To say this company has no customer service standards would be nice. I have been waiting for an order that was supped to be in stock for 3 months. Today a delivery was made, but what was shipped was not the right chair. In my call to their so called concierge team, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to send an email to someone asking for guidance. I requested to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager to speak with. I plan on submitting this experience to BBB and to Amex to dispute this charge. One star is far too high for the experience we've had with this company. We spent thousands on a "custom made" couch and ottoman back in 2021. Somehow our "custom" couch was made incorrectly and the exchange process has been something of a nightmare. It's now a year later and we still don't have the products we've paid for. Staff could not care less if you have the right order, they get paid either way. Company already has your money so they take their time (meaning months-years) getting the right product to you. I'm convinced they haven't even started making our correct order. Not to mention the couch came stained and is already starting to sink in the middle. - First reached out on March 9th that the frame support brackets on my Emory 2 piece sectional were broken in several places - It took until May 15th for replacement parts to arrive -June 11th, repair tech came out, and after 15 minutes left because they were not allocated enough time to do the repair. - July 29th, repair tech came back out. After disassembling the entire couch, determined that the parts were wrong. In determining that, more of the couch was dismantled, and now cannot be put back together. He also said it wasn't safe to sit on -August 5th, the suggest sending a new base for the section but I wont get it until October! I say that I have zero faith in repairs at this point and would even take a lesser priced similar product..nope - I then received other dates for that shipment (only when I called, they never call you) which delayed it until November. Well, yesterday it arrived. It looked like it was correct, but its built wrong and you essentially sit ON the frame. It's now been over 8 months! The crack customer service team now wants to start a new claim, and start over. What would you do without your couch for almost 8 months already, and now who knows? And one reviewer was right, they love to openly respond here on on social media saying that they want to help. Guess what, they NEVER actually do. Finally, they don't make their furniture. Poor quality product and awful customer service. Our Remington Outdoor Sectional arrived with permanent wrinkles at the edges of all of the cushions and 2 poufs with different amounts of stuffing (one is hard and slightly taller then other is shorter and softer). Upon sending images, I was told by the rep who sold us the furniture that Customer Care would reach out. After circling back to our sales rep, I reached out to Customer Care directly. They claimed to only have images of the poufs. I sent all images yet again. Two weeks later and multiple emails and no response from Concierge 3. Another friend just purchased a similar outdoor sectional with Sunbrella fabric from Pottery Barn, it is perfect and made me further regret having chosen Arhaus. It also further highlighted the issues with our Remington Outdoor. Arhaus was recommended from a friend who had a positive experience pre-pandemic. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated with the poor service, lack of continuity and disorganized delivery service. We spent a little over $11,000 for the Bryden 3 piece sectional and 2 swivel chairs and 2 mirrors in May 2022. We found the process at Arhaus to be a little slow and the staff seems somewhat aloof and unhelpful at times in the Park Meadows store. They don't seem to work well as a team. The lady we worked with was very nice and helpful but when she was not working the staff was quick to tell us she would get back to us and were extremely reluctant to help us. At the end of July, the sectional was ready and delivered to us. They sent us 2 different frame colors, one light grey, the other dark brown, clearly mismatched, the dye lots didn't match on the fabric and the brand new cushions had buttons missing and broken. One of the 2 mirrors had a flaw in the glass. When I called the store to report the problem a lady on the phone said my saleslady was out and when I asked her if she could help me she simply directed me to a general number. Eventually I was connected with a concierge service rep who seemed responsive and willing to resolve issues. Great! Thank you. The fiasco is with the delivery service provider, Ryder, and Arhaus. They were supposed to deliver the new furniture and pick up the sectional 2 weeks ago but delivered to the wrong house! So today they come and have the new sectional but can't take the old one bc they weren't told it was an exchange. Then they send the corner piece with the wrong attachment pieces so we can't even put the sectional together. They did get the color right this time and all buttons on sofa cushions intact. But seriously! Ship of fools over at Arhaus!! Let's see how long they take to fix this one! read more

