I was looking for alterations and cleaners and NextGen was able to respond extremely quickly to my request. Not only were they able to reassure me that they were able to get the alterations done, but they would be done before my flight and for what I thought was an extremely affordable price. At this point I was a bit nervous as seeing the alterations and pressings were done in such a small amount of time and for a relatively low price. I was shocked to find that when I got all three back they were expertly altered exactly to the measuring pins that me and my mother were able to put in. Not only that but the hem on the pants and on the jacket were expertly done, an exquisite surprise especially under the time circumstances. All in all, NextGen is the best and in the future I will be continuing to get all my clothes cleaned and altered here. Thank you NextGen--I promise I will plan more accordingly in the future!

What I'd like to point out first, is that the super kind human who took our order was absolutely that: super kind. My partner and I felt good about our research and choice of NextGen, and the wire rack piled to the top with comforters, mattress pads and other bedding only furthered our confidence. Sadly, once we removed the bed from the bag, I felt confused that perhaps the wrong item had been picked up. It looked nearly identical to when we'd first brought it to NextGen, but with quite a few more strands of (different lengths) of hair stuck to it throughout. Secondly, almost every quilted square of the bed had faux filling bunched up in a variety of balls--I had originally purchased the square patterned bed to avoid this problem once cleaned. :( I wanted to bring my item back immediately, however, my health at the time did not allow it. I gave two stars for the kind atmosphere. P.s. I am attaching a very faded receipt, with the word, "wait" written at the top, because I felt it so important to write a review. It had gotten heavily soiled and it would not have been able to fit into a regular sized washer. Thank goodness for this place because they do *full service* washing/ drying/ folding. They can clean your garments, blankets and anything else for you. All you need to do is drop off. Our King sized comforter was $26 to clean and the process was so simple. I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry. Like other reviewers said, the place is clean. The bathroom which I had to use was also clean to my standards.

In fact, they actually extended their delivery range to accommodate me which I was grateful for. Their website is very user friendly. I'm able to rebook services on there as well as set up recurring wash and fold services which is super convenient. There's also plenty of modern perks for booking like automated texts letting you know the status of your order or when your driver will arrive. Your laundry comes back on time folded neatly in a bag on time, if not earlier than anticipated. All in all, couldn't recommend them enough for all your laundry needs.

They were charging me about $19 something plus. (A customer who was picking up a small hat dry cleaned paid about $20.) I told the lady there I will think about it with the plan of never ever going back. I proceeded to Sparkle Cleaners and they charge me $9 something (see picture of receipt).
