My sweaters look much cleaner, and they took care of my sweaters in detail. I think they defuzzed my sweaters somewhat (I'm not 100% sure, but my clothes did look prettier when I pick them up). When my pants were returned, the drawstring had been completely shredded and the surrounding fabric was damaged. I have photos documenting the condition of the pants when they were returned to me. What made the situation even more disappointing was how the company handled the damage. My initial response from the cleaner was to suggest that the pants never had a drawstring in the first place. When I spoke with the owner, rather than working with me to resolve the issue, she repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow me to fully explain the situation. She insisted that the hotel should reimburse me and told me that I needed to leave the damaged pants at the hotel's front desk. There were several problems with that solution. First, any credit to my hotel bill would go directly to my company, so that would not reimburse me personally for the ruined pants. My goal was simply to be reimbursed so I could replace an item that was damaged while in their care. Second, the hotel was not responsible for the damage caused while my clothing was being cleaned. And third, I was traveling home after being away for two weeks and did not have another clean outfit available to wear home. I tried to explain this, but the owner continued interrupting me rather than allowing me to finish. Mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how a company handles them. Unfortunately, in this case, I felt that Michelle's Cleaners was more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving the problem fairly. Based on both the damage to my clothing and the way the situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business.

I figured I would wait to get it cleaned next time I wore it.. and I just did not have an opportunity to wear it again until now, 3 years later. It's a very special dress to me, so I consulted Holiday Cleaners to see if they could get it out. I messaged them through yelp before going in, and David the owner was very quick to respond and gave me assurance that he would take good care of my dress. I took the dress in and they started with dry cleaning first, but that didn't get the stains out. They suggested a method to get the stains out that was outside of the suggested care label, and David took his time to talk to me on the phone to walk me through the process. He was very upfront with the risks and cared enough to ask me my comfort level on how far to push to get the stains out. They successfully got the stains out and my dress looks good as new! The whole process only lasted 2 days!!! I dropped off the dress on Tuesday afternoon, and the dress had gone through dry cleaning, stain removal and finishing touches by Thursday afternoon. All the staff I have interacted with have also been so nice and friendly - David, Irene, Lisa. They also have a neat system that you can use to track your progress. TLDR I recommend Holiday Cleaners for their responsiveness, care, honesty, and timeliness. They got a 3 year old stain out of my dry clean-only white dress effectively and efficiently!

I took a down comforter there with a pet stain that I easily removed from the comforter cover with stain spray in my washing machine. I took the oversized comforter to them to wash and it came back with the same stain. It looked like they hadn't even washed it. They redid it. I had a nice white jacket that had makeup on the collar. They had to redo it. Several other items came back dirty. The final straw was when we took a brand new only worn once shirt of my husband's to wash and it came back with the collar still dingy. They redid it after we pointed it out. We never had any problems like this with the former owners. They always did a great job. Since the new owner is the one doing the cleaning there is no hope for improvement because he doesn't seem to care to do a good job. Sadly we are changing cleaners.
