I've been to this Arby's location a couple of times simply because it is the closest one to me. I am not a super fan of Arby's but I like to visit once in a while. This Arby's is located at one end of a longish strip mall which is bounded on the other end by BCD Tofu house so there is always ample of parking. This location seems to be preferred by older folk as I always seen a lot of elderly couples enjoying their sandwiches whenever I visit. The people behind the counter and nice and they have managed to get my order right all the time. I've tried most of the sandwiches but like the Classic Roast beef ($2.49) and Beef and Cheddar the best. All sandwiches have a decent amount of meat but its not loaded. Finally I've rarely ever paid full price for their sandwiches as I keep getting coupons with good discounts that I use when I visit so it works out pretty well and keeps me coming back for more. read more

Finally Arby's has gotten with the program and has a ONE DOLLAR MENU!!! YAY for them and my wallet. I haven't been here in a long time because they are a bit pricey for fast food unless they are having a promotion. I came by here last night and loaded up on the dollar menu for me and my co-workers. I got the Jr. Roast Beef Sandwiches, the Jr. Chicken, the Jr. Ham and Cheddar and the Value fries...and a VALUE it was!!! The roast beef sandwiches were the best though. The Smokehouse Brisket was riddled with fat. Yes, brisket does have fat, but there was a lot. My daughter just picked it off instead of returning it. At least it was luke warm. This LEO friendly place is a far cry from simply a fast food establishment. Greeted with a "welcome to Arby' s and a smile upon walking in. This location had an open floor plan, clean, had a distinct aroma of quality food, yet comfortable cool temperature inside. What a difference from the outside temp. in the SFV. Ordered the Reuben to go. Filled with flavor and cooked just right. Can't wait long enough to sample all additional entrees. Thank you Arby's you get five stars based upon my first impression! We always get great customer service here. You are greeted with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. The food comes hot and fresh to your table. The dinning room is always clean and the temperature is nice and cool to relax while you eat your meal. Great place to have lunch or dinner. They don't serve breakfast. read more

My first and definitely not last time ever going. From the beginning to the end, I enjoyed my experience. Service was pleasant, thanks to the cashier, John, and the food was beyond my expectations. I dined-in with my family for lunch and after we ordered the food was brought out to us in good timing and with our needs in mind. Our food looked and tasted delicious. No problems there at all that I could point out. I had the #1 meal (brisket sandwich). And another good note is how the employees came by to ask how we're doing and if we need anything. That's service with a smile. And lastly the bathroom had a sign saying, "Gender Mutual". That alone made me smile that they don't descriminate. All in all, it was nothing less than a perfect experience. I highly recommend eating here for a good family outing. read more

Just the usual fast food chain. If you love roast beef sandwiches, you're in for a treat! The place is clean and the service here is great! Parking can sometimes be a challenge so from time to time, you may have to park elsewhere or just take the drive-thru. Now, I don't usually give very many 5 stars (if any at a fast food), but my last visit merited one because I feel like this should happen to an extent of many fast food places. I want to acknowledge Mayra for her excellent service. She took my order and had fun small talk as she got excited that she knew how to spell my name. I sat at a table waiting for my order to come because they bring it to you. I ordered two classics, sat there for 10 minutes, and then wondering where my order was. Mayra brought it over apologizing for the wait and offered to bring me any sauce. I kindly asked for horsey sauce and she brought it over. Courteous and friendly! Nice! While these gestures were great, but what I feel that separates her from many employees at a fast food chain is knowing your customers. She remembers your names when you give your order and she comes around asking how we're doing and addresses you by your name. As I was leaving, she was mopping the floor and having a small chat with this elderly man who was doing his crossword puzzle. Got tempted by the recent commercials and the King's buns. Parking definitely sucked but I was down for my crime. I was greeted by the friendly cashier who also brought me the grinds. My only complaint - the (awesome) sandwich was placed in the clamshell crooked (it didn't fit), which lead to the deliciousness sliding around in the paper. I happened to be in the area of this Arby's yesterday (10-03-2013) and decided to stop and try the market fresh sandwich. A friend of mine has been ranting and raving about this sandwich; I was starving and figured I would stop. I pulled into the parking lot and found it to be jam packed with cars. I avoided the lunch hours and still parking was an issue. This parking lot shares its parking lot with several other businesses. I walked inside and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean this location was. I have been to another location and walked out because of how dirty it was, I am glad to see that was an isolated incident. Prior to ordering my food I used the bathroom and also found it to be immaculate. The bathroom was not only clean from floor to ceiling but it also smelled clean, which to me is just as important. After returning from the bathroom I found there to be no line which is always nice=) I ordered a market fresh sandwich 'veggie' only and an order of curly fries. The cashier who took my order was extremely pleasant and seemed to be pretty stoked to be at work. The rest of the employees behind the cashier all seemed to have a smile on their face. I firmly believe a happy work staff produces a much better product then those who are not happy. After ordering my food I was told by the cashier they would bring my food to my table which they did within a few minutes. The table I sat at was clean, no debris on the ground, no traces of food from past guests hidden in the cushions of the seats. After obtaining my food I got up to get a couple of napkins and found the condiment area which contained napkins, straws & ketchup to be fully stocked and be free of any form of garbage. The food itself was good, I enjoyed it. I would come back to this location again if I happened to be in the area. The only strike against this location is the parking, parking is a bit of a nightmare and if planning your trip here during lunch hours make sure you plan ahead. read more

