    conference rooms

Stayed here for a conference, and while it's not very close to easy public transit (buses are ok but mostly just taxi or Ubers from the South Street station). Valet downstairs ($70) or self-park ($65) was moderately expensive for the area, but there's not a lot of way around it unless you take the bus or car services. Staff very helpful, and the room was clean and nicely apportioned, though the lack of a towel holder by the shower/bathtub was a bit strange. Small fridge, coffee pot, safe in the room. Toilet had multiple functions. Folks took advantage of the pool, exercise facilities. Very long hallway around the tower to get to the room, so quiet, but a haul whenever I wanted to get something from the room. Robe in the closet. Conference spaces were comfortable, big bathrooms and reasonably wide areas for big rooms and small. Not too many areas to plug in, though. Staff pretty good at clearing tables and getting food out (they were quick to put it away). Not sure fi that was outside catering or through the hotel, so not factored into the review. Overall for the price, I've had better, but these seems to be the average for downtown Boston pricing-wise. They do have a loyalty program, but not affiliated with Hilton/Marriott/etc. Coffee shop and a restaurant downstairs. 2nd / 3rd floors were primarily conference spaces.

It was a very nice hotel with friendly staff but limited options in this area. I would recommend staying a bit closer towards downtown Boston if you want to do the tourist and historical sites. Overall though the hotel was very nice and the bed was comfortable. It is close to the convention center which was the reason for our visit.

We stayed here for an Official Visit to Boston College. It is a very nice and clean hotel I don't get how it has 3 stars. I had no problems with my stay. The view was beautiful, beds were comfortable, the hallways were quiet. The water pressure strong, water hot! Have no company! I would definitely stay here again.

My Patron Tower room came with a small fridge, vanity, coffee pot and safe. The beds were clean and the bathroom was updated. The lobby has a coffee shop and bar, along with more restaurants on the 5th floor. They have an outside heated pool and hot tub. The valet had extremely long wait times (between 25-30 minutes), which was extremely inconvenient considering I paid $65 a night. Hopefully, this price is lowered in the future or more valet workers are hired. I recommend staying here if you don't have a car, but if you do choose somewhere you won't have to pay as much or wait as long.

The one thing I will say is the parking situation is outrageous: $65 a night for valet and it takes them over 20 minutes to get your car each time. At $65 a night, there should be twice or triple the amount of valet workers. This would be a big reason I would recommend staying elsewhere. They also advertise being a member which means receiving a welcome drink. However, if you don't ask they won't give you the voucher. I booked a Patron Tower double queen bed and it overlooked the pool. The room was spacious, clean, and updated. The lobby was huge and was busy every day we were there. The hotel has numerous restaurants from bars to coffee shops to higher end restaurants. Unfortunately, this would not be my top choice of hotel in Boston as the insanely high price of valet is met with extremely long wait times.

Maybe it's because I travel allot, but my expectations were higher for the price. It was good not great. I'm glad I was traveling solo. Definitely not ideas of more than one person because the king room is super small. I slept well, the bed was comfortable, but the water pressure in the shower was weak and the sink didn't drain. Overall I would stay again, but only because now I know what I'm getting. Sometimes the least I can ask for is a comfortable bed to sleep in and it definitely checked that box.

So many extra fees per day, might as well add a "why not" fee

Stayed at the Patron side which is the more modern, newer section of the hotel. Overall clean and comfortable. View sucks though - faced a parking lot Thin walls, I could hear the people next door talking/shouting past midnight everyday. Billing - they add 4 extra tax/fees per day in addition to the room charge (attached bill is a discounted rate for our conference).

