Like the others said, front staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. This clinic is often overbooked and understaffed, please avoid if you can. There are plenty of other competitors in Arcadia, there's no need to stick to this clinic. It's a shame because the dentist I had was actually professional and friendly but the staff doesn't seem keen on keeping patients returning and rather turn people away. read more

I recently came here to get my god awful wisdom teeth pulled out. Leading up to this procedure, I was so nervous. I had a few sleepless nights thinking about the day I was going to get my teeth pulled out. Prior to the date, they had given me two options for the procedure: Option 1: IV Sedation - I'd be completely asleep with no recollection of the procedure Option 2: I'd take a sedative an hour before the procedure, be awake for it, but be completely numb. I chose to go with option 2 for cost effective reasons. Overall, the procedure was fine - although it was a bit nerve wracking knowing that I would be awake, the sedative really did work in a sense that it totally made me feel like I didn't care too much about what was going on. The dentist as well as all the assistants really took good care of me, and assisted me to the front desk where my fiancee was readily waiting for me. I really love this dental office, and will be getting all my work done here from now on! read more

Left my parents in the waiting room for the first appointment time of the day. They were there on time, waited an hour with no communication from staff. They finally got fed up and asked what was going on. Response was " The TC isn't here yet." Patients do not know dental office lingo, let alone boomers! Have been going here for years as all my adult children and grandchildren have. Dr. Diane filled 2 teeth. I'm older now so my nerves are gone I guess as it didn't hurt and I did not have shots to numb. Very clean. Lots of Drs to help. My daughter went same day to have a crown measured. this business sent me to another dentist for root canal and I paid $365. It asked the root canal dentist not to do a permanent filling so that your dentist can do it. You told me my insurance would not cover the filling because it was over a crown and quoted me $215. I thought the filling might take a while due to the crown but the procedure took less than 10 min. I feel I have been taken considering the complicated root canal took 45 min and cost me only $365. I will not go back to this business. read more

Not happy with the way the front office Takes the patients concerns. Called for a filling crack I needed help with as was in pain. And, instead was schedule for a cleaning and xrays. Waited 2 1/2 months for a spot on their schedule only to receive a nice text message advising me they are no longer taking Cigna HMO. Spoke to the office manger and states they are dropping ALL HMO policies to open up their schedule. When i asked why not drop the PPO policies to free up the schedule, she just laughed. It really cones down to money. Not practicing quality dental services. PPO policies have a set amount per year (example: $1500 or $2000) with little to no authorization needed for services. But when you max out, dentist can charge you what ever they please to suddenly complete the work. If you cant pay, they are not liable. HMO policies pay the provider regardless if you are seen in that month and they must complete the work without charging the patient. If you want to be treated with dignity or respect., Avoid this group unless you like being disrespected. read more

Worst dental experience ever... all due to the incompetent front staff. They insisted on taking my social security number because they needed to find the fee schedule even though I had provided all of my insurance information over the phone when I scheduled the appointment (which also took over 2 months!). I emailed the entire plan to them and it took them over thirty minutes to receive the email, and then they didn't even complete the basic cleaning that I came for and wanted to reschedule for the next year because they said there wasn't enough time. I have literally never had such a terrible experience at a dental office. To top it off, they have a $25 cancellation fee, BUT don't mind if they cancel on you. Find ANY other place to go. I'm sorry for the dentist because he was very nice but my gawd, the front staff need an attitude check and some additional training. read more

Our family has been going here for over 18 years and it's been one long downhill slide. The front office staff have the absolute WORST attitudes of any we've EVER dealt with. They have repeatedly done work that doesn't last even though we take good care of our teeth and go twice yearly. Their billing practices are beyond shady. We're mad at ourselves for having stayed for so long, but the only saving grace was Dr Moreno. But one nice dentist can't make up for an office full of horrible attitudes, poor dental work and repeated dishonesty. Save yourself the incredible hassle and go anywhere else. read more

If the numerous bad reviews didn't put you off from this place like me then i guess we deserve this bad experience. I was about 5 mins late from the appointment, decided to call to let them know. The office manager answered and put me on a 10 min hold just so i can tell them I'm 5 mins late. Weird but ok. Arrive at the dental place, fill out forms and she insists that i put in my address to which i declined because they have no reason to have it. All they are going to do is spam me with junk mail. Then she demanded my driver license because i didn't want to fill out the address. When i asked her if i can talk to the boss, she responded with "well I'm the office manager" so there really no way of actually file a complaint. Basically, businesses like these just want take your money without actually providing good service. Why do people bend over backwards to these office workers?
