My husband and I got a gift card for this hotel on our wedding registry, so we paid for the 2 nights with that and weren't given any options for what type of room we wanted. When we got here, our room only had 2 sets of twin bunk beds so that was pretty weird sleeping in our own beds on a newlywed getaway hahaha. The room was tiny and had no windows to outside, and some of the outlets didn't work. they had to take a $317 charge on my card although we already paid in full with the gift card; I'm told we'll get $250 back so we'll just pay $67 in fees. The email from Giftory when we booked with the gift card said there may be fees so that wasn't a surprise. So as long as we get the $250 back I will keep my review at 4 stars. But that is a high amount to hold! I see lots of complaints on the continental breakfast but 1. I was pleased to find out they even had one because many hotels have nothing, and 2. there were lots of yummy pastries, bagels with cream cheese, oranges and apples, and cereals. The hotel is clean and stylish. Coffee, tea, and water available 24/7. Right across from the T so that was super convenient for going into other parts of the city. read more

Second time staying here and honestly, since the company/management changed, it's gone downhill. I was here three years ago and they used to have wayyy more stuff for breakfast. Various pastries, fruit, etc., your usual fare (though nothing fancy). Staying this time (I'm still here for the next few days), the breakfast is reallly lackluster now. Bagels, bread, some spreads, cheese, and that's it. There's nothing for protein outside of peanut butter. Three years ago, they used to offer a spinach feta croissant alongside various danishes. Like I know it's continental breakfast, but this is like minimal...even other guests at the hotel have complained as much during breakfast. Now outside of breakfast, the rooms aren't bad...but they need a lot of touch ups. Our toilet flushes...really slowly. The lid of the tank doesn't match the tank size so when you flush, the plug doesn't come up all the way so it takes much longer to flush. The shower water doesn't come up to temp easily either and our shower handle is so loose it can come off. Like it doesn't align to the proper temperature either so you have to guess approximately where it is. Also when we checked in, whoever did housekeeping forgot to give us a comforter. I ran with it the first night thinking maybe due to summer that it was just the sheets. But then I went to my parents room and my husband and I realized they had a comforter. So then we had to request for one from housekeeping... On top of it all, while they offer your usual toiletries, the bottles are so small they only last for three showers or so. In turn, yet again, I had to grab more from housekeeping. Honestly, I wish the previous company came back...cause the current one, really isn't cutting it as a three star hotel. I had a reservation scheduled for week of 1.26.2026 and had to cancel due to the severity of the winter storm in Boston. Initially, the hotel was unwilling to cancel my reservation, but eventually made an exception and assured me I would receive a full refund within five days. It is now day seven, and I still have not received my refund. When I attempted to follow up, I experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I was hung up on five separate times by customer service representatives--each time immediately after mentioning the refund. There was no explanation, no resolution, just repeated hang-ups. I then contacted Marriott, as Sonder is advertised as having some form of partnership with them, and Marriott had absolutely no record or understanding of what I was referring to. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that I have stayed at the Arcadian in Brookline consistently for the past three years without a single issue. Every stay prior to this had been great. However, the moment I requested clarity on my refund, everything became incredibly sketchy and unprofessional. This experience has completely changed my perception of this hotel. I will not be staying here again, and I strongly caution others to be aware of how refunds and customer service issues are handled. When we conquered the strange hallways with inconvenient access points to get to the room, we realized there was no bedding for the pullout couch. They of course didn't pick up the phone so we had to go down and tell them. Shower was lukewarm/cold. Continental breakfast was the worst I've seen. Bagels, donuts, hard boiled eggs, cereal, and slices of cheese I guess? No cream cheese. Only hard butter and peanut butter. Just a strange thoughtless set up. Very much in line with the place itself. 40 dollar parking by the way and good luck finding the garage without asking them where it is upon check in. You're better off going to the holiday in. I had a pre-paid reservation for one night at this hotel, and upon check in, the clerk told me that there would be a nearly SIX HUNDRED DOLLAR hold placed on my credit card. I immediately questioned this, as the hotel site states that there will be a $50 hold for incidentals, and also, just... WHAT? The clerk at the front desk said that he would have to check on this, and proceeded to go into the back for several minutes. He came out and said that it was "something new she was trying to do," and that she would "waive it." I don't know who "she" is, but I would definitely like to have this addressed. If this hadn't happened to me, I seriously would not believe a story like this, and it makes me want to warn anyone staying at this hotel. As for the property itself, it was overall ok. The rooms were clean, with the exception of the air conditioning/heater unit. About 5 minutes after turning it on, I became congested, my nose starting running, and I could not stop sneezing. I would caution anyone considering staying at this property to be very wary of the credit card hold. This place was surprising but in some very unexpected ways. I had seen that this location had been under construction in recent years and looked really good from the outside. Stopped inside to find out some information because I had some family and friends coming into town and wanted to have them stay close by. Everything seemed fine going in and I liked that there was a continental breakfast option of sorts. I had my family and friends book their stay here and everything seemed normal until they got there. The hotel is basically a warehouse that has rooms built into it. The majority of the rooms technically have a window, however that window faces the hallway and other rooms, not the actual outside. There's no natural light so you're living in this state of not really knowing what time it is. It reminds me of living on a movie set in façade houses or in one of those retirement communities that simulate a city. It wasn't bad, it was just very unexpected. The continental breakfast was fine, definitely nothing to get excited about. When I was there with my friends the first morning there was this random bucket of cheese slices next to a basket of fruit. It was just odd and didn't seem to obviously go with a breakfast item they had, but to each their own! The hotel itself wasn't bad, it was just really weird and a bit disorienting. The rooms themselves were clean and nice. There was nothing wrong with the quality of the rooms or the service, it was just not what anyone was expecting. read more

