    Gochujang Pork Belly

I had passed by ARI Korean BBQ a few times and finally decided to give it a try this past Saturday. From the moment my partner and I walked in, the service stood out. Staff were quick to seat us, and our waiter was consistently attentive. The space itself is elegantly decorated and had an upscale atmosphere. They were offering a summer lunch deal: Wagyu All-You-Can-Eat for $46.99, which is a $22 discount off the regular price. The meal came with a generous assortment of banchan, including salad, radish slices, kimchi, marinated cucumbers, sweet potatoes, and pickled onions. From the set menu, we ordered a variety of items: wagyu brisket, pork jowl, gochujang pork belly, ribeye, garlic butter shrimp, fried tteokbokki, kimchi stew, kimchi aioli tater tots, Korean spicy chicken wings, and a cheesy egg soufflé. My partner enjoyed the brisket, but he said the ribeye was disappointing. It was dry and overcooked, with much of it burnt. The pork jowl was flavorful and well-prepared, but the gochujang pork belly had an overpoweringly "porky" taste, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. Our favorite dishes were the garlic butter shrimp, the Korean spicy chicken wings, and the kimchi stew, all which were rich, flavorful, and satisfying.

Wagyu waiting for?! Let's meat up! :P Don't miss out on @arikoreanbbq WAGYU AYCE KBBQ 40% OFF Tuesdays 4-7PM ending March 26. $32.99 for AYCE Wagyu is def a steal!! Nice ambiance w/ friendly staff, Ashley took great care of us! Good exhaust system so you wont smell like KBBQ after. Leave some room for dessert @The Bake Shop.

I tried the wagyu menu and felt the proteins were good but I wouldn't pay for it again. My favorites were the ribeye, jumuluk, and galbi. I'd recommend the wagyu soy and sesame brisket for a quick cook. I enjoyed that they offer different sauces and they offer a huge and different selection of sides than other places. They didn't have the cheesy soufflé or soup of the day. The ventilation here is the best I've ever experienced. The tater tots were crispy but very oily, the Korean spicy chicken wings were good but only two pieces at a time, dumplings were fine but they gave you soooo much, and the buldak fire noodles were amazing. Service was ok but extremely slow. Considering there's a 90 min dining limit, service needs to be consistent. I was often left sitting waiting for my proteins to come with nothing on the grill. I also didn't receive my full order. The restaurant is beautiful. I love the look and feel of the place. It's super spacious with plenty of seating.

Quality of food and service got better. It's now one of my goto spots for kbbq and love that our clothes doesn't smell after eating.

Came on a weekday after work, so it was less crowded compared to a weekend. The meat was great, and the side dishes and sauces were fresh and tasty. A bit on the pricier side, and service did slow down toward the end, but it was a great experience.

This was my first time at high end Korean restaurant and omg all my K drama food dreams were fulfilled. This place is amazing. Our server was very nice and patient and explained everything to us. They cook the food for you in front of you. You get to choose one protein at a time with 2 sides. It's unlimited for 90 minutes. My favorite thing was the Wagyu beef and my favorite sides were the ramen and fried rice. Very nice seating and very cute black and white tile flooring. We really wanted to try their desserts from the cake shop in front of the restaurant but were extremely full. We ate the cake slices late night at my home. Those didn't disappoint either. Will be back for another family night!!!

*Free Parking *Reservation highly recommended *Wagyu AYCE $54.99, Ari Halal AYCE $39.99 Children under 3 eat for Free *90 Minutes Limit *Don't expect good quality Wagyu here *The whole experience is a 3.5/5. It is Good for Halal, their seasoning and side dishes was yummy. I couldn't tell the difference between regular KKBQ vs Wagyu KKBQ. Our Wagyu didn't have much marble but the Galbi meat tasted good. I'm looking to find the best Wagyu AYCE spot and sadly this place is not it. Expect to spend almost $100 per person here. We came on a busy Saturday night and the service was slow, I didn't mind grilling some of the meat since the staff was busy. I hope they hired more people soon. I do like their sides, my favorite was the japchae and the bao buns. The Kimchi was also pretty good and flavorful. They offer 19 different sides and 24 different type of Protein for the AYCE Wagyu. Chicken and shrimp is available. I did not like the 90 minutes limit vs 2 hours compare to other KKBQ. Ari is VERY strict on the timing so make sure you eat fast. Because the service was slow that also cut down on the timing for Us to fully enjoy the $75 (22% gratuity) experience. You can only order 2 proteins and 2 sides once you done with your food. The Wagyu meat did not taste better than my fav Korean BBQ Spot. If you want to come here I would try the Halal Ari regular pricing. My Muslim friends said there not much of a difference, only the Bulgogi was better. My BF and I agreed we won't come back. Only bc there is better KKBQ in Georgia for more affordable pricing and longer time to eat.

Quality/service has improved TREMENDOUSLY since the last time I have been here! I used to think the price was a bit high for what it was, but I think it's totally worth it! The menu selection for meats and appetizers is stellar! and the brisket alone was enough for me to want to come back for more! #NEVERFROZEN! Loved all of the appetizers we got as well, especially the kimchi fried rice and egg soufflé!

Wow. I'm impressed! 10/10 BUT you must do the WAGYU AYCE. Parking: shared parking in a plaza by the movie theaters Service: our waiter was amazing! Ambiance: 10/10! This is probably one of the boujiest kbbq place I've ever been to. I LOVE how open it is. I especially love that it doesn't smell and you don't leave smelling like kbbq. IYKYK. Their grill has vents inside that sucks the smoke rather than right above and it makes for all the difference. They use gold silverware and cute plates. They could upgrade their cups to match the vibe but whatever lol. Food: we of course, did AYCE wagyu and only ate wagyu plus sides. My favorite was bulgogi and short rib. Our favorite sides: cheese corn and kimchi fried rice. Least favorite: chicken katsu. It was extremely dry and flavor overall was not any good.