Third time was a charm but scheduling delivery was a nightmare to get it. They never showed up the third time and claimed that the day I had wasn't a day they do deliveries. I mentioned I had the text messages from their employee and that was the day they gave me. The 4th time we scheduled delivery, this time I made it with a live person, he gave me the date and confirmed the time. They were a no show, claiming one of the delivery people transcribed the date wrong. They finally showed up the 5th time. Worse part, they said they would make it right as we had to pay to have someone come to our house and take delivery. They offered to pay for one of the days, which I thought was fair. I sent the invoice to the manager and have heard nothing. The worse part is the Arhaus Customer Service people just put blame on the freight company and say they can't do anything about it. i purchased the large glass Demijohn floor vase in early November. I have been using it as a decorative vase for wine corks. This morning I came out into the kitchen to discover a large piece of the glass had fallen onto the floor with corks in it. The other side appears to be cracking as well. This vase has been in the same spot and never hit or dropped. I called Arhaus and they could care less. GREAT experience with Arhaus - Tyson's Corner! I ordered the beautiful Kelly dining chairs and Kelly counter stools. The order process and experience were great, beginning to end. Not to invalidate any other reviews, as everyone's experience is different. However, I am glad I went through with my purchase. Twin and Jennifer were extremely helpful with my order, as I was ordering 6 dining chairs and 4 counter stools. Before submitting the order, I went into the store to lay eyes on the chair and different swatches. I was able to borrow swatches to ensure the material went well in my home. A week later I submitted my order. I mistakingly ordered 4 barstools (I didn't double check the invoice) when I needed counter stools. No problem! They submitted a change order and their amazing delivery team came out the next week, swapped them with no issue, and with no additional fee. The dining chairs were on backorder. However, Twin made sure I received them sooner than later. I still waited a little while, but that was expected. They arrived today and they are everything and more. After careful consideration and shopping, I decided that rather than have a custom table made, I would purchase a beautiful dining table from Arhaus. The Rio table in the showroom was beautiful!! Wide variance in wood grain pattern, natural amber wood tones and a depth in the coloration that was exactly what I was looking for. The table was delivered today. Firstly, I scheduled the delivery at a certain time for a reason. The delivery people were over an hour early and I received a notification 15 minutes before they arrived. Tried to call the delivery company, but they are closed on the day of delivery! (Saturday). They called me to notify me of 15 minute warning, but they were closed when I called right back. My brother was fortunately available to race over for the delivery. I get home, and this table is the same design as the one I purchased, but this is NOT the same coloration. Now, I realize that these tables have some degree of variation in color and texture, as they are reclaimed wood, and that is part of the beauty of them. However, this table is substantially darker, and though there is wood grain visible, this is not the variance and depth that made the table in the show room so appealing and the reason for purchasing it. This is something I specifically asked the sales person about, and I was told that the table in the show room was a good/accurate representation of what I would be receiving. Beyond that, when I went online to double check and make sure that maybe I had not ordered a different color, I see that the table is now several hundred dollars less expensive than what I paid just a couple weeks ago. More than $600 price difference including the matching bench. I've tried to call a couple times, but have not been able to reach my sales person, and customer service is closed on Saturday. This is a nice table, it just is NOT the table I thought I was buying. I'm not sure how this might play out and will update accordingly. For now, however, I feel like I was duped into paying more for something different than what I was buying. read more

So ... Arhaus has some nice stuff and they certainly charge enough for it. We spent a literal fortune at their Boca Raton store recently. With that said, we had an absolute bizarre experience. One of the many items we purchased was a very expensive leather reclining sectional sofa. When it arrived, there were problems, naturally. One of the pieces didn't recline for example. We called, Arhaus agreed to order another piece. Without any trouble, they agreed to replace it. A couple weeks later, when that arrived, the leather was damaged, so we ordered another piece. When that arrived, the leather on that one was damaged. I spoke with customer service. They said, "This is totally unacceptable and I can't apologize enough. Would it be ok with you if we gave you a 10% discount on the entire sofa for your troubles? I said sure - that would be nice. Thank you. Several weeks later I noticed that no credit had been processed back to our card and the amount was over $1,000. So I called Arhaus to ask when I could be expecting that credit. I was out on hold for 15 minutes. When she came back she said "I just looked through the notes and you won't be getting any credit. It was either replacing the piece or a 10% credit." I sorta knew they were going to try and pull this crap so I asked to speak to her supervisor or the woman who originally offered me the credit. She put me on hold for 20 minutes and came back with. "Ah okay. We looked through the notes again and found someone did offer you a 10% discount but it was only for the one piece of the sectional - not the entire sectional." So I raised the ante myself and said - "OK. Now it's a matter of principle - since