I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel, only to arrive and find out they were overbooked--with a line of frustrated guests at the front desk, all of whom had also booked in advance. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and had no immediate solutions. It was chaotic and stressful, especially after traveling all day expecting to check in smoothly. To make matters worse, I witnessed at least two other groups of guests who had been checked in return to the front desk within minutes to complain about their rooms being filthy and unfit for use. The lobby was full of people who either couldn't get a room or were appalled by the room conditions they were given. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. Overbooking happens, but how a hotel handles it is what matters--and this hotel clearly had no plan in place. No advance notice, no alternative accommodations, and no real apology. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. This place is not worth the risk. read more

Let me start this review off with the customer service. I called today to speak with someone regarding a $134.04 charge I was not aware of. He explained to me it was for the "breakfast and free gym." You mean the breakfast of BREAD? Is a continental breakfast truly ONLY bread? Because this is all they add. I could've gone to the grocery store and purchased a week's worth of bread for $5. He proceeded to tell me, WORD FOR WORD, "yeah that's the daily fee for the free breakfast and gym but once you checked out it would've been right in front of your face." How unprofessional can your front staff be? When we checked into our room, not a single roll of toilet paper was to be found. So, naturally, we called the phone number the FRONT DESK provided and it rang and rang and rang and went to a voicemail. How many times did we call during our trip? Cannot even count. At some point we gave up and walked to the front desk, although they stated they'd be happy to deliver anything to us if needed. Windows? Natural light? Unheard of here. I slept in a freight car. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Thankfully there were a lot of great restaurants and bakeries nearby that we were able to walk to. read more

In October, I arrived @ 3:30, knowing that check-in started at 4. There were only 2 desk clerks. One was knowledgeable but slow. The other was on his first day and had a lot of difficulty using the check-in program on his computer. By 4:00, at least 20 people had lined up to check in and the desk clerks went to work. It took about 40 minutes for them to get to the 20th party. But the line kept growing! As I cannot stand in place for 40 minutes, I decided to wait and go at the end of the line. Around 6pm, they finally added another desk clerk -- one who really knew what she was doing! -- and the line started moving faster. I got in line and was finally registered @ 6:15. It took 2 1/4 hours! When I finally got to my room, it was dark even though it had 3 lamps. 3 underlit lamps. Did each have only a 40 watt bulb? When I went looking for my black pocketbook, I couldn't see it at first because I had put on a black chair! The final irritation was having to open my suitcase on the floor because there was no luggage rack. Good Lord, even Motel 6 has a luggage rack in each room! The hotel looks great. I'll give them that. But a slow registration process, insufficient room lighting, and a lack of luggage rack makes this a big THUMBS DOWN. read more