This hotel seem shiny and polished, but underneath there's quite a few underlying problems that really make this place somewhere I would not want to return. First off - the room. There are two tower options here, staying in the studio room is definitely small. The website seemed pretty clear on this, so I won't knock it too much. The space is optimally used, but it wouldn't be comfortable to share with someone else, absolutely no privacy. Even noting the size of the room, the shower is still insanely small to really be functional and forget about having room to hang anything up or lay out your suitcase. My main gripe with the room however, is the bed. I've seen other say the bads aren't bad. But man my bed was so uncomfortable, a metal spring mattress, thin. Felt like I was taco-ing into the middle throughout the night. I tossed and turned the two nights I was here. Not sure if mattresses across this place are different, but at this price point, I expect the mattress to being pretty luxurious and this was for from it. Another annoying issue is the side tables at the bed are so small, and they've got lamps on them taking up half the space. These could have been bigger or the lamps turned into sconces to save space, but the space wasn't used well here. Finally the sink in my room was weird and just wouldn't drain. Like you have to turn the water on and off 10 times to finally get all the toothpaste remnants down. Odd I saw others complaining about this too, a weird problem to have consistently. I received no service to the room, I stayed for 2 nights so this really would have only been one time to service it, no one came by. Would have appreciated replenishing of the water, coffee, and taking out the trash at the very least. Second major issue - the service. I booked the amex platinum booking and had the status with certain perks like included breakfast, room upgrades, late checkout, etc. When I checked in, the person at the front desk had no idea, I asked specifically regarding this and she said oh, thanks for reminding me and had a letter with more details. She could not answer any questions regarding this though. She was confused on which restaurants could and could not use the credit (it was in the paper actually). And she had no information on how breakfast worked the following day or if there was a price limit. The paper mentioned a $45 additional benefit exclusion, but no details on whether that was for breakfast, a limit on breakfast or what it was really, she did not know. I asked about room upgrades and she promptly told me the entire hotel was fully booked. I still find this hard to believe, that there wasn't an upgrade to a higher room or better view that would be available, even if every room was booked up. Finally she didn't key my card properly and after making it to the room I had to drag my luggage all the way back. The funny thing was she haggled me as if I was lying, "how did you get up the elevator if the key didn't work". The elevator had no need to key in the entire time I was there. Still don't know what she was talking about, but couldn't own her mistake or apologize. She then spent 5 more minutes trying to re-key it and failing before she finally got it. While this was ongoing, two different guests were at the front desk complaining about how one just walked in on the other because they double booked the room. Can't imagine being in that situation or how a hotel of this caliber is even making mistakes like that. When I wanted to use my $100 credit at the hotel, I wasn't allowed to use it at the coffee shop, or the amazon store Legato with snacks and stuff. I wasn't allowed to use it at the nicest restaurant there Croquette which was my original plan. The main restaurant with breakfast Kestra, was not open for dinner. The pool restaurant was closed. The lobby bar was closed. Literally out of all these places the only option I had was the Sporting Club. Bit frustrating to have this credit and no real options to spend it. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. I'll save my review for that restaurant specifically. But the service was abysmal, the food was okay, the coffee was terrible. When I asked them how the breakfast credit worked, they said I could eat at the buffet and also order a-la carte. They didn't say there was any limit. I ate the buffet and also ordered some pancakes. The pancakes took forever. I'm talking 30 minutes. I had already had my fill of the buffet at this point. Took forever to actually close out. Worst of all, the breakfast was not "coded" properly on my final invoice which messed up my $100 credit and consumed most of it causing me to then get partially charged for the dinner. Very confusing. The front desk person when I left was very helpful and fixed this. I was also charged $35 for a destination fee, but I still have no idea what this fee even included. What a rip off. While it's a generally nice place, all these problems left a bad taste in my mouth.

Beautiful hotel across the street from the Menino convention center. Convenient tunnel access to the convention center. 5 great restaurants to choose from. Beautiful heated rooftop pool. Also many great meeting room options. My room was very clean and comfortable. The view of the seaport was beautiful.

I travel every 2-3 weeks and this is, by far, the worst hotel experience i've had in my life. Absolutely terrible rooms. If you stay in the Artist tower, they are smaller than actual studio apartments- no closest, no ironing boards, not enough storage or room to be comfortable. Incredibly thin walls and you can hear the l hotel staff go in and out of rooms every few minutes. Very hard to get a sound night's sleep, especially if you're positioned near the coffee machines. Even the accoutrements in the showers are terrible. I had sample sizes instead of full products my whole stay, which only worked for half of the shower. There is an ungodly amount of blonde hair on my bedside lamps. I assume the price point is for the location and the accommodations outside of the rooms (lobby, pool). Not worth it. If you're here for a conference or for any other reason, I would go with probably any other hotel.

Really expensive if you book last minute for a really small but modern room. If you're going to an event at the convention center or in town for business for one day I recommend this hotel. If not I'd say it's too expensive

Just enjoyed a few nights at the Omni! I usually stay at the Westin across the street but this year stayed at the Omni for work. I'm a Marriott loyalist so I was sad to not being staying there....but it didn't disappoint. My review is based on my room in the Patron Tower - which I hear is very different than the other sections of the hotel! The room was very roomy! A fridge, waters, a vanity....roomy bathroom with good amenities! Loved the bathrobes and the view of Boston! The staff was great and I would definitely consider the Omni if I need to be on the seaport!