obviously Arhaus doesn't have any principles. I asked to speak to your supervisor. By coming back with this nonsense, am I to understand that you're not going to allow me to speak with your supervisor?" She said "Ok hold please ... let me get her." I was out on hold for another 20 minutes. When she came back she said, "Ok - so we went through the notes more thoroughly this time and saw where you were told you would be receiving a 10% discount on the entire sofa. I'll have that processed today. You'll see it in approximately 7 to 10 working days." We got off the phone and sure enough the credit was applied a week later. But to put someone through that and lie and lie and lie in order to attempt to renig on their work is disrespectful and disgusting. It wasted more of my time and insulted my intelligence. Therefore, out of principle, we will not be shopping at Arhaus again. So now, tell me Arhaus ... was it worth it - when you ended up paying anyway and we are your perfect demographic considering we can afford your furniture? Had you kept your word without wasting over an hour more of my time, we would have spent tens of thousands of dollar more in your store - this year alone. Wow, I wish I read the reviews before buying here. We bought a sectional and coffee table and a side table. MONTHS ago!!! The sectional finally came in and was damaged. I keep getting promises that this will be fixed, nobody ever calls back! Still waiting on the tables, also no calls back. I thought this was a high end furniture store, not I believe it is a scam. I would not order furniture from Arhaus ever again. The expensive sectional I ordered was delivered much later than I had been told. By almost two months. And when it was delivered it it had many flaws in it. The defects were obvious to the delivery men. I contacted my salesperson at the store and he said he would get it reordered asap. I didn't hear anything for a couple of months. I tried calling my salesperson and I either didn't get him or he'd say he needed to check into it but he never got back to me. Finally I learned that he had never reordered it. So I had to order a new CFA, which took quite a while. I had been promised the new couch would be expedited because of all the trouble I'd had, but I just called back now to approve the new CFA and they said they can't expedite it. WTF. I purchased to Coburn pit couch 5 months ago. It has not had any give in the firmness of the couch. It is like sitting on a firm mattress. I was told at the store that is gives after a few months. Another update because every time I sit on this deflated sack of sh*t of a couch I feel rage, but there's nowhere to direct it but here. The cushions slide out from the couch every single time you sit on it. So every time you come back to sit down, you first have to bend down, lift the back cushion, and shove the bottom cushion back so there's not a huge gap. That was super fun every day when I was 9 months pregnant. Every day my husband curses this couch and says we're getting a new one and every day I remind him how much goddamn money we spent on it and so it remains, shoved full of foam we had to buy, propped up with our kid's play mats as the pillows are just empty sacks of feathers. I do not recommend Arhaus. I bought four counter stools that didn't fit correctly. I immediately called them and was charged a restocking fee and another delivery fee to return them. I ended paying them $700 to return the stools in less than 24 hours! I wanted to buy different stools but was told that there would be another$299 dollar charge to purchase and deliver them. Are they nuts? They wouldn't budge and lost my business. I am using RH now who are a pleasure to deal with and run a great business. They are going out of their way to earn my business. The three garden gnomes were ordered on 12/4 as a Christmas gift from my kids for my wife. They arrived 12/24 ALL BROKEN. Customer service contacted in 12/27. Was told they only had two of three to replace the broken ones and a credit would be issued. After emails and phone calls, the finally shipped the two but have never received a credit. Through the wonders of the internet we found the same pieces from another company. Ordered and paid less than arhaus wanted. Took all pieces back to arhaus store only to be told they don't take broken pieces. That conversation which took place between three employees and my wife and I was almost as good as a Laurel and Hardy comedy show. At this point I wouldnt order a pillow from the company. Would not recommend purchasing if they are going to deliver your furniture. The furniture we received was fine, however, the company that Arhaus chose to partner with for their logistics, was completely negligent. They did not properly secure their vehicle before getting out of it and the vehicle rolled down hill without any driver inside. We experienced damages to our yard and vehicle. Thankfully the vehicle did not continue to roll down and hit a child or someone else's home. This occurred roughly two months ago. Arhaus' last mile manager claimed that this would be taken care of promptly and done the right way, but after that it has been absolute crickets from them. We were passed onto the driver's insurance company and that has been a charade. Not once did Arhaus take ownership or offer any support whatsoever. I have spent $35k to buy their garbage and every time they deliver my furniture, they are damaged significantly again and again! It been 8 months that I'm dealing with this disastrous experience. She was knowledgeable, gave great advice for the space we were furnishing, helped us narrow down fabrics and got our order processed in no time!
