Worst service ower is dishonest liar. Everyone i have met or known said he tried to scam or lied to…read morethem. 2 times i had vehicles towed impound/ towed by him both times he refused to relase the car multiple times. Once when the owner was there he lied to her claiming the car was involved in a drug crime (it was not) and made her afraid to release it to me i bought it from her. He got her so afriaid with lies she declined to let the car out. A second time i came with my truck and trialer and he he did it again. Each time making bigger and more weird lies and claims. Eventually i gave up. However, one day i got upset thinking about it. I called him again he said the car is gone.... lie. I told him state law says he must notify the owner and his intent to keep the car is they didnt pay in 90 days and he never did this because i knew the owner. The car had been there almost a year. I informed him i was going to report him to the state for this violation. Next day the car was towed to my home..... after numberous conversation of me arguing trying to get it back. Each times telling me come get and we arrvie and hes taking the owner aside litterally whispering in her ear i can only image and her going from ready to get it to refusing to relase it. The second car my customers mecedees he did the same thing kept telling me he would sell it to me. I gave him previous owners info over 2-3 years he kept making excuses refusing to sell it to me i had the key i kept i contact ect. Today i came he said it was gone or he sold it claimed he sold it 700 ... i offered 1000.... they proceeded to lie to my face i was saying i was causing issues. Like buddy how many times can i call you text you and make plans with you yet you keep saying you will get around to it and somehow im the issue? Like ok whatever makes you feel good inside in front of your employees or others. I was there you were there we know whats what... Dont do business with him. Everyone who lives in the trialer court and even his ex employees have nothing good to say about him they all say hes shady. I agree.

For the most part calling their hotline to ask questions about the car, scheduling to get the stuff out of my car and releasing the car to the other insurance company was very smooth. I just wish the team over the phone was a little friendlier but I know they are juggling emergency calls all the time. The only other beef I have is that my car was shoved in the lot like a sardine so I couldn't access both front doors of the car to get stuff out of my glove box or use a razor blade to take off my state park pass.

I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer.