All are good but Canopy by Hilton in Boston is a step above. Service was GREAT, especially Yanelee who was working at the desk when we checked in. She is why I prefer to stay at Hilton hotels and will not stay anywhere else in Boston. She was friendly, helpful and went above-and-beyond to get us in our room!! The room itself was spacious, VERY clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was great, very close to the historic district and a short Uber from the cruise terminal and the airport. If you want comfort in Boston, don't look anywhere else!

Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton Boston Downtown was a complete delight! The hotel was modern,…read morespacious, and clean with barely any noticeable flaws. I will highlight key points below: Room: The room was very spacious and offered a giant bathroom with big stall shower. There was a chaise lounge for relaxing, as well as a desk with a comfortable chair. Instead of a lame coffeemaker, the room included a Nespresso machine. The bath products were by a company called Apoteke from Brooklyn and seemed high-end. The television offered live TV and access to various streaming services if you entered your logins (supposedly deleted after checkout). The room was relatively soundproof from neighbors and outdoor noise. Plus, everything was spotless! The only issue was the bed, which I found lumpy and uncomfortable. I was not sure if there was a feather topper or something, but it felt like I was lying on a mattress full of crumbled tissues. The pillows were fine, though. ROSE Town Kitchen & Bar: I did not dine here, but heard the breakfasts were good. However, I was there for evening cocktails and was impressed with the vast list of beverage options. The Temperature Rising with Ghost Blanco Tequila, Chinola, lime, agave, and a tajin rim offered a great blend of heat and sweetness. The sprawling dining room and large bar made the place very comfortable. The second floor location offered a great view of the park across the street. The bar staff was also excellent. Front Desk: The check-in/out services were easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were greeted every time we returned to the hotel. Convenience Store: The lobby offered a small convenience store with snacks, beverages (including alcohol), Boston merchandise, wellness items, and more. Social Hour: I am not sure if it happens daily, but there were a few evenings during our stay where they were offering complimentary spring rolls and High Noon/hard lemonade in the lobby from 4-5 pm. Fitness Center: The 24-hour gym was huge! It offered a variety of cardio machines (3 Pelotons, tons of treadmills, 1 recumbent bike, 2 ellipticals, and 1 rowing machine), medicine balls, kettlebells, 1 set of weights (could have used more of these), 2 benches, yoga mats, and a strength station. They also had cups and a water cooler, as well as a lot of space to work out. Location: The location was spectacular if you wanted to see some of the touristy sites. Within close walking distance were some key attractions like the North End, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, Boston Public Market, and the Seaport area. Parking: They offered valet parking for around $55-$65 overnight, but we self-parked in a lot a block away for $40 a night. There were no in/out privileges, however. Aside from the bed, I thought Canopy was amazing and definitely one of the best hotels I had stayed at in the city.

That time due to everything going on in the world with minimal travel we enjoyed a cheap rate for an entire weekend with probably the best view offered for the hotel of TD Garden as well as the Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge. Which I know it's just a bridge but it was a nice sight for an in-city view. This most recent stay was due to a concert at TD Garden my wife and I were in town for. Which I will say if you are looking for a place to stay for an event at TD Garden, good luck finding a better option than here! Check in staff and valet workers were friendly and greeted us with a smile. Rates were very reasonable for end of summer and with a concert so close. Room was smaller this stay around and our view was more of just a building with a small glance of TD Garden if you looked to the side. Overall a very clean room and still a good amount of space. Can not think of any complaints for our stay and would stay here again. They offer valet parking and anytime we needed the car it was quick to get it back. Inside the lobby/first floor they have plenty of seating and what they dub "The Bistro" that offers breakfast, dinner, and full bar and I believe Starbucks drinks too. Location wise it is quite ideal, obviously if your activities/work is in this area of Boston. Besides TD Garden it is also close to North station along with plenty of food and drink options. Personally for a morning coffee or matcha I say check out Blank Street Coffee, then food wise I would say take a quick walk to the North End or closer try Tavern In The Square. Definitely a hotel worth looking into while visiting Boston!
