think was $13 for a regular and $18 for a large. I'm not sure if Togo's is like Subway where the "app" pushes out online exclusive deals (like Subway will have a $4.99 sandwich, a $6.99 small sandwich meal (drink and chips or cookie) or a $6.99 12" Footlong). Togos Salads used to be good but the prices scare me away at the current price point. I hope they revisit their pricing and portions otherwise they might disappear as Blimpie's, Quiznos and other sandwich chains and franchises have who couldn't compete and make it to survive and keep loyal customers. They should try to mimic Subway's portions (a large is 12" not 9") and prices (a large is $13-15, but often on sale for $6.99-8.99) as Togos often has an equal or better than sandwich to Subway) read more

I stopped here on June 18, 2025, because I was hungry and wanted to grab a bite to eat before work. There was one female employee assisting a person ahead of me and there was another younger female employee on the register (she was ringing up another customers order) so, I waited. After the employee on the register finished with the customer she was assisting, she came and started preparing my order. That normally would not have been an issue for me except for the fact that she did not clean her hands before going from the register to preparing food. I was trying not to make an issue out of it but, it did bother me. However, I needed to keep moving and head to work so, I did not have time to try and speak with someone about it, otherwise I definitely would have tried to address it. I was disappointed to learn that hygene was being compromised. I come here occasionally when I am working in the area. I hope that improvements will be made to this location's hygienic practices so that I can feel comfortable continuing to come to this location. read more

I love how their sandwiches are wrapped "nice and tight". The ingredients are fresh. The bread is soft. They don't skimp on the meat. If you roll back the sandwich wrap as you go, everything stays together after each bite. They slice your completed sub in half, as almost all of them do but somehow theirs is made for the cut. I have gone to this Togo's on Hawthorne 90503 for quite some time now. Togo's associate, Alyssa, greets me every time we come in and knows that I am a Vegan/Vegetarian. She recommends certain items that makes my spinach wrap taste awesome. I have even suggested that Togo's incorporate plant-based items to encourage other patrons to enjoy a meal without breaking the bank. The professionalism, customer service, and friendliness of this Togo's beats most that I have visited, including in my city, Marina del Rey. The food is fresh, prepared in front of us, and not crowded so we can enjoy our meal. I give this establishment 5 stars. When is the last time you had a TOGOs sandwich? I love Togos, more then almost any other chain but it seems like something has gone wrong with their direction and focus. I don't know but they seem very hard to find for me. There never. The red headed girl took our order but both she and especially the other woman were more interested in her nephew's baby, giving away free drinks & talking about big bows, calling herself grandma & telling customers how she's owed more money & will be letting "them" know. Ok. I was craving Togos and since there isn't many, i decided to drive 6 miles to get there. Red Flag - i get there at 745pm as I walk in there is a young guy, no mask with a backpack inside the prep area. I ask if they were open and he proceeded to mumble yes (but seemed annoyed). As i was there it appears there was a Doordash guy, advising them he was given the wrong order. The gentleman that was getting ready to run out was more annoyed that he had to make those sandwiches they gave out to someone else. I proceeded to eat my sandwich next door (In n Out) only to bite an extremely cold sandwich in which chicken was frozen cold. I had asked for toasted but i think she either pretended to toast or simply did not turn on. Bread was stale and chewy! Overall such a poor experience - i was more annoyed by the guy who was ready to head out with full backpack, hat, no mask etc. like one foot in and one foot out. Giving the poor Doordash a hard time. Very bad experience at this Togo's. I asked for a number 20. She said do you want mustard or mayonnaise? I said mustard. Then I said can you also add pepper-chines and salt and pepper. Then she asked me if I wanted only salt/pepper and the pepper-chines. I responded clearly and said, "no. I want everything on it and to also add salt/pepper and pepper-chines. I clearly stated it. Then I get sandwich and there is only Tuna and salt/pepper and pepper-chines. I went to counter to ask why not anything on it and she said that's what you told me. I said that wasn't true and could she remake it. Then a customer in line asks me to say "Please". I was being nice. I did say please and then I get sandwich back again and she only added tomatoes! Never again! I went to visit my sister in torrance and decided to get us togos. Austin was very unprofessional and u can tell he had no desire to be there. Since they were going to close soon Austin decided to make my sandwich with his hands so he does not have to wash the utensils later ‍ I was very disappointed in togos. Honestly if you love sandwiches and are willing to try a corporate chain, Togos is definitely understands how to bring a mom and pop style to the consumer. The prices have gone up a bit however the quality of veg is, bread and meat is worth it. They don't cut your meat in front of your(not sure why that is important...) huge selection of sandwiches salad or wraps to chose from. I typically get the Italian or pastrami on cheese parm bread. Typically you'll spend about 8-10 on a Sammie but I never finish it! They also have weekly specials for the sandwiches of the day. Honestly way way WAY better than subway or jersey mikes. read more
