My clothes are always cleaned on time and I have never had any problems with their service. This past trip, I went to pick up my clothes and the owner found my son's wallet that had been left in his pant pocket. She told me she always checks the pockets and bags/saves any contents found until it can be returned to the owner. I am very appreciative of the owner's diligence and honesty. Being new to the area, I just started using Rinconada Cleaners. It is an absolute pleasure to be greeted with a smile, impeccable service, and an attitude that is totally welcoming. I was pleased with the quality, timeliness, and price of the items I had taken in to be cleaned over the last few months. I just took a light pink lined suede type jacket to be cleaned. The jacket had blue dye from a blue pair of pants that I wore with it and many other stains. I thought it might be worth a try to see what could be done. I was absolutely AMAZED! I rarely give reviews but this one, is well deserved. The place is clean, professional, easy parking and the new owner Kathy is so kind, not overpromising but actually over delivering. I wasn't expecting them to be able to remove two years old (food, oil and wine) spots from two expensive dresses specially when other cleaners had told me its not possible. Rinconada told me they will give it their best. Well they gave it beyond their best. They performed magic. I was surprised that both dresses looked brand new with no sign of spots. I dropped off a couple pair of pants to get shortened and they came back perfect and pressed. Other places I've used before don't usually press clothes sent in for alteration. The reason it isn't 5 stars is that I was told it would take 3 days to get what I thought was a simple alteration done. I was not in a rush so did not ask if I could expedite this but other places I used previously before I moved into the area usually provided same day/next day turnaround times. read more

I've been seeing these guys for years. My clothes are always crisp and clean and look great thanks to this terrific dry cleaners. They never lose my stuff (a problem with some others) and don't crush my buttons or doodads on my shirts. The cost has steadily risen through the years, but quality doesn't come cheap. It took me four dry cleaners in Los Gatos to finally get to Rinconada, and I've finally found a great dry cleaner. They're good, dry cleaning facilities are onsite, prices are reasonable and they have lots of service so you're never waiting in line. I've been going here about a month now, and highly recommend it. I drive out of my way, but am so much happier with how all of my clothes look now that I have a good dry cleaner. read more