Arby's is a place you don't go to without a coupon. Unfortunately, even though I live a few miles away, I never receive any from this location. I have asked to be added to the mailing with no results. WHICH MEANS: to get the coupon I have to go through the drive thru. (Or into the store). AND THEN, they won't let me use the coupon on that visit, so I have to pretty much remember to stop in and get the coupons in order to enjoy at a later date. I LOVE LOVE Arby's but it's just not worth it. I have begged to use any coupons or special offers and the response was dismissive and rude. I sat through the drive-thu to leave. I came to this arbys through drive-thru and ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, however when I got home I discovered that it was a regular chicken sandwich. I was disappointed, and called them. They were apologetic, and gave me the options that they can do to make it right. I came back the next day to get a replacement sandwich. The service I received that day was truly above and beyond. They did everything in their power to make it right and were kind and genuine the whole time. This is not the nicest Arby's I've been to. Unfortunately, the Arby's restaurants on the west coast seem to be a lot more run down and lower quality than those I frequented on the east coast, especially in Virginia (I miss the frozen custard at my home town Arby's!) The drive thru was pretty empty which made a breeze for ordering. Unfortunately, the food took a bit of a wait at the window, although I just ordered the classic roast beef and curly fries. When the food came out, it was lukewarm and the fries tasted really flat... Just not the same crunch and addictive flavor I remember. Also the roast beef sandwich consisted of 90 percent bread and 10 percent meat. Pretty disappointing. Oh well - hopefully I'll find a decent Arby's on the left coast some day. read more

Went there to get lunch. I ordered a sirloin steak sandwich combo. I asked to substiture the curly fries with a salad. She said ok. I asked for a senior discount, she said Arby's doesn't offer one. It's not often a fast food place gets my fan rating, but this Arby's did it. How, do you ask? The place was CLEAN and the staff were super friendly. They said hi when I walked in, were nice when I ordered, brought my food to where I was sitting, even pumped some Arby's sauce and brought me napkins! It was like being in a sit-down restaurant! Then the cleanliness, it was impressive for any restaurant. The bathrooms, always a bad idea in a fast food joint, were pristine and even smelled nice. How they keep it graffiti-free is anyone's guess, but they do. This place picked up my spirits and that's a lot coming from an Arby's! read more

I LOVE this arbys!! First off, phenomenal customer service!! Last time I went here, I ordered molten chocolate lava cake, and they told me(very apologetically) that they were completely out. I was kinda bummed because I went there just for the molten cake and for there new brown sugar bacon BLT's(OMG hands down best fast food burger I've ever had the pleasure to eat! Anyway, the customer service was so far pretty typical of many fast food joints. Things changed pretty quickly when I exchanged a few words with my mom and apparently they overhead! I said something along the lines of,"darn.. I really wanted one of those molten cakes. They are SO good!" I pouted a little bit but I didn't realize anyone was listening. A tall Latino man wearing a different shirt than most of the other employees(probably the manager?) approached me! I was horrified. I don't like to make big scenes anywhere I go, but by the look on his face, he seemed very understanding and kind. He apologized to me, and said he was very sorry that they did not at the time have molten lava cakes, and asked me if I would prefer any other dessert in exchange for the cake. I scoured the menu and didn't really find anything that piqued my interest. I was about to tell this nice gentleman, that there wasn't anything I'd like to replace it with so I guess we will just have our money back. But before I could even finish my sentence, he offered me the orange cream sickle shake in large size to replace my order. I didn't really have a craving for that at the time, but I asked him how it tasted, and he replied with "Oh! It is like the best thing I've ever had here". I believed every word of it by his expression, and decided to go and take his offer. Even though the shake cost about. 50 cents more than the cake, he gave it to me without any additional money. I got home that day, tried the shake, and I've now developed an addiction to Arby's Orange cream shakes. So just a few weeks later, I returned. I walked into the restaurant to place my order. I ordered the same as last time(BLT with brown sugar bacon) and this time ordering an Orange Cream shake. I didn't recognize the man, but he instantly remembered who I was, and he jokingly said, "oh we have those molten lava cakes this time" we laughed, and I said, "thank you, but now you've created a new favorite for me! The Orange Cream shakes!", he understood immediately, and was happy that his recommendation was a good one. I got my food, then left. When I got home and opened up the bag, their was a chocolate molten lava cake in with my order. I just thought that was the sweetest thing. Never have I been treated so thoughtfully in a fast food restaurant. If you(the guy that made my day with thoughtfulness) is reading this, I just really wanted to say thank you. I got my yummy orange cream shake, and that molten lava cake that I wanted so bad the first time I came in there haha. I just wanted you to know your kindness did not go ignored, and I will always be coming back to this Arby's because you guys have a phenomenal staff.
