Very honest and straight forward establishment. You can get a discount not coupon from their website or by checking in. It's at the intersection of La Porte and 1st Ave. the service is very quick and its lot faster than my last trip to a different facility. Worst customer service. John did not honor the Smog Coupon on the internet . Walked in and the man didn't even look at me and said "go park there" in a rude tone. Totally a weird vibe. Ladies I wouldn't go here if I were you I didn't feel safe and left right away. Worst place to go for anything related to your car, horrible customer service and very Dishonest people run the place. Buyer beware ! See below the owners comments and how rude he is and his response just finished talking to my neighbor and she told me she had a horrible experience there as well. PS make sure you don't block any of his driveways and park accordingly otherwise they will belittle you in person and over yelp as you can see. What a rude owner doubling down on how rude your customer service really is as if my father really try to park in the wrong place on purpose. Another piece of advice for the owner of this place is that you should probably greet your customers with a high hello or a good morning at least when somebody walks onto your property or make some eye Contact in the least. That's called basic customer service when someone walks into your business you say hi hello good morning say something don't just yell at someone to go park somewhere else and then furthermore get on yelp to reiterate yourself. Dude was rude right off the bat, it was close to closing time but he should be happy he has a job in the first place, anyways I ask the guy if it matters that my check engine light is on and he replied "no". Once the smog check was finished he tells me that everything passed except that the check engine light was on and I could not receive certification. If he had just been honest with me I would not have taken it for testing. So I paid anyways in order to avoid a possible scene and thought to myself "it's my own fault" for breaking my own rule. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They failed my car because my malfunction light on the dash was out. They knew this before they tested the emissions so they could charge me anyway. I got that fixed, went in for a retest, which is supposed to be "free" per the prices posted. They charged me $40. for the retest, which resulted in me paying a total of $71.75. I hardly write any reviews but I felt the need to for Arcadia Smog Test Only Center. This is my second time coming to this place. I drive a RAV4 and both times have been walk-ins for me. The second time, this past Friday, 6/23, I went straight after work. There was no other car ahead of me so the wait time was minimal to say the least. I was probably there 20 minutes max. Not long at all. I used the $29.75 coupon (cash only) + certificate fee $8.25, total $38.00 (cash). Not bad at all. Juan was most friendly, knowledgeable and fast! I showed up about 8:15 on a Thursday and they took my car right away. There was only one person working and he was nice enough. He answered all my questions and had me sign the work order before beginning the smog check. My car passed and it cost $60. Took only about 15 minutes. I'm happy with them. read more

Their regular price is ~$60 so when I saw they had a coupon for half off in a local magazine I used it to do my smog test, what the coupon does not tell you is that there is no re-test if you fail at the coupon price! I waited for over an hour with only 1 car in front me to find out my car failed cause my sensors were not ready. Their service is quite fast, the price varies depend on age and size of the vehicle but I usually google for their online coupon first so I can have them smog check my car for $40. However, it's still good idea to call them up first to get a price quote.