Everything about this place was awful. They added so many hidden fees on top of the high price of the per night stay. The air conditioning was terrible, the fridge wasn't even plugged in, placed on a metal tray that won't even allow the fridge door to open, they charge you $45 a night for parking in their garage, charge you $100 extra for their "breakfast" which is quite literally just bagels, eggs and coffee. To make things worse, there was barely any toilet paper and not enough towels for those booked. When I asked for more, the staff made me feel like I was asking for a luxury service rather than basic necessities. And the breakfast--if you can call it that--was far below hotel standards. Cold, tasteless, and clearly an afterthought. I left feeling completely cheated out of my money. Honestly, you should spend your money anywhere else--I wouldn't even spend free nights here. Changed my room and again...there was no air conditioning. The location was great for why I stayed in Brookline. The T is right across the street. Walking distance to Fenway and JFK's birthplace and childhood home. There are random shops and restaurants nearby. The room I was assigned to was freezing cold. There was not a thermostat in the room. I called the front desk and a maintenance guy came and had to turn it off. When I returned to my room later, it was a sauna. I called front desk and had to switch rooms. The comforter in that new room was all messed up and had to request new bedding later in the evening. Also, the door latch was broken. The front desk staff was condescending when I checked in. The evening staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was big and open. Rooms were decent size, but dated. Hall carpeting was old and dirty. They do charge you upon check in 30.00 per day for breakfast whether you eat it or not and for WiFi. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE. Checked in around 11:30p and was out before midnight. Rust all over the AC unit. Wall temp control doesn't work - kept turning it down and nothing changed. Immediate MOLD smell all throughout the room. I booked a 'non refundable' booking and they wouldn't refund the 2nd night that I won't be there. They offered to switch rooms but I declined after seeing so many recent negative reviews about the same issues. I booked this through my work months ago and I wish I had seen the Yelp reviews prior. If you're like me and are trying to save some money by staying here, let me just tell you now it's not worth it, especially considering this hotel is by no means cheap either. The people working here are really unpleasant and straight up rude. I had a red eye flight arriving early, so I was hoping to get an early check in and get some sleep before an important interview later that day. I called a couple times leading up to my stay, and someone told me on the other end that it would depend on room availability, which I totally understand! I also paid the extra $30 to move check in from 4pm to 2pm. Upon arriving, the front desk lady rudely told me that if I wanted to check in early, I would have to pay an extra night...despite the fact that there were definitely rooms available, they refused to budge. I was waiting in the lobby and at around 12pm, I start going over to ask about my room every now and then, just hoping that they would have seen me exhausted, waiting in the lobby for hours, and be decent human beings and let me check in to my room. Nope. I even went at 1:40pm, and a different front desk lady goes "Check in is at 2pm." Like seriously, at this point, it has nothing to do with room availability or anything; they were just doing it out of spite. On to the room itself, like others have said, there is absolutely zero natural light in that dingy dark sad little room. It does feel prison-esque. I could also clearly hear every single time my neighbors were talking in the restroom and flushing their toilet. The shower pipes also kept making loud banging noises all throughout the night, which was just the cherry on top. All in all, this hotel if you can even call it a hotel, really dampened my trip. Please spend a little more money and go to a legitimate hotel that actually values their guests read more

Pros: Great location if you want to visit Boston or the suburbs, as you are in the town of Brookline. The greenline is super close. There is a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops in walking distance. It is very affordable, as prices in Boston as well as the greater area has surged. The staff is finally. Migs at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. Gym is limited and small but useful. They have a free continental breakfast. All day coffee bar and a great public lounge. Cons The room I stay in had a step to get into the bathroom. So if you have different abilities, make sure you tell them that. The cleaning was okay. It is the details like stains on the rug and stuff in the curtains. One of the biggest issues I faced here was cleaning. The hotel is short staffed. So I could not have my room cleaned. And had to request trash pick up and towels. read more

