Made with pisco, blanc vermouth, French herbal liqueur, watermelon, and basil leaf. A smoother, brighter, faster sip than the Medusa. And I also had the blood orange martini, made with French vodka, blood orange, lime, and cranberry. A little sweet, but not cloying, and again, would have been a better starter as opposed to a closer. I think when I return, I will ask the bartender to make me off the menu drinks. Even the waffle fries were good--crispy, fresh and actually seasoned. We had the Grateful Dead and Wicked Kiwi cocktails, plus a couple of shots, and the drinks were strong, good and reasonably priced. Honestly, I don't have a ton of notes here. It's not trying to be some elevated dining experience. It's just a really good late-night spot with good food, strong drinks, friendly service and a fun atmosphere. My wife, daughter and I are visiting Savannah for the first time and ended up at Ardsley Station last night mostly because the menu sounded good. We've been fortunate to eat at some great restaurants around our home (NYC region), much of the country, and parts of Europe. To say we were surprised by how incredible the food was at Ardsley would be an understatement. Our appetizers (fried burrata (have never seen this on a menu), short rib special) were excellent, as was my wife's grouper. My burger (Southern Charm) was as good as we've had anywhere (plenty of competition out there for best burger title). The absolute standout however was my daughter's bolognese. It seems odd to be this enthusiastic about a pasta dish, but we all agreed it was easily the best we've ever had (beating out some memorable dishes in Italy). A conversation with the chef helped explain why. A disciple of bbq master Aaron Franklin, he has perfected a brisket which differentiates the sauce from anything we've ever had. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town and look forward to exploring more of the menu. read more

This restaurant is AMAZING!! I had the NY strip steak and it was delicious. Perfectly prepared, melt in your mouth steak. I am a wine drinker and the wine list was very approachable and delicious. My husband had the Station Burger with the "sneaky sauce" and it was to die for! His beverage was the Snoop & Dr. Drayton. Aside from the awesome name, it was fresh and delicious. We were completely full, but the moment they mentioned a pistachio cloud-style cake, I had to try it and I'm so glad I did. It was every bit as good as promised. The dessert had a very Japanese-inspired feel: delicate, light, and beautifully balanced. It was the perfect way to end the meal. A memorable dining experience with great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Out of town visiting random places and this popped up nearby. I went 50 mins before closing (ik,…read morethat's crazy but i was hungry). I sat at the bar but I read they have a rooftop as well. Bathroom is located on the bottom level (kinda scary down there when the lower level of the restaurant isn't open). Good part, the food was piping hot and fresh. I got 24 Rockafeller Oysters and the Spinach Dip. Both of them were so good. The oysters were plated a lil sloppy but they were good nonetheless. The spinach dip had a thick cheesy crust on top and the pita chips were hard but still went well with my oysters and spinach dip. I also got a Churchill burger and it was sooo thick and juicy! I'd definitely get that again. Overall, I liked it and you may like it too. My bill for all 3 things came out to $68 which isn't too bad because i got big portions and a lot of food!
