Turn over your dental care to Dr. Eddie and his staff. Not only does Just 4 Kids understand your situation, they they pour their hearts and work into providing solutions to healthy teeth and gums. Unfortunately for us, we have to put our Son under for more than a cleaning dental work and just that process alone is stressful and draining. Dr. Eddie and staff coordinate with the absolute best medical professionals for sedation. They helped my son into the facility, administering anesthesia, assisting with the procedure and post procedure preparation. The entire process and the people executing the plan are the best. The follow up phone calls and praises of us being good parent from staff is heart felt. The end result...... My boy, who is incapable of brushing or flossing and fights like hell when we try..... The end result is he has a healthy set of choppers. We're now on a routine cleaning schedule. We've decided years ago to turn over our sons dental care to Dr Eddie and this has proven to be a very good and sound decision. Professionals and people who care. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable coming back here and letting their parents know that this is a great place to bring the kids. The office manager Jessica and Doctor Eddie were also so much help. Letting me know what steps my niece & nephew needed going forward to begin their treatment. They also helped with all of the insurance questions. We all know those can be difficult. lol. I will be back and I will refer them to all of my friends and family.

Dr Chien is a highly educated man yet he lets this girl throw her weight around and be rude. I have Celiac Disease (a very serious autoimmune disease) which she clearly has no knowledge of and isn't interested in learning about. I have to pre medicate due to cardiac issues. The pre med Must be gluten free. She did nothing but act annoyed, give me a hard time with her ignorance, and be rude. I Must make sure that the pre med is gluten free. I know of one pre med that I have taken before which she found very annoying. The pharmacist had told me that he would need to order it because it wasn't in stock and he never got the order from Dr Chien's office. I called and spoke to "the girl" again and she informed me that that it had been sent but that now it would only be ordered the day before my appointment which obviously Would Not give the pharmacist time to preorder it. I had told her That the pharmacist said he would need to do that. She is absolutely a hopeless case. My appointment was on a Monday. I became ill on the Thursday night prior to my scheduled appointment with Dr Chien and called on Friday to cancel my appointment at which time "the girl" continued her rudeness. The pharmacist later told me he Never Did get the prescription. I think the girl is too ignorant to do much. However, as I said, Dr Chien is a very well educated man and surely has the capacity to understand the strict regimen required of Celiac Disease patients that must be adhered to in an effort to prevent lasting, severe damage to the small intestine.
