I booked the Orient Express room for my middle school daughter and her three friends and they had a great time! As the adult in there with them, I thought the clues were challenging and creative. There were surprises throughout the experience and I especially loved the decor and props. The girls had to really work as a team to piece the puzzle together and find the killer. They escaped with just a couple minutes to spare! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The vibe of this place is definitely cool and mysterious. I want to try the other rooms now! Architect Escape Room has quickly become a family favorite. We had been looking for an escape room since the pandemic since our go-to location closed. We have already visited Architect two times, and are planning our next trip back. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed into the lobby. We were fortunate enough to have Natalie as our game master both times. She explained all steps and rules for us clearly and efficiently. We absolutely LOVED both rooms (but especially Tesla). For a family of puzzle lovers, the rooms were challenging and kept us on our toes. We had fun! Group of 6 people, we did Orient Express room. I wouldn't recommend more people for this room so everyone gets a chance to play and find clues. Everything was working great and when I look back and think of all the clues we had, it was complicated but very reasonable and very interesting. Britain was our room master and she was so fun and energetic! Very helpful but not intruding. We were able to escape in less than an hour, so I feel proud of our group! Felt like we were in for less than 10 minutes because everyone was so busy looking for new clues. Time very well spent, will come here again. First time doing escape room. Needed something kid friendly so the little ones can play too. This was super fun and the kids loved it. I was really impressed with this place and the overall experience was awesome. You also get to take a group picture at the end with the props in the room. I've now done both the Bonnie and Clyde room as well as the Orient Express. I thought both were incredibly entertaining, creative, and challenging. I've been to some very well regarded escape room venues (such as Fox in a Box) and I think Architect holds up really well in comparison. Oh, and Maura could not have been a better game master. My "crew" and I have done many, many escape rooms. We have traveled all over to complete them. This one was one of my favorites. We did the Tesla room and our game master was Pearl. She was great and only helped us when we asked (per our request), and the room was really fantastic. It was def advanced and not easy, but that's how we like it! Some escape rooms are good and fun but not really thought out all that well. After doing so many, you kind of learn the ways of them. This one was unique and done very well, and it was well thought out. I highly recommend it! read more

I looked up escape rooms and this is the first one that popped up. I'm SO HAPPY we came here! I've never experienced an escape room but this was super super fun! Very challenging and lots of thinking. Our group is amazing anyway but we would have been stuck if it wasn't for our host Britain! She was so attentive and seemed to be there just when we needed her most. We completed the room, escaped and figured out who the killer was with 7 minutes left. We did 3 escape rooms in 1 day!!! The rooms were a ton of fun, and the staff was incredible! (Kelly, Josh, John).....plus there is a great outdoor space to eat and drink between games. Just had my son's 14th birthday party there. Having never been to an escape room myself, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The party was awesome! From the ease of setting it up and getting questions answered, to the funny and kind staff who were there the day of. The kids had a great time! They were definitely challenged, and really enjoyed trying to get out with the least clues possible. And the themes for the rooms were great! We had lunch and cake out on the covered patio. Architect does a really good job with their escape rooms. I have done two of their three rooms and have experienced nothing but a challenge. Both of the rooms that I did were fun and entertaining. The orient express was difficult but in a good way and had many levels to the room. Bonnie and Clyde was a "small room" that had a lot of twists. I'm excited for their new room Tesla that should be coming soon. Caitlin and Bethany were really friendly and professional. Surprised this place has 5 stars. I've done a few escape rooms and this was at best average. The employees are kind and welcoming so this simply applies to the escape room experience itself. I've done two escape rooms at this place, 2 years apart from each other and not much has improved. The rooms are very small and the clues are somewhat confusing/complicated. It's clean and the aesthetics are pleasing but it's not very exciting as the room is small, the clues are not very clever, and some items are very worn out. read more

I had only done one other escape room before and this was harder than the other one, but we barely eeked out solving the mystery with about 1 minutes to spare. Lots of clue-based goals, great service from our host (?) Britain, and it really had us break a sweat crawling through secret doors and stuff. This place isn't so bad for an escape in the valley. I think that I've done way too many escape rooms that are well put together compared to this place. We did the Houdini room which was considered their hardest room. The only clue I'll give is that the room is not linear! So FYI for people who hate non-linear rooms like me, it was a tad frustrating. The room is also full of hand locks as opposed to things just popping up or opening up. As far as the game master, they were extremely friendly! I enjoyed speaking to them before the room. My one frustration was that while we were trying to ask for a clue, the game master was unavailable because they had to walk a party out. That was frustrating in the moment because we needed a clue to figure out the puzzle. The game master did add time onto our room since they were unable to help for a couple mins. Parking is street only with meters. Oh yeah, you also have to doorbell before going on. We waited a bit outside before being let in as they were dealing with a big party inside. read more

Natalie helped us get processed, introduced the games and was overall a super warm and chill host.
