It's so good. Line moves faster than you'd think. Highly recommend as this is a must have, and a stale on Purdue's campus for late night booze food.

It tasted like cardboard. The employees were rude, and my bill was kind of expensive for just a hot dog, fries, and a drink.

Overpriced food with poor quality. Forgot my sauces, and the chicken was dry. Wouldnt recommend unless you're desperate.

No place better for a late night snack! If you are hesitant, understandably, just try it! You will not be disappointed.

We had problem finding the place, any idea where is it and if it opens in June?

Right across the street from Harry's Chocolate shop on Pierce St. Limited hours in the summer due to Purdue being out, keep in touch with Facebook page for hours

My favorite is the Fat Boy- hotdog bun with fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, ranch and pizza sauce.

From their handcrafted syrups, to their well thought-out recipes, every single item on their menu is, in its own way, an absolute carnival to the senses. The entire staff works together flawlessly, and really create the overall eccentric vibe you won't be able to help but fall in love with. There's a variety of different types of seating and different lighting, and the music will never disappoint. They typically have a collection going for different important causes, sometimes local, sometimes global, and actively provide a safe space for all. I had a sesame bagel with lox and cucumber and capers and cream cheese it was delicious. I ate every single bite with relish. My husband had a BLT on sourdough with avocado and something else. I don't know what and he didn't know, but it was really good and he enjoyed every bite too. the coffee is excellent. The people are nice. It's a very young crowd, very college age and although I am i'm much older woman. I felt perfectly comfortable. Don't be intimidated because it's not your usual Indiana experience. We had a relaxed and delicious lunch. The food is delicious well prepared and served promptly. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Once inside, it was relatively small & rather dark. There was a cook & a lady taking orders. She was very friendly & helpful! I ordered the special for this day (2 topping calzone & drink.) They have a LOT of choices! It was also made to order. While not the biggest one I've had it was very good! I will definitely be back elwhen I get the chance!!

Pros - Service- There was one guy making the food and taking orders and he was KILLING it! Smile on his face, working hard, and just doing an amazing job - Food- Our table ordered two calzones, a panini, two pizzas, breadsticks, and the Pickles app. All food was served hot and was yummy! Lots of topping and "filling" for pizza. - Pricing- The prices have gone up (from the prices listed on Yelp, but still aren't bad for what you get. - Atmosphere- Very cozy and comforting. Fun and laid back (also had amazing 90s music playing) Cons- -Parking- The only con I can see if the parking situation which can be a bit tricky depending on how many people are dining in. Overall a great experience for this cute and fun (hole-in-the-wall) that you won't be disappointed in.

Best breakfast in Lafayette!…read more Valerie served us up an amazing first time experience at this classic diner. Sign says they use beef tallow as their cooking oil! Love this spot. I ordered the Drew Brees country fried steak meal with hash browns and biscuits. The root beer jelly was a crazy surprise. Wife had the corn beef hash and eggs breakfast. Everything was 10/10 delicious. Nice cup of joe, the Coffee tasted like a nice breakfast blend, not harsh or bitter.

So imagine my (pleasant) surprise that there was but one Triple XXX restaurant that remained open, carrying the torch (as it were) for that great root beer! So on a nice and humid Saturday, me, hubby, and our little Puppy hopped in the car for a 2+ hr drive to West Lafayette IN for lunch! Of course - we got there - an old-style-diner-like building perched on a hill close to Perdue University in West Lafayette! We were seated in the outdoor "full service" tented section of the restaurant (covered) and perused the menu. After ordering the obligatory Triple XXX root beer (but of course - which came with free refills) we turned to the menu! Hubby ordered the Barney Burger - a 1/4 lb chop steak burger with cheese and grilled onions - as fyi, no burger comes with condiments- you get to "dress your own the way you like it" with condi's on the table. I ordered the Bernie Flowers All-Pro - a 1/4 lb chop steak with lettuce, tomato, onion (which I held) and Miracle Whip (yes!) on a toasty sesame bun. We both got curly fries (which were yummy, btw). Ok- first thoughts- the burgers - while fresh- were a bit dry. Hmm. The lettuce on my Bernie was a nice, crisp, and cold leaf. Yes! The tomato was freshly sliced and - honestly- looked like one I'd cut at home. Sweet! So why the 4 stars - I mentioned the meat was dry? Oh my. Yes, that's the sole demerit. But props to the fries and the awesome Root Beer! We enjoyed it - and just in the nick of time. No sooner did we finish up than a severe thunderstorm rolled into town! So we skedaddled to the car, hopped in, and drove thru drenching rain, super strong winds, some light hail - until we got outta Indiana on our way back to Illinois. Would we come again? Of course! Gotta support places like this-they're an important part of Americana! Check it out yourself and enjoy- as we did!
