George M came out, not very friendly and a bit difficult to communicate with. Well he got it fixed, we watched it for 15mins. He told me $195 to repair a broken wire. When I went to get the check and came back, now the washer is not working at all. So I ask him how much to make it work, now it is around $500. So it went from $80 to look at it, $195 to Fix the wire to $500 to fix the motor. After I paid him $85 to just leave, I was feeling a bit robbed. Of course I can replace it for $699. I would just say Beware. I would Not use them again. I learned a tough lesson the hard way.