The one star is for the person at the desk who helped me to check out early when the broken AC was causing me to overheat and become sick. They were efficient, kind, and helpful. But, this hotel is awful. 1. Getting in contact with the hotel is almost impossible. I'll spare you the tedious details but I numbers don't work, voicemail are full, the texts are run by a bot, the email seemed to be but then had a human response (still unhelpful). 2. Even at the hotel, you can't call down to the desk. You're told to use the app, which seems to be a bot, and doesn't respond in a timely fashion. 3. Parking was supposed to be included when I booked but they no longer own the garage or are under new management and no longer do that. They said they would refund me, but I had to check out early due to feeling ill from the broken AC and didn't have time to deal with that. 4. The rooms are not in good condition. Bedding did seem clean, washcloths smelled like bleach (so clean), room had been serviced, sure. But there were rents, black marks, chipping doorways, grout needed to be redone. 5. Other than the beds, there is one extremely hard desk chair, so if you need to get work done, good luck. 6. The lighting is very dim and the only windows go into the hallway, so no natural light. And who wants to be on display for anyone passing by? 7. My biggest issue? Extremely hot. I had to leave bc it was a hot, humid day and I came back to the hotel hot after a brief walk to dinner (restaurant was warm and I left there to go back to the hotel to cool down). The hotel's common areas are not ACed. The wall thermostat in our hallway registered 80°. My room didn't feel cool either, but I assumed I was just really hot. Time passes, and I can't cool down, even after a cool shower. I check the thermostat, it's 76° in the room (so I am not crazy, it's hot). Ask for assistance with lagging response time and unhelpful bot-like replies. I go down to my car in the parking garage to sit in the AC, and decide to check out bc this is crazy. The front desk person was apologetic and understood that I was beyond wanting another room (it was hot in the lobby just talking to her to check out). This hotel was EXPENSIVE. I'm appalled. I have stayed in Boston in various hotels over the years and this was one of the more costly. Never again will I choose this one (it was close to an event I planner to attend but had to miss due to feeling unwell bc of the heat). I've never had a negative experience in a Boston hotel, or any hotel, like I have had here. read more

I was anxious after booking this place and then reading the terrible reviews about checkin, air conditioning issues, etc. I was pleasantly surprised by the lobby, the breakfast options, the room, and the safety of the location. The hallway our room was in did sort of look like a liminal space, which was odd. It's an super easy drive (about 15-20 minutes) into downtown Boston and the Beacon Street/Back Bay areas nearby have a lot of things to do and see. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that the WiFi is terrrrrrrrrrrrible. I mean awful. That in addition to the SOS zone led to a lot of tech troubles. read more

My sister booked this room for an event we attending nearby in town. Firstly, we had some questions about parking and potentially checking in early. Check is at 4pm but we're traveling from different states and would prefer to get in earlier than later. Since my sister made the reservation she called and emailed the hotel at least a dozen times since we booked in March, our reservation was for September 2023. No one from the hotel ever called back or responded to any email and she involved a third party where the booked the hotel through. Normally, if you have a question like that, the third party will tell you to reach out directly to the hotel. And while my sister did receive a response from the third party and none was ever received from the hotel. So we're already off to a bad start but we've got the room and we're trying to have a good time When we left the room to grab dinner we walked to a restaurant and turned the AC in the room on high as the hallways are not cooled and were 80° so we thought that maybe that's why it was taking the AC in our room so long to cool down. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. We left the restaurant and took an Uber the short ride back because of how hot and humid it was, when we got back to our room it was 80° inside the room. The AC was still on and running but the temperature was higher than it was when we left. The hotel offers a "convenient" app to troubleshoot potential issues with the room. My sister had to sit in her car with the AC on to stop herself from getting sick from the heat. I also wasn't feeling well and offered to sit with the phone waiting 20-30 minutes for every answer we received from the app because the garage was leaking water (hopefully) all over it. The elevator sounded terrible making a loud humming noise that made you feel like you could get trapped in it at any time and there were clear signs of mold in the bathroom. We missed our concert and found other reviews detailing the same problem we were having. Clearly this is an ongoing issue for the hotel and considering how expensive it was to stay there it's unacceptable. We finally went to the front desk and showed them the lengthy inconsistent answers from the app and cancelled our stay for a full refund. We ended up missing our concert and I had to find last minute arrangements for the night. My sister went home but going home with her would add an extra two hours to my trip home the following day. read more

