I can't stand when contractors want to charge a fee just to come look. Gudrat gave me a rough idea of the cost right away, ordered the part, and came out on the day agreed by him and my tenant. Even better, I didn't have to get on the phone once. I just gave him my tenant's contact info, and he coordinated directly with them to schedule the repair. Fast, professional, and super easy to work with. He saved me time, money, and hassle. Especially the hassle. I hate hassle!... grrr. This was his first review, but don't let that scare you. When I went to get the check and came back, now the washer is not working at all. So I ask him how much to make it work, now it is around $500. So it went from $80 to look at it, $195 to Fix the wire to $500 to fix the motor. After I paid him $85 to just leave, I was feeling a bit robbed. Of course I can replace it for $699. I would just say Beware. I would Not use them again. I learned a tough lesson the hard way.

The reason I am giving a 2 star review (although I would say my experience was def more 1 star quality, but I can see them possibly being better in single home places vs high rises and condos with HOA rules) is that I rescheduled for Monday (at this point almost a week without a dryer ...1st world problems I know), just for the guy to give me a call mid morning Monday to tell me they need to cancel the appointment because he refuses to force his guys to leave their Id with the front desk) I get our place has a lot of hoops and it can get annoying but they've worked in this building before, they used to be on the approved vendor list (the rules have not changed even if he says they did) the fact that they wasted half of my week and then cancelled because they didn't want to abide by our building rules was extremely unprofessional... So the first last minute cancellation I understood, the second one just made me angry. I also asked the other repair person I thankfully found that same day about this and he even stated that "it is standard and normal practice in high rise buildings anywhere in this area to leave your Id and have insurance on file" So if you live in a high rise, I would go with anyone else. Personally, I would never use them again even living in a house, since after finding the company that came to fix it the same day... I know there's way way way better options out there. Check my review of the company that did come, they'd be a much better choice.
