We had a birthday party here for my daughter. They had a great time, three adults did a room too. The patio area very spacious. Def recommend it for a party. Or just to go do a room.

Great experience, our group went for the first time and we were able to complete the room with 9 minutes left! Great service from Ryan, looking forward to doing the other rooms sometime!

Mission Accomplished. We only had 2 minutes left! But we did it!

Came here with a couple of our friends. Group of 5. Bianca was so polite, professional, informative and very welcoming. We made it out just in time! We did the Bonnie & Clyde room which was great. Space was perfect for us. There was more than enough (metered) parking in fron of the building. One of my friends is in abwheel chair and we had absolutely NO problems with anything. Its very inclusive, very fun, organized! Thank you again Bianca! I will be back very soon!

So I went here for work and it was amazing. I've always been wanting to go to these, but never got a chance to until today. Let me tell you these were super fun. Teamwork makes a dream work lol and Al Capone did not get us. We finish this with three minutes to spare thank you Ryan the host for helping us by giving us clues.

Ask the Community - Architect Escape Rooms

    How much money a person?

$52.50 per person as of November 2023, though there is currently a New Year's deal of $39 per person (for groups of three or more). All the information is on their website.

Does anyone know how much it cost to book a room?

For me and my girlfriend in the Orient Express, it was $80, but it may vary.

Getting inside the building was interesting; turns out, there is a puzzle to solve! Once inside, we sat down, waited for the rest of our friends then signed the waiver. Thankfully, they did have a bathroom we could use ahead of time. Once we got our initial instructions from the staff member, we went into a room and received more instructions on a screen. The basement is a very immersive room, the cast member who was part of it did an amazing job! I'm so sad I can't remember her name, she truly was a delight! She even reassured me at the beginning when I was freaking out. We managed to escape with about 6 minutes left, I wish I had taken exact note of how much time. We took a celebratory picture and then I got some merch, a t shirt saying I escape the basement and one of the enamel pins. Me and my friends came to celebrate a birthday and I think we will be back in November for another friend's birthday to do the next room! I'm gonna buy a new enamel pin each time we win, I think. Definitely looking forward to coming back! Couple tips: come in one car, the lot is very small and there was only one spot left when we got there and our friends had to park farther away. For the celebratory picture, make sure to look at the right spot and fix your hair beforehand lol. Lastly, bring cash to tip the staff members! They deserve it for being so awesome! Oh, and be kind to them, I shouldn't have to say this, but I will. They are fellow humans playing characters.

We did the basement. This is the first time we've ever done an escape room so I had no idea what to escape. I don't wanna spoil too much BUT this was absolutely one of the best times I've ever had. The actors were so helpful and so funny. We didn't successfully pass, but we were very close!!!!!!. We had a group of two. When that room holds up to 10. Soooooo we did our best hahhaahaha . It's very interactive at some points, We had to crawl through spaces, walk through trap doors and we did get our hands dirty. We were Using flashlights to get around. It was SUPER interactive. I had a blast!!!! Will definitely come here again!!!!! Do wear comfy clothes. We were sweating!!!! Closed shoes recommended. And always pay attention to small details. Everything is a clueeee!!!!! The rooms and props were really well done and the puzzles themselves were well thought out, challenging but smart and doable. We have only done a few Escape rooms prior and weren't sure how we'd do, but we fell right into it. I think whether you are seasoned, or novice you'd enjoy this room. Great way to spend an afternoon. The couple duo (Darryl and Erica) build all their props and puzzles in-house. They offer four rooms by the time I am writing this review and each room feels thoughtfully designed and distinct. Our team did three of their four rooms (the fourth room is for the kiddies) and we were blown away. As someone who travels for escape rooms, these rooms are puzzle-forward but it also is not your typical "find the code and open the lock" escape room. I wanted to shout out Skylar, who was our GM for two of the rooms we did. He was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially when we wanted to spend more time debriefing the experience and the puzzles we didn't get to see since we divided and conquered. He took the time to answer our questions and asked us about our escape room journey as well! That kind of care and attention really elevates the whole experience. I recommend bringing a group of 3-4. The Key of Destiny could be done by 2 experienced people but the other rooms should have 3 or more people based on the sheer volume of puzzles.

I got to see how my team works together and our strengths. This was my first team building events with these coworkers and we did amazing together. I have seen it all when it comes to escape rooms. Teams collapse and teams flourish. We were the latter! Story: 4/5: While the story and clues were interesting, I would have preferred the actual story within each clues to be a little more concise. Moderator: 4/5: When it comes to escape rooms the moderator heavily impacts the experience and/or success. Our moderator did a great job explaining the rules and providing hints. However, the reason why he gets 4/5 vs 5/5 is that 5/5 moderators have a bit more theatrics which makes the experience even greater. Overall, he did a solid job. Room design: 3.5/5: the room theme, decor, and construction was well thought out but the execution needs improvement. Upon entering room I was able to identify certain clues because certain things stood out. I have been in rooms that are so well constructed the only way you can find a clue is if you spend time carefully searching. Puzzles: 4.5/5: some places only have one style of solving puzzles. I like a escape the room where you get to solve a variety of puzzles using different modes of thinking (teamwork, problem solving, searching/spacial awareness, etc). This allows each individual to potentially shine and makes it more of a collaborative experience vs one all-star. This place had a mix! Difficultly: 4/5: Not the hardest but definitely not the easiest

It's very easy to mess but if you drive slowly, it is literally right next to the building. You turn in and there should be a wellness center on your left. Continue to go forward and turn left and the parking garage is there. It has multiple levels going down. It's typically about $1 for an hour and no they do not validate. There is free parking nearby in another garage but for a dollar to be able to walk up and be right there is much better in my opinion. When you arrive, you call the phone number on the front door and they come unlock the door to let you in the inside. Has multiple VR experiences aside from VR room itself. There are multiple spaces so more than one group could have an experience at the same time. Once you sign the waivers, they take you back to your space that is reserved and put the headsets on for you. After putting on the headset to your timer starts and you start your gaming experience. Pretty easy to understand instructions from the game guide. Just try your best not to walk into any walls and respect the boundaries. It's a lot of fun. Sometimes the airflow is not great so you definitely feel sweaty on your face but other times they'll turn on the fans and it feels good the whole time you're there. Definitely great for less active activity but still very engaging. They don't really explain the game to you and kind of leave you to figure it out on your own, but the games are not super complicated to understand. The game guides are pretty nice and quick to help out with technical issues. You cannot hear other games that are happening at the same time as you. They are there and the space is open, but VR headset quickly muffles out any other sound so it's very easy to focus on your own game. Great place if you don't have anything to do for an hour in the afternoon. And it's so close to the 3rd St Promenade that you can walk over and experience that when you're done. We typically like to walk over to Go Greek on Ocean Avenue afterward for a fun FroYo snack.