There was an undisclosed $150 fee at checkout. Apparently it was for the "free" breakfast? The breakfast is just bread and cerial. the entire spread for all of the guests costs probably $15. The only item I would've used, the water machine, was broken and the staff said there wasn't anything they could do about it. I'm pretty sure it isn't legal to fail to disclose you're charging for free breakfast, and then also fail to deliver the service. I'm never staying here again, and I'll make sure my travel agent doesn't use this hotel for my employees. save yourself the trouble and open a chargeback - they won't help you if you reach out to support. also, the room has no windows and there was hair in the bed when i arrived. Parking: A little confusing. The parking entrance was blocked, so had to enter through the exit. Cost was expensive, $45. Shame on me I guess, I assumed that'd be included. There's a large sign / arrow indicating direction where lobby is, but there are also a bunch of unmarked doors making it difficult knowing exactly where to walk to get to the lobby. You walk through lots of construction in the basement going from parking to lobby. Checking in: I was told I was not able to check in an hour early. I've never had issues with a slightly earlier check in at any other hotel. This was very upsetting to get turned away like that. Like, there wasn't even another room I could go into? They claimed the room wasn't ready, they were waiting for the prior customers to check out then they had to clean. Didn't make sense. What if the prior guest extended their stay, I'd be out of luck? There were like 5 other people stacked up waiting for check in. I left and came back. When I came back at about 4:30pm, there was a line of people checking in. Bar area: Void of anything. There is basically no bar. I think there's only self serve hot or cold water. Room: Was on 1st floor. Walking down the hallway, it's all grey, looks like Shawshank prison. Room smell was really bad, like an old cigarette. There are no windows to the outside world. The window view was of the hallway, where people walk by, etc. Why anyone would have the window open is beyond me. Felt creepy, like people can see in when I'm sleeping. Basically a useless window. On the plus side, room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Other: There are a couple side entrances that require your room key to enter. One of these doors was chained from the inside. That seems like a fire / escape issue. For me, that was frustrating because it was raining and I had to walk down to the next entry door. But it also seems unsafe if there were ever a scenario where people needed to rush out of the hotel. Breakfast: Free breakfast (but how many hotels don't offer free breakfast). Not exciting. This was quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and we stayed in highway-exit Super 8 Motels on road trips through Pennsylvania. Which might seem baffling -- how could something that purports itself as a luxury boutique experience like the Arcadian be a shadow of what is essentially a dumpster with a big black 8 painted on it? The hotel itself is just simply... not done. It's clearly a renovated Holiday Inn - in itself not a problem, except most rooms don't have exterior-facing windows, and there are no surfaces for you to put anything on. Anywhere. There's a desk, a desk chair, end tables, and a bed. No dresser, no bigger chair. We ended up unfolding the ironing board just to have someplace to set our stuff down. Why not put it in the closet, you might think. Well, because the closet has no door... AND NO ROD. That's right, it's just a dent in the wall taking up room. We had suits to hang for a formal event and nowhere to put them. Our friends in the other rooms in our block were also baffled by the lack of any sort of BASIC amenities in the rooms. The water pressure in the shower was equivalent to the pee stream of an octogenarian man -- barely piddling out of the wall. Don't look for hooks in the bathroom either, because you won't find them. Maybe head over to the bar, where you can buy lukewarm cans of White Claw for $8 and pretty much nothing else. Truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The ac was broken in the middle of summer and the staff was exceedingly rude when we asked for help. The only windows in the room look out into the hallway. The shower had terrible water pressure, did not drain, and the shower head was halfway to falling off. To call this a hotel is frankly a disgrace, I've stayed in hostels that were twice as nice for less than half the price. I honestly think that sleeping in a car would be a more pleasant experience than staying at the Arcadian. read more

Nothing like a Holiday Inn at boutique hotel prices! No really, this used to be a Holiday Inn and after a surface level (unfinished) facelift, it has become the Arcadian. I don't want to dwell on every single grievance here. Bad customer service, overcharging for every little thing, the gross bathrooms (there isn't even a vent, nothing drains in the sink or shower, and we had to ask for extra toilet paper), noise levels, unusable amenities, etc. Included breakfast is just pastries wrapped in layers and layers of plastic wrap. Go to Tatte a few blocks over instead. When we returned to our room the first night in the evening, we found the AC blasting cold air. We turned it as warm as we could and let it sit for quite awhile but it continued pumping cold air into our room. The engineer came by and said he couldn't fix it, so luckily we were able to move into the only available room in the hotel. The heat worked there, but the man from the front desk dropped off the keys and left. I had to go get a luggage cart myself. I couldn't tell if we were the only ones having a terrible experience, but when we were heading to the front desk to check out, a man got there just before us. He slammed down his credit card on the counter and said "what a MISERABLE hotel." Apparently he had the opposite problem and his room was a sauna, nothing he could do about it. The Arcadian is in a phenomenal location. And with such a great spot, there's a reason the Holiday Inn wasn't successful. A facelift won't fix a bad hotel, it needs to be knocked down and rebuilt from the ground up. Stay somewhere else. read more