Do you still have the ayce wagyu?

Not the last time I was there.

Do you have to cook your food or does someone do it for you?

Our servers do the cooking and you do the eating!

Is there a limit on how many wagyu nigiri you can order if you get the unlimited ayce wagyu option?

I haven't had the AYCE nigiri (didn't realize there was one) but there's no limit to the teppanyaki AYCE wagyu.

Still, we decided to stay and have dinner. We had a 6:30 reservation but arrived 10-15 minutes early and were seated right away since the dining room had plenty of open tables. We ordered oysters, ceviche, and soup to start -- all three appetizers were brought out at the same time without checking if we preferred them staggered. The oysters were fresh and the soup tasted good, but the ceviche was just okay. The bigger issue was the wine service. We ordered a bottle of white wine to enjoy with our seafood, but waited nearly 30 minutes with all the appetizers already on the table and still no wine. We had to ask multiple times before it finally arrived -- and unfortunately it was room temperature. They told us it was their last bottle and needed 15-20 minutes to chill it on ice. Since our food was already getting warm on the table, we asked for a different chilled bottle, but that too took a long time to come out. By the time we finally had wine, it had been about 40 minutes since we were seated. Service continued to slip. A buss boy arrived carrying entrées for the wrong table, trying to make room on our already full table of empty appetizer plates. This created more confusion before our actual dishes -- a rack of lamb and sides -- eventually arrived. The food itself was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. Even at the end, our wine glasses were empty and our server walked past without checking the bottle or refilling them. We had to ask him to please check our bottle and pour the remaining wine. For a restaurant with premium pricing and a long-standing reputation, we expected far better service and attention to detail. The staff felt untrained and unorganized throughout the evening. The manager did come by after we'd already paid and offered dessert on the house, which we appreciated, but at that point we were no longer in the mood. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we won't be returning. I hope this constructive feedback helps them improve, because the food deserves service that matches the price point and reputation.

We were surprised with a birthday card signed by staff and fresh flowers, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was our first time dining at Oak, and our server, Zuri, was fantastic. He took the time to explain the different cuts of steak and recommend some of the most popular sides, which we really appreciated. We started with the bread service. I loved the touch of salt on top of the roll--it was actually my favorite part. For our appetizer, we ordered the calamari, which came with artichokes, cherry peppers, garlic butter, and sweet chili sauce. As someone who loves artichokes, I especially enjoyed those bites, and the overall flavor was good. That said, the sweet chili became a bit overwhelming toward the end of the dish. One additional detail I loved about the calamari was the cheesecloth wrapped around the lemon. It was such a thoughtful touch, and it's the kind of small detail that really elevates the dining experience. For our entrée, we shared the 12 oz. Filet Mignon cooked medium, along with the mac and cheese and the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower (without the red onion, cilantro, or sweet chili). The chef kindly sliced the steak for us, but it arrived a little too rare for my preference. The staff quickly corrected it, and to make up for it, they also brought us a side of cream corn, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, everything tasted great. For dessert, we were treated to a complimentary panna cotta, which was a lovely surprise. We also ordered the S'mores Baked Alaska--a brownie topped with graham cracker and ice cream, covered in meringue, then set ablaze with bourbon. The presentation was amazing and definitely a highlight of the evening. The flavor was good, although it was a bit difficult to cut into, which made it slightly less enjoyable for me. My boyfriend, however, loved it. The ambiance was wonderful. The booth seating felt intimate and comfortable, and I enjoyed the open-kitchen concept. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was delicious, and the thoughtful birthday touches made the evening memorable. I will definitely be back!

The sides were just as strong. The beef tallow frites were crisp, the creamed corn was rich and comforting, and the mushrooms were fantastic. The mac and cheese was good, but if we had to choose between the sides we ordered, it's the one we could have skipped. We shared a bottle of Charles Krug that was recommended by our server and paired well with the meal. The ambiance added to the experience. The dining room is dimly lit, with warm stained wood throughout and an open‑kitchen layout. Even with some of the tables set fairly close together, it never felt cramped or intrusive. Our server, David, made the night even better. He was attentive without hovering and offered thoughtful recommendations that ended up being spot‑on. We finished with the maple bourbon crème brûlée and an espresso martini, both of which were excellent. Truly enjoyed the entire experience and would happily return.

Service: The service was just okay at best. Out of three orders, two were incorrect (both with wrong pasta that we ordered), and I had to remind the server about my cocktails when the entrées were already served. We were also celebrating a little girl's birthday, which made the experience even more disappointing. After two desserts were already brought out, I had to ask the host to bring a candle as I didn't see my server. Eventually a plate with "Happy Birthday" written on it came out, and we were told the server was "working on it," but it felt like an afterthought. The server didn't come out herself or even acknowledge the birthday, which was a letdown for a special moment. Ambience: This place is just too loud to even have a normal conversation. It's not the music that's the issue -- it's the space. The restaurant feels very small and overcrowded, with tables packed too closely together. With that many people in such a tight space, the noise level becomes overwhelming. Because of that, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for date nights or any occasion where you actually want to talk and enjoy the moment. Food: Overall, the service felt inattentive and the food didn't stand out enough to make up for it. With so many great Italian restaurants out there, this one just didn't leave a reason for us to return.
