Amazingly fast! Ordered the two chicken sandwiches with a two for seven dollar newspaper coupon, buffalo and original, hardly looked around, and my bag was handed to me! Good to see a clean and well decorated inside, very friendly staff, I haven't been to an Arby's in ages and had a fun dip into the old fashioned basic eats menu. Sampling chicken sandwiches across all main chains with my friend, found the original very below average, thin and bland protein, breading didn't have any flavor, excessive mayo, seemed about a dollar Walmart to go lunch not a restaurant. Buffalo was at least fantastic in the warm spicy sauce category. I could see myself doing that again; good buffalo is tricky to find and compared to the hilariously overpriced Buffalo Wild Wings sandwiches, one third the price here is a win. But for chicken sandwiches, the cayenne ranch at Slims is my winner! read more

This Arby's is consistently bad. They rarely get the order correct and almost always forget the sauces we request.

The workers were rude to my family. The food was wrong with cheese and they charged us even though we specifically said no cheese. They even had the audacity to give us double cheese. This workers stink. Especially the old man who was snarky. read more

Ordered in drive thru- signs posted all over outside menu- NO ROAST BEEF, NO SHAKE! I ordered a roast turkey & swiss sandwich, no onion! When got home had cheddar cheese on it. And was not cut in half- apparently the knives are dull there too. How can a restaurant even be open if they are out of the main item-Roast beef? Arby's is usually one of my husband's " go to fast food places" but honestly very disappointed. And $8.34 for that one sandwich that wasn't made as it is advertised. Way too much money. I entered this place a few times and it always smells like a sewer line had broke open - especially near fountain drink area. I don't know how workers/ owners don't fix this. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident but seems to be always the case with this branch, even when I visited it months apart. I do like Arby's when I order anything but that grey colored roast beef that they serve. This location is nicely decorated and relatively clean. And it's next to a Starbucks so that is a plus. On this visit, however, we waited and waited for our food. There was one guy making sandwiches and there wasn't a lot of customers during an off-peak period. Maybe 4 or 5 inside. The manager and the cashier hovered around the fryer, as they both continually checked on it, filled fry packets, put more potatoes in the fryer, etc. They seemed to be obsessed by it. I saw prepared sandwiches stacking up to be put on trays but apparently, the fryer was the top priority of the afternoon. Finally, the cashier asked the prepper if he needed help. Arby's where you can find the meats. I regularly find helpful customer service staff who, whenever i've had an issue, are always happy to resolve it. Only 4 stars due to sometimes getting some skimpy portioning on some of the 8 dollar sandwiches. Fries are either fresh or completely hardened and stale, it's a toss up. read more

Got Reuben sandwich for dinner and it was very disappointing! There's not much sauerkraut and the thin layer of sauerkraut was only on half of the sandwich. There's no meat or anything near the edge of the bread. read more

We went to this location and decided to eat inside. We walked in, but there was nobody inside. The place was open, music was playing, lights were on, and food was sitting in the kitchen getting cold. We waited a few minutes and even yelled to see if anyone was there and got no response. We waited a bit longer and noticed people waiting in the drive-thru began leaving. We got concerned that maybe someone in the back had a medical issue or something else so we called the police to see if they could come check. About 20 min later (still no sign of anyone inside) the police arrived and they walked through the kitchen and then opened the back door. That's when an employee walked in and tried to give us some bs explanation of the inside being closed and only the drive-thru being open, but that was clearly a lie because nobody was being served in the drive-thru. We saw at least 5 cars roll through and nobody in the kitchen making food or even taking orders. Meanwhile, all that food that was sitting out was stone cold by this time and the employee offered to make us food. We declined and left along with the police. We were glad that there wasn't a serious issue, but this Arby's location has major management problems. Who knows how long the place was left completely unattended (a half hour at minimum). This Arby's is always nice and they are usually very quick even when I order moz sticks or potato cakes which can take longer. They are good about asking for sauce and gettting my order correct. Nice thanks. Never been inside but I think they remodeled. read more