If you don't like actual sunlight in your room, this is the hotel for you! I don't know who would design a hotel where all rooms face a dark interior corridor, meaning no rooms get any natural light! I'm not sure what this building was originally but the corridors look like it was once a warehouse with no sky lights so it's dark dark dark. We couldn't get housekeeping any of the four days we were here even though we requested it. You cannot call the front desk even if you ask for the phone number. So there was a lot of walking down loooooooong dark corridors to request towels. Also, our air conditioning didn't work for the first few days and again, since I wouldn't call the front desk, I needed to call a number and speak to a customer service person in the Philippines who would put in a request to have someone fix it. Took two times to get it done and I'm still waiting for the towels. Didn't get my towels but wasn't holding my breath so it's ok. Won't be coming back Here nor will I recommend it to anyone I like. read more

If you're going to Fenway for a quick weekend like we did this place was great. Here are my pros and cons Check in was great- covered parking and reasonably priced for a hotels in the area . Room has no outside windows but I booked an interior room because it was cheaper and in the end we just need a place to sleep and shower. The room did have a sound machine and ear plugs neither of which I used but it was a nice touch as I could see where people could complain with the noise in the hallway. The public transportation to Fenway is right outside the hotel and in 3 stops you're there for about 3.00 a person and same with the way back ... 3 stops and you are right back in front of the hotel vs a 20+ uber ride. Nothing really around unless you take about 15 min walk to commonwealth and there are places to get coffee and some food also a cvs and a super small target for anything you may of forgotten. The breakfast was bad ... that first day was a disaster no juice no milk or cream for coffee or cereal no yogurt and the rest was just a counter full of carbs- bagels, croissants, danishes and some regular bread. Second day they were a little more put together and had various flavors of packaged oatmeal, some yogurts in a small fridge and everything else was stocked up. So on a weekend with no kids no frills and baseball on your mind.. this is not a bad choice. read more

I'll be as detailed as I can, but what a weird place. This hotel is a glorified hostel that attempts to make up for lack of service and amenities with lobby decor. It looks nice from the outside and on the website, but the price (still astronomical) is lower than other hotels for a reason. You will not be able to contact the front desk or the hotel via phone for your entire stay. For one, the rooms don't have telephones in them. Like the phone you'd pick up to call the front desk to ask a question or call room to room? They don't have them, because "this brand is technology-driven." Despite having cell towers attached to several sides of the building, I got no cell service in my room the entire stay. If you do, and attempt to call the hotel/front desk, you'll be answered by an off-site call center. So how do you contact the front desk? "Download and use the app to message them." That is if the wifi is working. Ok, I downloaded the app, how do I message the front desk? "You're here with a group, the app doesn't work for group bookings." So... no cell service, no phone, and no way to contact the front desk. Most rooms open to interior common areas. So you'll have to keep your curtains drawn unless you want people from the lobby looking into your room. This with no ventilation or natural light feels confining. The common areas are full of either guests working or lounging because the rooms aren't conducive to either, or in some cases non-guests who come to chill for free. It was normal to have people hanging or sleeping on the couches outside my door from morning til night. Another reason to keep curtains drawn - not unsafe, just really busy and public. I asked a few times and never received housekeeping during an extended stay. The bathroom is small with only a shower stall. The wifi isn't reliable. The only 2 ice machines were a 5-10 min walk, and spit out crumbled ice-water The bar is not functional. There's an underwhelming continental breakfast each morning, but not a bar or a food stop. Also not the hotel's fault, but worth noting, this is off the Green Line, which Google will tell you is the most unreliable train line. Constant delays for problems or running express skipping the stop completely, or shuttle buses. Wouldn't stay here again, and don't recommend. read more

Reading other reviews is validating and I don't feel like a diva :D My ac was broke - I told them so and asked if it could be fixed. After dinner (90 min later) it was still broke. I told them again and it was taken care of, but then it broke again - I had to fix it myself. The rooms are super dark. The bathrooms are tiny and weirdly lit. Staying here was not a pleasant experience. read more

I had an amazing experience here. The lobby is inviting. The weekend happy hour pop up is great. I had an hvac issue with my room and they kindly relocated me to a different room. Shy at the front desk made it all possible. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I can't thank him enough. I will be back for sure. read more
